## FormAssembly Reviews
  ### 1. Easy Integration with Salesforce!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lindsay M. | Salesforce Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2022

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

I love that I can easily connect the form questions to my existing data fields in Salesforce. Form Assembly makes it incredibly easy to add value to our existing data and give our customers the ability to update and provide us with information.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

I find it difficult to make some of the design changes I would like to without searching through help documents and using html editors. I wish the UI would be a bit more intuitive or have easier drag-and-drop style abilities.

**Recommendations to others considering FormAssembly:**

Definitely give this product a try. Their documentation and customer service is awesome. I've never been "stumped" at how to use this product. Awesome job!

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have used Form Assembly for customer address changes, signing up for special events, taking payments and sending out surveys to our customers and members. There are so many uses for it. Whenever a colleague asks for a process solution, I can design a solution that involves Form Assembly.

  ### 2. Great function and easy to use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt M. | Director of Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2022

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

For the most part, FormAssembly has been very easy to use and to accomplish what we need it to do. Easy, clean, functional and practical. We have loved using it so far and will keep using it.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

Logic items are a little more difficult to get used to. Once you understand the logic, then it flows. A little bit cleaner with the logic based fields would make it easier to build.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a very complex process that requires logic, tying to Salesforce and creating flows - FA allows us to be able to accomplish all we need to with Salesforce and our process.

  ### 3. FormAssembly makes building and implementing form on websites easy to use.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bill W. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2022

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

Ease of use. Speed of from creation. Ability to do more complex forms with multiple pages.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

It would be nice to have multiple users on one account to track who made the change.

**Recommendations to others considering FormAssembly:**

FormAssembly makes form creation and usage simple. The ability to embed forms directly into websites or link to forms hosted on FormAssembly servers provides great flexibility in implementation. Built in integrations with multiple services including Stripe and PayPal makes online payment forms straight forward. On the few occasions when problems have happened, the FormAssembly support team was responsive and resolved the issue. We will continue to use FormAssembly and recommend the service for others working to create online forms.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are capturing customer feedback and lead generation through online forms. We also have a few online job applications that are performing well. And doing some online payments. Benefits are streamlined processes and speed of data collection.

  ### 4. Very valuable resource for businesses of all sizes!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shayna B. | Data Narrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2022

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

I like how efficient and streamlined the FormAssembly process is. The Salesforce connector is top-notch and is something I haven't seen in any other form builders. I also appreciate the pre-defined content and the reporting features. FormAssembly really checked off all of our boxes and more! We've saved so much time and manpower through FormAssembly that our investment has already paid for itself within 6 months.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

I wish we could customize themes in more depth. I know we can do it by using custom code, but I don't have the strongest coding ability, so this somewhat limits what I can change on the forms I build.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The largest problem we have solved with FormAssembly is being able to connect our data directly into Salesforce. The fact that we can send our students a form and then have their responses immediately recorded has saved us hours of time and manpower.

  ### 5. Powerful Form Builder Tool with Native Salesforce.com Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2022

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

Utilizing the form builder is straightforward. The dynamic picklist options with the salesforce integration are excellent-- whether linking directly to a salesforce picklist so that the values only need to be maintained in sfdc, or using filtered lookups to return subsets of records from the specified object-- the flexibility here is great.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

This isn't a dislike, per se, but there's a bit of a learning curve for properly nesting Connector Steps and duplicating for multiple levels of lookups, i.e. a lookup with very fine criteria, followed by a more broad set of criteria.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consistent. efficient data entry & collection.

  ### 6. Form Assembly is an extremely powerful forms tool to use with Salesforce

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marianella M. | Director of IT, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2021

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

I like the ability to use any object, custom or standard to relate data and build logic within web forms. The level of integration with each piece of Salesforce is really phenomenal and difficult to find in other systems. Combining front end logic plus tight integration with the CRM is extremely valuable. Also, the ability to enable single sign on to integrate the forms with third party systems is beneficial for seamless user experience.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

One item that could be improved would be to enhance logic with more advanced formulas within the form. Likewise, easier ways to add custom code like Javascript would be very helpful.Another improvement could be to be able to see the window for conditional logic in a larger format. It is difficult to see with complex and long forms, in particular when similar names are used.

**Recommendations to others considering FormAssembly:**

If you are looking to integrate Salesforce with a forms system, Form Assembly can do the job without a doubt, while allowing you to customize the type of data that will go back and forth in between systems.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to capture data on web forms, send to Salesforce, send to Stripe for payment and write back data in the desired format for reporting. This has been a life saver for staff and accounting and as we evolve, more advanced implementations are in place. Likewise, the integration with Google Apps is very helpful to store submissions in spreadsheets for sorting and distribution.
Form Assembly has empowered different staff members to build forms for data capture across the organization. The ease of use to quickly build simple forms is powerful.

**Official Response:**

> Hi Marianella! Thank you so much for taking the time to review FormAssembly! I'm so glad to hear that FormAssembly and our Salesforce integration have been helpful to your organization, and we're grateful for the chance to serve you. I did want to make sure you knew that we released larger modals for the conditional rules editor and a few other editors at the end of last year! I hope that update is helpful to you!

  ### 7. Simple yet transformational

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zach J. | Director, Customer Experience, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2022

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

Quality data control and the native ability to update customer records in CRM.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

I'm unable to embed a form in an email, which would open up more opportunity to utilize this tool for NPS/CSAT.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FormAssembly helps us keep clean data and bridge the gap between teams by creating a collaborative omnichannel environment.

  ### 8. FormAssembly offers a comprehensive way of linking Salesforce to webforms

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 02, 2022

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

FormAssembly helps us automate a lot of our activities. We can link it with Salesforce and generate tasks assigned to the right team member.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

FormAssembly is quite complex. If you want to integrate it with SalesForce, you need to have a good understanding of SalesForce, and not be afraid of complicated forms and flowcharts. You also need to keep an eye out to ensure that you're using the right date format - UK (dd/mm/yyyy) or USA (mm/dd/yyyy)

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is taking out a lot of manual data entry work and making our lives easier/

  ### 9. Excellent tool that we can't function without

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christina K. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2020

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

We can use Form Assembly as the ONE tool for everything- registration, surveys, payment, connection with our CRM. Their customer service is fantastic. The tool is easy to use and solves so many pain points for us.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

There are no downsides. It's seriously worth every penny! I can't say enough about how amazing Form Assembly is.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Because Form Assembly handles payments, keeps information classifieds, and charges a flat monthly rate, we use Form Assembly for all of our needs. We use Form Assembly to build our registration stores, handle our donation and membership, receive RFPs, send out evaluations, collect and update profile data, and process sponsorships and their payments.

  ### 10. Bulletproof platform with outstanding support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael B. | Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2022

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

We have been using Formassembly for over ten years and have found both the technology and the support team exceptional. They offer industry-leading integration with Salesforce, and with the new Workflow feature have really taken it up a notch.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

I can't think of anything really that I dislike. The team is so easy to deal with, and nothing ever breaks, so our conversations are more around what else can we do with the product.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have created close to 500 forms over the last 10 years, from enrolment forms, to timesheets, application forms, incident forms, medical forms, assessments, salesforce community-integrated payment forms, etc. By using Formassembly, we have been able to solve complex problems while providing a user-friendly experience. Without it, both the cost and the timeframes to deliver would have been far greater.

  ### 11. Many functions and easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2022

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

Lots of great easy-to-use functions. The Help team is amazing as well as support documentation.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

We were a client for 5 years and they increased the cost 1.5x on us which was not appreciated, but we are now a client of nearly 10 years.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Collecting payments for simple things (donations to our non-profit, registration for small events etc). We also use it in place of google forms for forms to integrate with Salesforce such as job application forms.

  ### 12. Great solution combined with Salesforce

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jake H. | Solutions Architect, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2022

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

I've been using FormAssembly combined with Salesforce.com for years. The connectors make it very simple and powerful.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

Some of the form building mechanics are a bit glitchy to maneuver fields but it just tales a minute to get things placed properly.

**Recommendations to others considering FormAssembly:**

Great especially for simple needs. More complex applications are possible but a lot of creative solutioning is needed.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Biggest benefit is public (but restricted) access to view Salesforce records and create/edit records.

  ### 13. Perfection, there isn't much I can't do with FA

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert W. | Senior Salesforce administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 22, 2022

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

Pushing to multiple objects at the same

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

Time. Being able to use formulas and Javascript

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Building out an event management form using FA

  ### 14. FormAssembly: I'm Obsessed

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ash S. | VP of Strategic Expansion & Technology, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2022

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

The Salesforce integration is awesome. We use it very heavily to make all of our business processes run smoothly. And their customer service is amazing.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

I've run into a few minor issues when I use custom code but other than that, it's great!

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FormAssembly allows our staff and volunteers to interact with Salesforce data without logging in as a Salesforce user. It's amazing for program management.

  ### 15. Very easy to work with. Integrates well with other systems

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2022

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

Integration options. Most form apps have the same capabilities on the front end, but being able to dynamically map on the back end is very useful.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

Their knowledge center does not explain things very well. For example, when you search information regarding formulas, it will explain how to do weird, complex situations but not basic syntax, which is necessary since their syntax is very different from any other system.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing public-facing forms that result in record creation, update, and automation in Salesforce. It makes things very easy for a small non-profit to gather data quickly and easily.

  ### 16. Awesome for Custom Online Form Hosting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Freddie A. | Estimator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2021

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

Flexibility to Customize forms to fit various needs. It is convenient and easy to use. It is very stable and rarely do we encounter any problems at all.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

In-frequent glitches to synch with email inbox. FA disconnects from my email inbox on rare occasions and I will have to wait for Customer service to resolve issues. This can usually take a couple of days to resolve. We also have issues with our forms going to the spam folder and leading to missed responses and reactions.

**Recommendations to others considering FormAssembly:**

Get a detailed overview of its functionality and how to manage content. There are a vast majority of functions on form assembly which you need to make sure to take advantage of. I use it for lead capturing, surveys and polls, custom interactive form building, etc. FA has been reliable and we never almost need any type of management or support after everything is set up. I also must mention that it is very intuitive to use on both the front and backends and anyone can jump in without any prior experience using a software like this.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Glitches to inbox synch. Customer service was very helpful in resolving issues although issues encountered were usually complex to resolve. It was also confusing having numerous Customer Service reps working on my issue and my issue kept being elevated to higher levels. Overall they were very responsive and worked to resolve all of my issues.

  ### 17. Solid Option for Building Forms

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2022

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

FormAssembly is pretty user-friendly and has a relatively straightforward interface. It also connects easily with Salesforce and is simple to embed forms on our site.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

It doesn't have the greatest design features - I wish I could customize the look and feel of our forms a bit more. Also, wouldn't mind better payment integrations so we could use it for a broader range of use cases.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use FormAssembyly for nomination, application, and registration forms primarily - definitely serves those purposes as well or better as other products I have explored.

  ### 18. FormAssembly is a great tool for internal and external form needs

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2022

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

The user-friendly functionality and depth of documentation resources are amazing.I wish

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

I wish there was a way to better folder and organize all of my forms above and beyond tags.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to easily capture prospect information and solve internal process problems using a easy to design form solution.

  ### 19. Best Form Build for Salesforce

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tristan N. | Digital Product Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2022

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

I liked the ease of use OOTB for the product. It's simple IMO to easily setup and connect to SF without much hassle.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

I disliked the token authorization. Some times the authorized connection would fail resulting in a new token being issued.

**Recommendations to others considering FormAssembly:**

If you can dream it, you can build it. There may be some work around that will be needed

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leads to Salesforce from a top domain website.

FA let us easily create forms to be placed on the site which translated to leads in SF.

  ### 20. Great Form Builder that integrates with websites and salesforce seamlessly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dave R. | Director Of Technology, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2022

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

Easy to use, what you see is what you get user interface to configure web-forms. The connector to salesforce can be set-up in minutes and as long as you understand your Salesforce data model it is easy to upsert data.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

Nothing really to note. I would be nice to have more robust pre load processing that reads meta data from salesforce to render forms dynamically. Further it would be nice to have more notions of users and profiles/roles in the system to avoid form version collisions.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prefilling forms for consituents using url hacking and writing consituent responses directly in our database, integrating google analytics and processing philanthropic donations.

  ### 21. FormAssembly for Higher Education works well

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 29, 2022

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

Very user friendly, both in creating the forms and with setting up the connectors with Salesforce. It's also very easy to access the logs to troubleshoot issues.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

There are many different functionalities and more in-depth features that we do not use, which sometimes makes finding the ones we do use a little harder to find when modifying forms.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a variety of inquiry forms for different populations looking for information, FormAssembly makes it easy to differentiate them and still make a quick and easy form for prospects to complete. It is also very easy to integrate directly with Salesforce so that duplicates can be identified and excluded.

  ### 22. Form Assembly at small University

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2022

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

Intuitive interface on form building tool.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

At the time of this review there was not a form approval flow option.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing people to fill out froms to update information in their Salesforce record without having to log into a community.

Similarly, allows staff to enter information into Salesforce without needing a login.

  ### 23. Solid product for Salesforce Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Suzie C. | Salesforce Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 30, 2021

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

The Salesforce integration for FormAssembly is relatively easy to use. I like that you can connect to any Salesforce org (sandbox, dev account, production) for testing. I have integrated Contacts, Accounts, Campaigns, Cases, Custom Objects, and Leads seamlessly. Updating or creating records at the same time without multiple steps is very helpful. I also like that you can create multiple records of the same object for a form.
An example is that through a formula, I can create Cases for multiple queues based on picklist selections. But my favorite feature is being able to append a checkbox in Salesforce from a picklist selection in FormAssembly. This feature has been extremely helpful in our org, and I have not found this feature on other form platforms that I've used.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

I don't have many complaints about the FormAssembly integration for Salesforce. I am in IT, not Marketing, so I do not work with the front end of the platform much to speak on the form design process. I have only come across one or two features I wished FA had, and while I was exploring ways to make what I needed work, I found the support team very helpful, even when they could not deliver.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use NPSP in Salesforce as a nonprofit. One key piece to Contact records is Affiliations. By looking up Account IDs, I am able to assign Primary Affiliations to Contacts while still creating Household Accounts.

  ### 24. Nice application

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2022

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

It is very easy to create appealing to the eye forms for people to use.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

Downloading attachments does not work as expected. It would also be nice if FA was also a database solution, but that is not really an issue. FA is great!

**Recommendations to others considering FormAssembly:**

None come to mind.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows for collection of information on a professional looking site without need for extensive custom design work.

  ### 25. Forms for the everyday user and beyond

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kat J. | Salesforce Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 20, 2021

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

As a base product, FormAssembly is easy to use, affordable, and compatible for all businesses. It Is a long-term or short-term solution for payment portals, applications, volunteer/event sign-up forms, and information gathering. FormAssembly easily integrates with multiple tools such as Stripe, Authorize.net, Google Sheets, Salesforce, and many others. It is intuitive and great for styling.

The customer service and Non-Profit discounts are also fantastic and keep the needs and abilities of the customer in mind.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

FormAssembly, up until recently, has not had a firm communication policy both internally or externally. When there are system-wide issues, the customer might be the first to experience them but the last to know if the company is working on it. You can often reach out to one team member and get a completely different answer than another team member. FormAssembly is changing its policy on communicating any system error, and we have begun to see the benefits of that. However, we are still waiting for a comprehensive and transparent system, which hopefully comes with time.

**Recommendations to others considering FormAssembly:**

FormAssembly is an easy-to-use tool. You can start with a free trial and get used to the product first. Once you confirm you enjoy the product, you can provide long-term solutions to a myriad of different issues. Do not be afraid to make test forms and play, as you can only break a form after it goes live. Until that time, you can build, modify and develop your form at whatever capacity you want. Also, do not be afraid to reach out to support as they are always there to help you move your form forward.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FormAssembly is an open form tool. We can create donation pages when more upscale tools are unavailable. It integrates with Experience Cloud in Salesforce, an excellent tool for Applications and gathering personal information. You can embed FormAssembly forms in your website to make seamless newsletter signups or help forms. At certain subscriptions, you can also prefill forms from Salesforce to reduce the number of licenses you need in Salesforce and instead pass information from Salesforce to a Form so the data can be reviewed externally.

  ### 26. Dependable, but room to improve

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2022

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

I like the ease with which it integrates into salesforce!

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

Still not very user-friendly. While this has definitely improved over the years, it makes customizing the forms a lot harder than it needs to be. It still feels a few years behind tools like survey monkey and even googles forms in ease of use.

**Recommendations to others considering FormAssembly:**

You might want to consider having nicer account reps. Ours had her camera off when she raised our contract pricing and literally read from a script.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solely using it for our event registrations and email subscribers with Targetx. If not for the synchronization with Targetx we currently don't have a larger need for this service.

  ### 27. Great for sharing data with Salesforce

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2020

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

I've used a few form builders in the last ten years, and I find Form Assembly to be the most equipped to handle complex forms and still maintain a good integration with Salesforce. I have built dozens of forms for the organization where I work, and we used them daily to easily submit data online. We have both internal and external forms.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

My only complaint is that the dynamic picklist is only available in the higher-priced plans. When I edit my picklists in Salesforce, I have to remember to go back to Form Assembly, add them to my selection, and then re-connect it to the Salesforce Connector. That can get quite tedious.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have internal forms that staff members can use to submit reimbursement requests or invoice payments. Being able to submit these easily online and then automatically create the expense items in Salesforce for our accountant has been great for efficiency. This benefits the finance team as well as the staff members who are able to be reimbursed quicker.

  ### 28. Excellent tool to build tools and integrate with Salesforce!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2022

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

FormAssembly is a great tool to build out dynamic forms and then integrate them with Salesforce. The forms have several payment options and many design options that you can use to customize your forms to your needs and branding.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

FA is behind other form tools in providing additional features such as sliders. Their embedding capbilities are glitchy. They also have very few payment options compared to other vendors.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FA enables me to integrate forms with Salesforce. This decreases the need for manual entry and the potential for data entry errors.

  ### 29. Very powerful product. Very versatile

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 22, 2021

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

There is much to like here - I think the template feature is most appreciated because the layout and look of forms is easy to apply to multiple forms. Support for the Salesforce data types makes integration simple.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

It's not that I dislike features, I am looking forward to adding additional features. Workflow is great but the new features seem to require an upgrade. That is a bit frustrating.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to email a link to candidates or supervisors and having their responses feed directly into Salesforce is saving hours of staff time. We were working on scanning in documents and uploading, not being able to rely on Salesforce fields. Our staff was already feeling relief in the first weeks of our implementation. Our time to evaluate candidates has also been cut because they are filling out information and not mailing back paper forms.

  ### 30. Game Changer

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2022

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

The ability to create forms that pre-fill and connect into our Salesforce database.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

The "tech" side of things can be hard to handle if you are not tech-savvy. I have gained some knowledge but still do nto feel 100% comfortable on my own without a support sytem

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time management. We used to manually enter all data

  ### 31. Great item!

Easy to use and very versatile. When I need help, I can google it and find a guide.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

A little tricky to get human help from customer support.

**Recommendations to others considering FormAssembly:**

Good! Would use again.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it for our Salesforce data entry and also to run surveys.

  ### 32. Great product and the best support!

**Reviewed by:** Andrew H. | Programming Analyst Report Writer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2022

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

FormAssembly provides tons of features. Their support is very helpful.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

The only thing that our team dislikes is the printable responses are not formatted the same as the form.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use FormAssembly to gather additional information from applicants. It greatly increases the information we are able to receive from our applicants.

  ### 33. Form Assembly provides a flexible, low-code solution to data collection on the web

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2021

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

Extensibility - I have created solutions independent of Salesforce, with pre and post connectors for Salesforce, connected to our Paypal and even introduced small Javscript solutions to handle conditionality.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

The iframing into Salesforce could se some addtional programming. I have a hard time viewing everything when adding drop downs. Additionally, it would be nice to have some ability to do pre-filling that wasn't based on connecting into an external system.

**Recommendations to others considering FormAssembly:**

Push the system, and look at a lot of the customizations you can do in code and conditional/calculated fields. It is quite powerful, but just takes some time to uncover all of the features.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

On a system designed for content-delivery only, we are able to collect data and add it to our Saleforce instance. We are also able to collect payment using PayPal

  ### 34. Excellent form service

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2022

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

Form Assembly makes connecting forms to Salesforce a breeze. 95% of things can be performed with typing, no code.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

The product can sometimes change in unpredictable ways. A recent example of that is Workflow, where it changed over, and the new iteration missed some of the functionality of that old version.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Event registration and more complex admissions applications are both possible on FormAssembly. We were able to stand up a new process and series of systems within a matter of weeks with it.

  ### 35. Easy to use forms!

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2022

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

I think the looks and feel of the forms could be more astheically pleasing.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It greatly helps us capture the correct information we need for events and educational classes.

  ### 36. Compile client responses to refer back to again and again

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Fine Art | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2021

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

I like that Form Assembly allows me to share a link for my clients to easily fill out, without the need to log in, or create accounts. It also keeps all of the information I need in organized and easy to find formats.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

Occasionally, I get feedback from clients who are unable to submit their forms. And working remotely, the best solution we can work with is to ask our clients to send us screen shots of their responses directly to us.

**Recommendations to others considering FormAssembly:**

Perfect for collecting information from many different individuals

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s wonderful for collecting all sorts of data and helping to sort it. Whether we are looking for a median age range, country, or other demographic. It comes in handy for grant reporting as well.

**Reviewed by:** Radhamohan G. | CFO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2021

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

Using form assembly is very easy; we have been automating the transfer of data from a few application forms to the database; form assembly helped us to edit, update and recreate very easily. The best part is webinars and different event-form assembly which keep updated with all latest Technology and updates they have. We can customize our form templates and use various fonts, attracting more customers and getting a giant database.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

Unable to integrate Google Maps for better visibility, UI can be improved for faster form creation.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I could add some HTML in form, easy integration, Attractive forms , easy edits and updates can be made in database

  ### 42. Love Form Assembly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Religious Institutions | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2022

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

The ease in which I can create forms! Customer service has also been great as we continue to evolve the sophistication of our forms.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

It's a bit of a challenge in that the formatting of the forms is form specific not field specific. Wish there was more flexibility.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Member engagement, collection of information and adding data to Salesforce from our members.

  ### 43. It works for simple forms, but would not replace a custom integration

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food Production | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2021

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

It is all point and click, no code required. Easy integration with Salesforce allowing you to create customer facing or internal forms that will update your CRM records. Templates are helpful. It is possible to set a range of values for the field and use conditional visibility to customize your forms. I like that you also have an option to accept payments via stripe and authorize.net integrations.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

It is expensive! Support is not great and basically just points you to the documentation. E-signatures are only included in most advanced versions, which are even more expensive. Website is not very intuititve.

**Recommendations to others considering FormAssembly:**

Consider other options as well before committing

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Collect information and create/ update records in our CRM. We ended up switching to a more affordable and easier to use option.

  ### 44. FormAssembly- amazing for automated data entry.

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

I really enjoy that I can set up the Salesforce connector within FormAssembly. This is game-changing for my team's efficiency.

There is a learning curve with this product, but the company does a great job of providing resources such as tutorials, webinars, and help information.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have been able to decrease manual data entry in my work and in the work of my co-workers. I am looking forward to increasing efficiency as we move forward!

  ### 45. Very versatile, with many pluses

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lorraine G. | Private Tutor and Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2021

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

I was first introduced to FormAssembly while working at a previous organization. We were moving our CRM to Salesforce, and were seeking a way to automate the transfer of information from a few application forms to the database. Our consultants recommended FormAssembly, since it has numerous ways to "connect" and/or map the fields in the forms to appropriate fields in Salesfoce.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

Some of the connectors do not always act as expected (we've run into some issues with strange events firing.) Support is terrific -- but seemingly overwhelmed at times -- the response time has not always been timely. Perhaps they need to acquire more support staff? When you can connect, they are very helpful.

**Recommendations to others considering FormAssembly:**

I wholeheartedly recommend FormAssembly -- but suggest that if you do not have a robust IT department, you take the time to do the training.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At my new organization, we implemented FormAssembly on my recommendation. We now use it for Client intake, event registrations, FUTURO applications, donor surveys, vaccine pre-registration, and more. We even use it internally for various SOPs.

**Official Response:**

> Hi Lorraine! Thank you so much for leaving a review on our platform! I'm glad you were able to find so many different use cases and that our Salesforce integration was helpful to you. I also really appreciate you sharing your feedback on our support team and connectors, and will make sure that information gets passed along.

Creating surveys can sometimes be cumbersome, moving questions seems more complicated than in other platforms like surveymonkey. we would like to be able to have multiple users, licenses.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we need to collect information from different centers at a global level and formassembly helps us use similar surveys to then integrate with salesforce

  ### 48. Form Assembly is easy to use!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2021

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

Form Assembly has helped us to streamline our application processes and is intuitive and easy to use and edit.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

The training does take a little time to get used to the platform, but then everything goes smoothly after that.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to streamline our application process and connect all of the information with our Salesforce platform. Now our application is 100% online.

  ### 49. Intuitive and helpful for collecting external information!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Won Hee L. | Director, Technology, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2021

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

We use Salesforce very heavily for the Recruitment Team at our organization, and we have many partners external to our org who collect information on our behalf. Whether it's holding meetings with prospects or people self-reporting information about themselves, there's a a large amount of data that needs to be collected. But we had a hard time figuring out an efficient way for us to input that data into Salesforce.

The Salesforce-FormAssembly integration is so seamless and lets us create forms that users can fill out very intuitively. On the back end, we can map this form to fill out any fields in Salesforce - both custom and default fields. We can create any hidden fields for default fields in Salesforce to keep important information consistent and have strong data quality.

There are much more customizations and formulas that we haven't even scratched the surface on. Excited to see what else we can do with this tool!

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

There's a little bit of a learning curve when initially creating forms. However, there is strong documentation and service that will help you build out the form that you need.

**Recommendations to others considering FormAssembly:**

If you're looking for a more robust form builder that can integrate with different types of software, this is a good selection for you.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As mentioned before, we have many external stakeholders who don't have direct access to Salesforce but still have valuable information that we want to show up in Salesforce. With FormAssembly, they're able to input all of that information without one of our staff members having to act as the middle man between the stakeholder and Salesforce.

This saves so much time and effort, especially since the form has default value and keeps our data very clean.

**Official Response:**

> Hi Won Hee! Thank you so much for your review! It's great to hear how you were able to create a seamless connection between your data and Salesforce using FormAssembly. I also appreciate your feedback on the form-building process, and I'm glad that our technical documentation was helpful — we have a stellar knowledge team that creates those articles!

  ### 50. Over 50 forms Created! - intuitive design, easy to manage integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike C. | Director of Enrollment Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2021

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

I've used this tool to create over 50 forms, integrating them all with our Salesforce CRM. I'm so glad FormAssembly could handle the level of complexity I needed. The user interface is clean and easy to navigate, the integration setup is straightforward, and I appreciate that I could use some HTML to add some branding/styling.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

Hmm. I don't have much on the "dislike" front. As with any software, there is a learning curve, but their online resources are good and their support team responsive for those occasional times when I have gotten stuck.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work at a Higher Education institution, in admissions/marketing, and we use FormAssembly forms for all of our digital lead generation forms, as well as surveys, plus complex forms students need to fill out before enrolling. This tool has been reliable the whole way. If anything, we keep finding new ways to expand our use of it.
