What do you like best about Formalize?
Working in a large organisation, we required a robust tool to manage our compliance elements efficiently, particularly one capable of generating dashboards with various graphical representations. Formalize has provided exactly that, enabling us to establish a seamless compliance monitoring system with multiple dashboards tailored to our reporting needs.
Additionally, whenever we identified a missing feature, my designated contact ensured that enhancements were made promptly. The team consistently implemented every requested improvement, ensuring the system functioned optimally for our requirements.
The automation feature has been particularly transformative. It eliminates the risk of overlooking review processes, and my team members receive automatic notifications whenever their action is required.

What do you dislike about Formalize?
It would be highly beneficial to have the ability to import data into the compliance module using a downloadable sample Excel template. What do you like best about Formalize?
Formalize makes the implementation very easy and is also easy in use. Once you are familliar with the tool you will use it more frequently.
Structured Compliance Management – It helps centralize and streamline compliance efforts, ensuring policies and procedures are well-documented and periodically reviewed.
Risk Management Integration – The ability to assess, track, and mitigate risks efficiently within the same platform.
Audit & Reporting Capabilities – Automated reporting and audit trails help with accountability and regulatory requirements.
User-Friendly Workflow – If it offers an intuitive interface, clear dashboards, ease of integration and workflow automation, that would be a huge plus.
Policy & Procedure Oversight – Ensuring that documents like security policies, incident response plans, and vendor assessments are continuously updated and accessible.

What do you like best about Formalize?
Efficient, easy to use and best UX. Easily automates compliance processes to comply with DORA, NIS 2, among others. I.e. with DORA, the ROI is fully automated saving lots of time by submitting the 15 spreadsheets at the click of a button.

What do you dislike about Formalize?

Its capabilities to adapt to a business needs, being capable of support an organization's current processes without tedious work on make them fit on the paltform options. Highly customisable so very easy to implement. Another really strong point of Formalize is how easy they make it to relate any kind of entity belonging to the compliance and security ecosistem among them.
