The Forma team is phenomenal - friendly, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. They operate as a true extension of our team, providing strategic guidance in addition to technical support. I am looking forward to the rollout of self-service reporting, which is currently on their roadmap (although worth noting that this isn't a blocker for anything - the Forma team is able to quickly pull ad hoc reports whenever we request them) . Also, the 3-hour refresh cycle for dashboards and admin reports after data updates can be a bit of a lag when we are looking for real-time adjustments.
