The forms of payment and contracting of the service are unclear, and it is expensive to generate PDFs. At first, it can be a bit difficult to adapt to the way the API is used. The issue of having to generate a token and then with that token brings the requested form is not very intuitive, but it helps to improve the security of the system. Delivers value without getting in the way. The daily business workflow is full of spreadsheets "ish" and forms "ish" items. Formio promise is to alleviate the headaches of forms. Areas for improvement: Documentation could be a lot better and consistent. I have already seen some progress in this area and would like to see continual attention paid to up-to-date documentation.
