The forms of payment and contracting of the service are unclear, and it is expensive to generate PDFs. At first, it can be a bit difficult to adapt to the way the API is used. The issue of having to generate a token and then with that token brings the requested form is not very intuitive, but it helps to improve the security of the system. Areas for improvement: Documentation could be a lot better and consistent. I have already seen some progress in this area and would like to see continual attention paid to up-to-date documentation.
