Foresight gives us the ability to work with our customers to gather valuable feedback! What do you like best about Foresight?

Foresight is the only B2B customer oriented software I've ever used that actually connects the product to customer perception of value. Like most B2B SaaS providers, we are effectively selling core value props that we cannot observe directly: customer revenue increase, customer time saved and customer cost reduction. Knowing early in the relationship how well we are achieving those goals can be difficult. And maintaining visibility to those key outcomes is also challenging through the life and evolution of customer engagement. What do you like best about Foresight?

Foresight allows me to go into every client-facing meeting prepared and equipped with insights into where our customers are in our engagement. It has allowed me to feel more confident in having conversations around upsells, opportunities and areas for improvement. Before using their platform, I naively thought all clients were happy, which led me to miss opportunities to ask the right questions.

In addition to this, their POC, Kate, is incredible to work with. She is prompt in answering all my questions and helps me feel more confident in my work because of the close collaboration between our teams. What do you dislike about Foresight?

What problems is Foresight solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Foresight, I had nothing to measure the health of our customers. With that unknown, we dealt with unexpected client churn, which, if I had the right insights on how to bring more value to the engagement, could have been avoided. What do you like best about Foresight?

From a sales team leader POV, it's about giving us a headstart with prospects (by gather key info before a meeting takes place) and then using those learnings to put back into our outbound approach. The more info we have before a meeting takes place, the more we can tailor the call and maximise our time together. We can then take all of that learning and tweak our outbound messaging to hit people with the exact same problems that we know for a fact other teams similar to them are facing. It's as if we know exactly what it's like to walk in their shoes. In a world where consulatative sales is so impactful, in Iannarino terms it keeps us 'one up' on them -- in that we know your issue, we have a solution for it, and can help you get from A to B (or avoid C!) better than you're doing things now. What do you like best about Foresight?

Foresight enabled me to be more proactive with our partnership management. They gave me the tools and knowledge to build stronger relationships and use the information from the value assessment to identity areas where we can add more value and potentially upsell to other products. It's also given partners a health score, which enables us to concentrate on those who may be needing more support and avoid the risk of losing them as partners. The only thing to not is that the software is still developing/changing so sometimes to get used to one thing/process and then it changes. But it is for the better, just takes some time to get used to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Foresight?

Foresight enables revenue teams to understand why their buyers buy. With value assessments, we have been able to better prepare for our meetings with prospective clients and tailor our pitches and discussions to their needs. For example, in a value assessment, a prospective client indicated she was most concerned with a software development company's ability to adhere to healthcare compliance regulations. Using this knowledge, we were able to edit our pitch deck to include the logos of healthcare clients we have worked with, as well as clinical case studies and reviews from well-known healthcare CTOs. We knew going into the meeting to use healthcare jargon and speak to our body of work within the industry.

By knowing what your client values on the front-end, sales teams can better assist the unique needs of their buyers, reduce churn and close the deal. I highly recommend Foresight to B2B sales team! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Foresight?

The Foresight tool is very effective, easy to use, and their support is amazing. We implemented Foresight to automate our sales processes and now do the entire sales cycle online - we get very high return rates on the Value Assessment (over 80%) and the results from the Business Impact Report have dramatically helped us allow our prospects to build internal business cases & justification to buy our software and show the decision makers the direct impact based on their specific needs and use cases.
