**What do you like best about Force24?**

The added dimension of asking whether a journey has succeeded in it's objective and if it hasn't, continue with one or more communications to keep engaged with that customer.

**What do you dislike about Force24?**

Some areas of the system feel a little clunky and overcomplicated.  But experience and time with the system soon dampen these concerns.

**What problems is Force24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The automated marketing platform helps to organise, optimise and evolve our marketing strategies.  A small department there is a limit to all the tasks we can complete in a day and by automating weekly, monthly and annual communications, it means we can get smarter about the way we do things and invest time to evolve rather than just surviving with workload.

F24s service is quick and has always solved my issue/query. James and Matt in account management and integrations respectively need big plaudits!

The microsites can be difficult to work with and not everything is very intuitive. Once you understand how everything works, it becomes much easier.

The ability to duplicate templates is very useful, but the biggest benefit is the live chat and support from the Force24 team - especially when starting out.

Creating journeys and microsites can be complicated and there are occasionally some errors in the system.

The Hands on account managers and training is incredible. Always going the extra mile. The custom integrations means it can slot in with any existing processes and systems.

**What do you dislike about Force24?**

There is a lot of tweaks that can be made to make it that much easier to use and more accurate tracking. Overall it has completely changed how our team approaches email marketing.

Qualifying leads was our biggest issue and F24 helps us save on time on doing this manually by ranking our leads through their automated system

**What do you like best about Force24?**

Really good customer support and service from those managing our account. Email journey and microsite functionality are really useful and very much a focal point of our marketing activities.

**What do you dislike about Force24?**

Lack of integration with certain platforms, such as LinkedIn, limit our ability to track as needed. Forms do not include the option for file uploads which is not ideal as we are a recruitment company and this is important.

They are enabling us to manage our marketing campaigns much more strategically, with the use of bespoke forms, microsites and email campaigns integral to this.

**What do you like best about Force24?**

The ability to hold forms, landing pages and email automation in one place with a simple, albeit flat database. Allows for a lot of opportunities to execute campaigns and will work well for most simple buy-sell businesses.

**What do you dislike about Force24?**

The simplicity of the system does not allow for complex integrations with CRM systems which is quite limiting, especially for larger organisations that have multiple datasets. These cases have to be flattened through either concatenation or testing their dynamic data setup which is still quite primative.

**Recommendations to others considering Force24:**

If you have a simple business model, absolutely go for it. Great product and simple to get real value out of, however, if your business is more complicated then perhaps another software would be better.

**What do you like best about Force24?**

I like that it will integrate with our existing systems. Also, once we have a journey that works, we can duplicate it for additional offers and test the emails. Having been with Mailchimp previously the capabilities far exceed it.

**What do you dislike about Force24?**

It can be a lot to take on initially and the training isn't tailored to individuals. Once we got the hang of it, it got easier. The hardest part is starting off, but once up and running it's easy to modify your journeys to focus on your latest offers.

Time. We haven't got enough hours in the day to ensure we're contacting the right people at the right time, this gives us the tools to move forward with our customers and give them the information relevant to them.

The program itself is impressive, but the online support feature is what sets F24 apart from the rest.

Some functionality when building microsites could be made smoother - sometimes, when I double click it deletes all my work and I have to start over again.

It's really easy to use and learn good support function through live chat. 

Html drag and drop function is great however not as simple as copy and paste text it needs to be run through a cleaner first.

Limited with regard to template, only basic background no printed etc. Can't group campaigns and no calendar facility.

**What do you like best about Force24?**

Without a doubt, the instant intercom chat for ongoing support is what makes Force24 a fantastic company to work with. The system can take a while to get used to, granted. However, this almost becomes irrelevant when their 'free training and support for life' model provides consistent and reliable support to our business. Although every member of the customer service team has been brilliant. I'd like to single out Ellea and Megan for their ongoing support in answering my many questions. 

As for the system itself, contact filtering has proven extremely useful when keeping track of specific contacts, and there are still so many additional features I'm learning about to improve each of our email campaign journeys.

**What do you dislike about Force24?**

The system can be a bit temperamental at times (e.g. error message pop-ups when trying to send test emails) and a few limitations when creating emails and microsites. We are still currently waiting to set up the full automation feature from our side.

What was previously described as a "minor negative" has become an ongoing frustration in that that my comments in the chat aren't always taken in when it comes to the HTML team. When asking for help to make a microsite responsive for mobile, the issue repeats over and over again despite my own efforts to duplicate previously fixed pages to re-use (in an attempt to prevent the issue again). This has been the most frustrating issue for us, as it wastes a lot of time and for a long time nobody helped me prevent these repeated issues - thus having to constantly ask for another fix, delaying our plans for email campaigns. This has only just recently (finally) been explained by Megan to help me prevent this myself in future. Thankfully, I think/hope this will have now resolved the issue going forward.

With little HTML training myself, there's a lot of things I have to manually try and fix myself or ask one of the team to fix when (in theory) shouldn't happen this often. My boss has manually gone in himself to completely recreate a microsite to make it sit how we like it, which is again, is time wasted on our part. Unfortunately, the issue above was passed onto our Account Manager via email and chased up, to which we still have had no response.

**Recommendations to others considering Force24:**

The system is good, but the email creation and design aspects will take some getting used to if you're used to other companies who focus on this. However, the help from customer support makes up for this.

**What problems is Force24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There's been a few things that have come up that would be useful and that are currently being looked at by the development team (although I can't think what they were now). All my comments are taken on board, however, and reported back to improve the system in the future. As a benefit, the reporting of individual contact activity and finding engaged/unengaged contacts or those with a high lead score is fantastic.

**What do you like best about Force24?**

I love the Journey system, which allows for excellent control over what you send and to who. The drag and drop format enables you to quickly create plenty of different journeys for various tasks, depending on the data you provide. The Support system is also brilliant if you are ever stuck, they're incredibly responsive, and they know their stuff.

**What do you dislike about Force24?**

The form creator isn't as robust as some competitors' versions, with less versatility and options. When creating landing pages and emails, it is also challenging to create content that is optimised for both mobile and desktop. No individual editor for devices means the creation process is a balancing act when dealing with images.

**Recommendations to others considering Force24:**

Make sure to have a plan before creating marketing lists, landing pages, journeys, as these can build up fast. So a plan and a naming convention are essential!

Automating email sends and controlling exactly who the email goes to has meant we can focus more time on more creative tasks.

**What do you like best about Force24?**

Whenever we have an issue, we jump straight onto the live chat and I couldn't fault the support we receive. As we get more and more detailed in what we use Force24, the more questions arise, but the team are always so happy to help.

**What do you dislike about Force24?**

I think some of the views are a little confusing and could potentially be improved to better the user experience. One example was the view that the journey breakdown shows, where the stages in the chart, don't exactly match the order in the journey.

**Recommendations to others considering Force24:**

I would highly recommend it! The thing I would say is to utilise the training and webinars you provide as they're so helpful!

**What problems is Force24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main benefit for us was the time-saving element. We used to have to manually organise all our internal campaigns and now it's so quick and automated with Force24.

Force24 enables Leaflike to have a lead flow and visibility into the lead score for individuals in the target market, this is synchronised with pipedrive.

**What do you like best about Force24?**

Once the platform has been set up with the various brand assets such as logos, images and typography by the Force 24 team, it's relatively intuitive to use. The customer service team is swift to respond through the chat facility and will see an issue through to satisfactory completion. There's also the option of additional training sessions to focus on any areas that require extra tuition. The system has speeded up our email creation and delivery while allowing us valuable insights into how individual contacts interact with our content.

**What do you dislike about Force24?**

Although intuitive, the platform does require a reasonable amount of effort to get used to, in particular the segmentation and filtering options. Onboarding felt a little disjointed with a lot of information supplied in a relatively short period of time. However, the team was personable and certainly knew their stuff.

**What problems is Force24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our email creation, delivery and analytics are greatly enhanced, while our data list analytics is now supply excellent information.   We're also able to easily build landing pages in-house without the need to instruct our web developers.

Great platform, easy to use and intuitive and amazing customer support. Really like the new deliverability reports which help figure out what works and where more effort needs to be put in. Customer support staff are exceptional - friendly, efficient, really quick to respond, go the extra mile to help you solve any problem you might have.

Not much! I find the journeys difficult to grasp, but that's probably just my lack of logic (i know plenty others who have no issues with journeys!)

**What do you like best about Force24?**

The journey manager is by far the best feature of Force24.

**What do you dislike about Force24?**

The email builder is incredibly buggy, especially the text input. Sometimes when we edit text in the text fields it will screw up the line spacing even though the line spacing is set. Sometimes when we change the line spacing then radnom paragraph breaks appear not only in between oaragraphs, but sometimes before and after too.

Other times we will not be able to delete paragraph breaks in the text editor, and we will have to edit the HTML code to delete the breaks - this sometimes causes all following snippets to disappear, despite the fact we have only deleted a bit of code in the middle of one snippet.

The fonts also do not match between the email builder and the microsite builder, and the options are pretty limited. We also had an issue recently whereby Arial Black (which does not display on iOS) was replaced by a serif font instead of sans-serif, which ruined the look of some of our emails on non-iOS devices.

I have also noticed recently that when displaying on mobile devices that the right margin on text blocks is larger than the left margin, even when the text is centred.

We have created journeys to segment engaged and unengaged candidates and clients which really helps us with deciding who to target with what, especially when we have a lot of unengaged contacts we may have not known about otherwise.

**What do you like best about Force24?**

We've been using Force 24 for a few years now, and have been consistently impressed with the exceptionally high levels of customer service we've received from Force24. Their LiveChat function is an absolute lifesaver, the agents answering queries quickly, solving any issues in real-time, and really effectively. This means there is little or no interruption to our workflow when we're stuck either because we don't know how to do something or we have a technical issue that needs addressing. The support we receive is friendly, in plain English, and the agents are proactive in their support, always offering further help should we need it. Not once in all the years we have used Force24 have I had cause for complaint!

In terms of the platform, for a technical ludite such as myself, I find it easy to use and intuitive. I probably only use 10% of its capabilities, but that's the 10% we need!

**What do you dislike about Force24?**

Honestly, I can't think of anything I dislike about using Force24; we've had no issue at all with the platform since we started using it.

**What problems is Force24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Force24 to send emails to our clients and prospects, to engage them with relevant content and move them along the sales cycle until they are ready to be contacted by a member of the sales team.

The reason I absolutely love using Force24 is how helpful the team are! If you have a query on something - even something small - the response from the chat feature is pretty much instant!! And there are loads of articles that explain step by step the different functions. 

That's without mentioning that as an email marketing tool, the drag and drop journeys make it super easy to send multiple campaigns out to different groups and to maintain touch points over a long period easily.

I feel like the creation of templates/designs could be more customisable, sometimes it seems to take a long time to get a template I'm happy with in terms of how it looks.

Out of everything I think the drag and drop journey builder is the most innovative feature which i find myself using frequently. The degree to which you can customise campaigns through journeys is extremely effective to the point that you can experiment as much as you please and see how the ROI changes easily.

Due to Outlook not supporting certain features, the email can be presented differently (spacing, minor formatting) in the builder than to the actual email that is sent.

No Dynamic lists (moving people between lists when a field changes), No exclusion lists when sending ad hoc - currently, you have to create a new list that becomes irrelevant after one send due to the lack of dynamic lists.

Overall, Force24 is... Better than Mailchimp, Simpler than Pardot, Cheaper than both

Journey Manager has allowed us to plan in sends for our events for three months (we could do the whole year if we wanted!), whereas previously, it was ad hoc. This is a massive time saver and increases the accuracy and consistency of our sends.

I experience occasional system errors when uploading data. For example, the system displays my mailing list has 0 contacts when it has uploaded all of them. I resolve this by signing out and back in again to see the correct number of uploads.

- User Interface.
Slick, well put together user interface marketing automation tool. Easy to navigate your way around and pick up. There is so much you can do with it and they are continuously looking at ways in which they can improve it.
- Web Activity 
I really like being able to see who out of our contacts and what new/potential clients look at on our website. Helps to monitor this daily and reach out to those who keep coming back onto the website. Like the quick LinkedIn feature too which enables you to do some spying and find your contact/lead.
- Friendly & Helpful Staff
I have had numerous training sessions with the team and have found them all beneficial. They go through it in details and help you understand it better if you don't catch it the first time around.  Can always pop a session in the diary too.
- Easy to use
The system is pretty self-explanatory. I just ask a team member on email/intercom if I am not sure.
- Good Customer Support
Always someone there to support you or answer your questions on Intercom. 
-Customer journeys.
So many variations, love this feature. So handy!

Worth every penny in my opinion!

**What do you dislike about Force24?**

- Contact Section.
I find this is not so easy to go through and understand. There are so many drop-down options I find it slightly overwhelming sometimes. If it was easy to use or understand it would not be an issue.
- Web activity does not link with Google Analytics.
This would be really beneficial but maybe I am asking too much!
- Logging Out
Sometimes it randomly logs me out of the system when I am halfway through doing something. However. this does not mean I lose my work, just a tad irritating.
- No undo button.
Would be great if this was a feature when creating emails.

The automated journey tool is by far the best feature. There are many ways to set a path for most types of the customer journey. It makes events, new campaigns, and keeping on top of different marketing lists a breeze! 

The whole team is brilliant at handling any requests that you may have, and nothing is ever too much trouble for them; it's highly appreciated.

**What do you dislike about Force24?**

There is a steep learning curve when you first get started with the software. Even when you think that you are making excellent progress, you come up against something brand new and have to start the learning process all over again.

Some of the features are hard to figure out or hidden away in the background.

**Recommendations to others considering Force24:**

If Hubspot is too much for your business, then you should seriously consider using Force24. It may not have as many features, but the marketing function is just as good for a fraction of the price.

**What problems is Force24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Force24, we would manually send out each email as part of a campaign. We'd get the timings wrong, or emails could be sent in duplicate to specific customers.  It would also take us much longer to import customer data from campaigns into our CRM. As well as all this, we had no automation for our communications. 

With Force24, we see a considerable uplift in the quality of our customer communications and marketing activity. We're able to build custom landing pages and forms, custom data lists, and more.

**What do you like best about Force24?**

There's a lot to like about the system! The Journey Planner is one of the best I have used, very intuitive and with an abundance of features. I've built out some crazy campaigns that have drawn on emails, texts and direct mail with great success. Whether you want to drive revenue or just automate some BAU processes, then the system can handle it.

The email builder is powerful and 0 code, so no matter the skill level of the people in your team, everyone will be able to build good looking and powerful emails in no time. And for those of you who like to dabble in some code (like myself), you have complete access to do what needs to be done. I've yet to come up against anything that I wanted to do in an email that the system couldn't handle.

Outside of the platform, the support is second to none. No other system (and I have used HUNDREDS) has come close to the level of customer service provided by Force24. Every question, no matter how dumb or complicated, is picked up quickly and usually answered in no time at all. They're also happy to hear about platform suggestions and it genuinely feels like they listen to the customer's needs.

**What do you dislike about Force24?**

There's very little to dislike about the system, from a personal perspective, I like to be heavily organised and if you start running a lot of campaigns they can be hard to sort through. I've suggested a few features to help organisation within the platform and, hopefully, they will be rolled out in due course.

For the price you pay, you will not find a better system!

**What problems is Force24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Force24 helps us in quite a few ways but the biggest benefit is that it allows our team to build campaigns that are truly automated. We can build them, fire them off and pretty much forgot about them as we know they will chug along in the background doing what we want them to do (no matter how complex they are). 

They have allowed us to really save a lot of time as processes that were very manual in other systems we previously used, can now be automated quite quickly and the inbuilt website tracking really allows us to get more insight than ever on our customers and tailor campaigns to an extremely personal level.

Force24 is an excellent tool to provide marketing and sales promotions to clients and customers whilst working, the team are always on hand to help with any problems

The only down side of Force24 is that sometimes the emails can go into a customers junk mail folder and cant be accessed instantly. It would be nice to be able to export flyers from force24 to be sent in a PDF format

It is a great tool that can work alongside you to reach a significant amount of customers, excellent support and design team plus own dedidcated account managers.

**What do you like best about Force24?**

I have only started using the platform recently but have found the team to be extremely helpful. The platform is quite intuitive to use, the inclusive training is a great plus and the support team are responsive if you do have problems.

**What do you dislike about Force24?**

The only problem I have so far is finding the time to get used to the platform. As with anything, there is a learning curve but my advice would be to just start using it asap

**Recommendations to others considering Force24:**

Set aside the time to practise what you've learned after each training session.

**What problems is Force24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The automation will save a lot of time and really help with lead generation.
