At the moment I don't really have something that I dislike about force fleet tracking but it already has everything that I was specifically needing it for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What is most helpful about the Force Fleet Tracking System is the ease of plugging in the device and watching the unit become live on the web. The set up was quick and user-friendly as I was able to navigate the pages without confusion or difficulty. When I ran into an issue with setting up a unit, I contacted my account manager and the response was immeidate. He went as far as to offer a discount on units that did were not connect properly. Being able to review the GPS units on my phone allows me to know the status of our fleet in live time. I frequently reivew the mileage accumulated, the length of time spent on a job site, and which vehicles require maintenance. The frequency of use is daily and the ease of integration to our daily ops makes it worthwhile. Most importantly is the monthly cost is much lower than other subscription based services. The downside I found is the not with the product or service but with the drivers hitting the GPS unit because of the location of the OBD ports. However, my account manager gave me a suggestion to avoid the units being knocked off and it worked! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Force Fleet tracking allows us to easily dispatch trucks to emergency service calls or to get support to teams in the feild. Force Fleet also gives us live data on milage, service needs and driver performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The location of the Force Fleet traker plugin in our Ram promasters is not very good and gets bumped out of the slot by some of our larger drivers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We originally used Verizon Connect to track our vehicles but it was way too expensive for our small company. Force Fleet is much more affordable and does the same thing. Whenever there are technical difficulties and we can't track our employees. We also work in the mountains so the service isn't always great but that's not necessarily Force Fleet's fault. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Force is great for tracking company vehicles in real-time. It also has the ability to let customers track the service tech's location when en route to the service call, which is a great feature to help the customer anticipate arrival. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Force Fleet Tracking is a valuable tool to track employees arrival and leave times to and from job sites The system is very easy to read and we appreciate the system providing mile information from job to job with detailed address information. We can easily monitor how long an employee is at a specific job. Having this tool makes it very easy to reimburse employees for miles and also helps with payroll start and end tiimes. The only thing I can say that I'd critique is that there is no interface to be able to plan a route in the software (that I know of). It would be nice to see it integrated in the software rather than having to use a 3rd party route planner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
