Each week we have a different restaurant come in and serve us a hot lunch. The variety of the food menus to choose from is excellent. Fooda also makes sure that all of our dietary restrictions and allergies are accommodated. The vendors arrive in time to set up lunch, and before they leave they make sure the area they served from is spotless. They even will label takeout containers if there are any left overs. Fooda has been able to find us vendors to fit special occasions and the servers have all been friendly, professional and kind. Fooda's corporate customer service has always been excellent, responsive and a pleasure to work with. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Fooda in the future. **What do you dislike about Fooda?** Hard to think of a downside to a catered lunch that your company provides for you. We require our employees to be in office about 80% of the time and having a meal together really brings us together as a team. The convenience, consistency and selection of restaurants are really impressive. **What do you dislike about Fooda?** Hard to come up with a complaint from the consumer perspective. As an admin, I wish there was a more built-out portal where I could update the company's payment options and add / remove users without reaching out to customer support. **What problems is Fooda solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Fooda for their daily lunch delivery for our in-office employees. Not only is this an attractive perk for attracting talent in the competitive tech industry, it also brings employees together. Having the various options of restaurants, everyone can place their own orders, and having the food delivered at the same time on our days with the same driver is great.The desktop and app is easy to use. **What do you dislike about Fooda?** There really isn't much that we don't like. I think the was a hiccup in the beginning as we were getting ready to launch, but after working with the team, we were able to sort it all out. **What problems is Fooda solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having Fooda has been able to help offer various food options for a variety of people and meet their lunch needs whilst delivering at the same consistent time. That has been a game changer because prior to we were using DoorDash and if one person was busy, we all had to wait for them to place their order and we decided on what the majority wanted so if one person is healthy, they are out of luck when the majority wants something that's not as healthy as they'd lilke. ### 46. My employer had us order our lunch every day using Fooda, it had a great list of restaurants and all of their different category separations made it easy to find what I wanted (A salad.) If I decided I wanted another lunch or was out sick that day the live chat feature made it easy for me to cancel or make a change! If food was slow I would get a live update about my delivery. If something happened with the restaurant I was ordering from I was able to redeem a gift card credit to order from another restaurant that day. **What do you dislike about Fooda?** I loved Fooda, I don't have any dislikes. The chatbot feature was nice to cancel my order but If I could automatically cancel without having to chat in that would have made things a bit easier for me. **Recommendations to others considering Fooda:** Fooda is the best lunch delivery service I have ever used. **What problems is Fooda solving and how is that benefiting you?** We saved time and money by not having to leave the office for lunch. We used to do a mass catered lunch and a lot of days I did not like the food and things were being wasted.
