My Chart is Far Superior **What do you dislike about FollowMyHealth?** Little to NO 3rd party Connections available. Company MUST work on adding even the LARGEST company's such as As Connecting Glucose Monitor Acts or Smart scales to Automatically download to the doctor. This company wants you to actually oriit and upload Data yourself when these connections have been in the market for decades...... All they need to do is reach out and sign up so Pts can effectively utilize OLd technology that Clearly should be available. This is why other Pt Portals are much more popular because they have a IT dept that looks to at least KEEPING UP or at least even with Every day common situations. **What problems is FollowMyHealth solving and how is that benefiting you?** Once my account was correctly connected to the organization- (Thought I would mention- for me this took over 90 days and maby hours of me calling back to only hear the same exact steps that did not work be instructed for me to do yet again) - it was connected. This is a critical health issue and must be fixed, NOW. **What problems is FollowMyHealth solving and how is that benefiting you?** The platform should provide rapid and effective communication with my health provider. When the messaging system fails, the platform is useless. ### 4. It's nice for patients to request appointments, medications, or ask general questions. **What do you dislike about FollowMyHealth?** The only problem is that there are times when labs and scans are reported to patients before the nurse or doctor can call to discuss the results, so patients view the results and call in a panic when it's not always necessary. **What problems is FollowMyHealth solving and how is that benefiting you?** By being able to talk to patients outside of clinic, we are able to cut down on a lot of missed phone calls. It's also nice, as patients are able to really have access to their healthcare and make medical decisions on their own. ### 5.
