I really appreciate the great people, technology, and support. It just works perfectly, and my deliverability score is now at 98%! The initial setup was made very easy with their help, taking less than an hour. **What do you dislike about Folderly?** Some noise in my outbox, but that’s how it works and Folderly suggested some workarounds **What problems is Folderly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Folderly gets my business emails to target inboxes instead of spam, improving my deliverability score to 98%. We did stop pursuing outbound as a primary strategy so unfortunately did not continue using their service, however, when we did use Folderly, the tool helped us bring a few more opportunities than we otherwise would have had. It is also great that they had a dedicated client success manager that would provide some level of consulting support that would help with the specific steps to take when there was a deliverability issue. **What do you dislike about Folderly?** Not too much to dislike, most warm ups are a bit sketchy and I've had other warm up services where it actually hurt deliverability because the low quality emails used (some would bounce which would hurt deliverability). Folderly had higher quality inbox's and I never saw any bounce. **What problems is Folderly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Poor email warm up services, tons of bounces from within the other warm up tools which hurt deliverability. Folderly was reliable, provided actionable insights, and had a customer success person who would help navigate issues (this part was important as we run a lean team) ### 4. The SPF record was failing in the Folderly dashboard, but when I checked other tools like MXToolbox, the SPF record appeared to be fine. I strongly believe their report does not reflect the real data; it seems more like hallucinations designed to sell their service. **What problems is Folderly solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has not solved any problem it has made things worst for me.
