It is very secure and has a lot of features , plus it is a good tool to manage documents. It's easy to select files and upload it. making folder and subfolders to better organize the files supported. "An intuitive and easy to use document managament software"

What do you like best about Folderit Document Management?

It is the most user-friendly document management system I have seen. As a user, what impressed me most was the user interface being highly friendly and intuitive, something that I would not expect from such tools.

The platform has excellent features, which facilitate the organization, selection, and upload of files. Also, there are several sharing options.

It is possible to create several folders and subfolders to organize the files, and different levels of access can be granted to them.

Folderit has an extensive knowledge base that makes it possible to take any potential questions about the tool. I confess that I did not use as much as I thought I would need, given that everything is very understandable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Folderit Document Management?

I don't have major complaints about the tool, but I miss the integration with mobile devices, through an application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Folderit Document Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have always had difficulties in using document management software, both for its complexity and its exorbitant prices. I had low expectations when I ordered the FOLDERIT trial, but since I invested in this management software, the productivity of my work has exponentially increased.

The tool is practical, easy, and efficient, something that is difficult to say about DMS software. I didn't need any special training to start using the tool.

Considering my country's currency, it's not very affordable software, but compared to other document management systems, the cost-effectiveness is unmatched. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Folderit Document Management?

folderit is one of the most feature-rich content management platforms. the platform has many tools to handle document from the time of upload itself. you can easily upload the files with simple selection and manage it. creating folders and subfolders can be done too to organise the documents. document tagging is a useful feature of the platform. it helps you find the document and related ones with ease. the admin got full control over the files like editing it and uploading the new versions. he can also give other users permission to do those things which helps you organise the team. the search feature is awesome and helps you fild the files based on tags, title or metadata. coming to one of the most important factors on a CMS platform, the security, folderit is at the top, they have a 256-bit encryption, SSL, approval control and permission management tools to get the best level security to make sure the documents are safe. there are alos other cool features like advanced file sharing options and activity monitor to help you. the interface is simple but not the best and sometimes they are slow too. the support options in the platform are very limited. there is only email support available which isn't ideal on an emergency situation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
