I found the installation and set-up extremely easy, and very intuitive in terms of connecting to specific apps via a pre-loaded menu. The navigation bar is extremely user friendly, enabling the user to jump easily between different apps. The fantastic thing about WTFHBOX is it eliminates the need to have multiple applications and windows open at a single time, helping to prevent my PC from slowing down and boosting productivity considerably. There were a few bugs here and there, so as some difficulties with Google logins. It would perhaps be good to expand the list of pre-loaded app options, as there were a few we use that weren't available and needed to be set-up manually (Formsite, People HR, ClearReview, WeTransfer). Having clearly identifiable App logos is much easier, so the more pre-loaded apps there are the better the user experience (or perhaps having option to customise the icons). I also wondered whether the WTHBOX logo should be moved away from the App navigation bar as it is a bit of a distraction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It covers all the tools I use for my work. As a freelancer, I use different kinds of software because I work with multiple clients simultaneously. This app allows me to organize my workspace according to the tasks I do on a day-to-day basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I dislike about this app is its inability to customize apps' labels on the sidebar. This feature would enable me to easily differentiate my email accounts since I use multiple personas simultaneously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Provides a simple, elegant view of all the web based enterprise apps and tools that I need to do my day to day work. Provides a more focused experience, when compared to the likes of Chrome/Edge etc. Allows me to run multiple identities across applications (i.e. I use several Gmail accounts and several absence.io accounts) without having to log-out / log-in each time. This app is now where I start and finish my working day. I now have a single tool that supports my day to day working pattern, and allows my to focus on what is important to me. The ability to handle multiple identities is good, but in reality, several common apps often make up 1 persona (i.e O365, Abscence.io etc). It would be really nice if there was a way of grouping these identities together so that work was even more focused when I have adopted a given persona. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have been using this software for a month already and I have been very satisfied with how easy to use this software and it made my life so easy especially with my work on a daily basis. Unlike the other browsers, I usually get an issue like the browser would crash or the site won't open. So in order for me to get back to work, I need to perform a few troubleshooting steps and it will be a waste of time. But for WFHBOX as I stated earlier, it really made my work life easy. Easy to set up, literally two minutes. Then after spending ten minutes loading up my seven inboxes, four messaging platform and documents too it was ready to go. Especially as I had tow Microsoft outlook accounts which make me sign out to access the other, WFHBOX solves that problem. Fantastic solution and cheap as well. An intuitive, simple product which everyone on a team got up and running with, little to no training required! Other alternatives software’s appeared complicated on set-up.
