That I cannot change things on the floor plan without haveing to re-publish. Items like room number. Changing the Font or size Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Here at Extreme Networks, we love how easy and well-organized the FMS workplace app is. We can easily access our company floor plans which we have 30. We love how we can assign cubes and quickly identify workspaces as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So, one thing I can say that I dislike about it is sometimes the system takes a little bit longer to upload. Not sure if it's a cloud/ network thing. I do wish the upload was a tad bit faster Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ability to QUICKLY provide answers to those requesting space information such as how much space a certain department has or which departments occupy a building. We used to use Aperture and getting information out of the system was not easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Having to know HTML to develop your own Home Page and having to use an old Internet Explorer version with Silverlight to develop our Home Page. Dashboard development in Silverlight is awful. As of right now you can't use the NEW dashboard tool unless FM hosts your system and my university has no intention of doing that so I am stuck with an antiquated system for home page and dashboard development. What I like best about this software is that it can be programmed/customized in as many ways as you can imagine. I integrated the Move module with digital software so that when moves post in FMS, the employee's name also posts to the nameplate at the corresponding location. Paper, time and resources are re-allocated with this digital integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I dislike about FMS Workplace is the time and coordination involved when resolving system issues. Coordination usually occurs with a technical person from FMS and someone from Information Technology on the client-side. Getting these two groups together takes quite a bit of effort. In the graphic mode, sometimes the assigned, solid hatch colors to spaces are very similar to adjoining spaces. If additional hatch patterns (horizontal lines, vertical lines) were an option, this would improve the floor plan's appearance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
