What do you like best about FMAudit?

I love that I have access to our client's meter reads (overall usage) and ink levels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FMAudit?

I wish it was more appealing and intuitively navigateable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FMAudit solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are not having to reach out to the customer for meters uf they have FMAudit installed and that machine is on their network. It makes for seamless billing because it's coming straight from the machine. It also allows us to have great service by just sending toners when we see them getting low. What do you like best about FMAudit?

I've seen both sides of FMAudit, and while I found it easy to set up an valuable when working for a copier company, I think I like it more as an end user. I can watch click counts as needed, find devices on the network, and it's great for simplifying the billing process. No more calls/emails for counts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FMAudit?

When issues arise, it can take a while to troubleshoot and get you back up and running. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FMAudit?

Like any program it is not a 100% accurate and just sometimes stops reporting all together. I seems to work best with certain brands and others it is like 25% accuracy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FMAudit?

This software keeps great records of our printer usage and allows our printer vendor to automatically send toner when we are running low. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
