They had the BEST customer service/tech support. We were provided an emergency email. If we had a major catastrophe like the site going down, we would email and get a response within a minute and someone would already be looking into the issue.
Also, we could easily provide 3rd party support access to our website without giving our admin logins. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
