**What do you like best about Flxpoint?**

The upsides of using Flxpoint are a complete command of your order routing. Our company uses multiple sources for our offerings. The ability to bring that all into one location, see all the inventory, in pretty much real time, and route orders according to rules we set is a huge cost savings in not just man hours but our costs.

**What do you dislike about Flxpoint?**

The only downside is a lengthy onboarding process. But this is because of the overwhelming complexity of how we handle orders. We use 10+ sources, so there's a lot to configure and test before launching. BUT the upside is Flxpoint is always available with one on one Zoom calls, very quick responses via email. Everyone there is super knowledgeable and are willing to help hold your hand on simple issues as well as complex ones.

**What problems is Flxpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to see all our vendors inventory as well as route orders to the proper vendor automatically.

**What do you like best about Flxpoint?**

What I like best about Flxpoint is how it brings all my inventory and order management into one place. It makes it easy to sync products across multiple sales channels, track stock levels in real time, and avoid overselling. The automation features save me a lot of time on daily tasks, and the interface is straightforward and easy to use.

It also has a lot of powerful features, including control of MAP and MRP pricing, shipping management, and much more—all running on autopilot. Overall, it helps keep my business organized and running smoothly without needing constant manual updates.

**What do you dislike about Flxpoint?**

There isn’t much to dislike about Flxpoint, but like any powerful platform, it can take a little time to learn all of the features at the beginning. Some of the more advanced tools have a learning curve, and initial setup can be a bit detailed. That said, once everything is configured, it runs very smoothly and saves a lot of time.

**What problems is Flxpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Flxpoint solves the challenge of managing inventory, pricing, and orders across multiple sales channels and suppliers. Before using it, keeping everything updated manually was time-consuming and often led to errors like overselling or incorrect pricing.

With Flxpoint, everything is automated—from inventory syncing to MAP and MRP pricing control and shipping workflows. This has significantly reduced manual work, minimized mistakes, and improved overall efficiency. As a result, I can focus more on growing my business instead of managing day-to-day operations.

**What do you dislike about Flxpoint?**

I'm really not happy with Flxpoint. It didn't solve my problems and had system and integration issues. They still charged me for months of issues, and their service is super unresponsive. It can take a week to get an email reply, sometimes they don't respond at all, and there's no accountability. Plus, when setting up your account, they want $5k to help on top of the monthly fees. It's really frustrating, especially since signing up in March, I couldn't even sign in to my account due to integration hiccups and updates. When it finally started working a month later, they expected me to read all the documentation, which is tough with firearms regulations. Scheduling calls was difficult too—only available once a week—and even though emails promise a 24-hour response time, that's not what happens. All this and they're still charging me monthly. The tech department and customer service need to step up.

**What problems is Flxpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Flxpoint didn't solve any problems for me. It had system and integration issues, their support is unresponsive, and they kept charging despite ongoing issues.

**What do you like best about Flxpoint?**

I appreciate how honest Victory was with me when I first inquired about Flxpoint and felt a sense of trust. I completed the onboarding process with Adam, who walked me through it and was very patient as I learned and asked questions about the platform. The platform is easy to use, and the implementation and integration were much easier than I expected.

**What do you dislike about Flxpoint?**

So far, my only dislike is not being able to delete a large number of unwanted archived SKUs at once, after adding all of the SKU exclusions. I found a workaround, however, and the team is currently reviewing the ticket I placed on that matter. The Team was also very flexible with me, allowing me adequate time to address the SKU overage. Very grateful for the flexibility.

Flxpoint has been very helpful in automating my E-commerce business, saving me time and energy while processing orders with my customers and distributors.

**What do you like best about Flxpoint?**

We went round the block looking for marketplace software as we have some really complex and niche requirements and having tried a few this one is far and away the best designed and most customisable. It can accommodate extremely complex workflows and every time we threw a different problem at them their support team were more than equal to the task, even during the prospecting stage before we'd signed contracts. Particular shout out to Justin our account manager who was on hand every time we needed him and was able to support us with some really innovative solutions to our more bespoke workflows.

**What do you dislike about Flxpoint?**

By design, the software is complex and customisable so you have to bear this in mind when signing up. If you want one-click installs and a super simple interface, this probably isn't for you. You'd be better off sacrificing some of the advanced functionality for a simpler product.

We need to automate the process of syncing products and orders with our vendors and the subsequent invoicing that follows.

The support: We were assigned a Flxpoint specialist to guide us through the onboarding process as a multi-brand marketplace. We had several unique requirements to configure, and Adam was incredibly helpful and committed to finding solutions for each one. In addition, the general support team has been excellent - quick to respond and always ready to assist with any questions.

**What do you dislike about Flxpoint?**

As a marketplace, we have many unique requirements for our various vendors, and some of these have been challenging - or in certain cases, not possible to implement fully. We’ve also encountered issues related to vendors operating in different currencies, as they are based around the world. The Flxpoint team has been very accommodating in helping us build this functionality in, but it hasn’t been possible to make everything work exactly as we would ideally like.

As a platform, Flxpoint offers a good level of customisation for different businesses, which has allowed us to adapt several features to fit our specific needs and the unique setup of our marketplace.

What I like best about Flxpoint remains the intelligent order routing and real-time automation—it saves massive time on inventory sync and fulfillment, routes orders smartly (e.g., to UK suppliers first for faster delivery and better eBay metrics), and prevents common headaches like overselling or stockouts that could ding your seller rating.metrics.

"FlexPoint primarily solves the headaches of manual billing, and integration with my eBay and Shopify store.
The automation features are fantastic for saving time on billing and getting payments faster, but what really sets FlexPoint apart is the excellent customer support, especially from Carlos Henao.
He's been quick to respond, super helpful, and always goes the extra mile to make sure everything works perfectly.

**What do you like best about Flxpoint?**

I like that once I've got Flxpoint connected, it becomes hands-off. They have incredible documentation and even better support, with certain support engineers that provide great support while you're implementing their tool into your architecture. The documentation was done very well for their API, and the AI tool was also very helpful at times when I had random questions and needed clarification. The support I received from Justin Henson really made the whole implementation very doable. The level of understanding he had of what Flxpoint can do, the API integration, and my use case really helped a lot when I hit major roadblocks.

**What do you dislike about Flxpoint?**

1) I wish the recording of the support calls were available for a longer period of time.  2) AI is great, I'd love it if it could also hold context for my specific settings and use case.  3) API documentation I could figure out, I always struggled to understand what the tool was capable of and the settings I needed to set or edit to get it to do the thing I needed. My company wasn't at the point of paying additional for the training until we reached a certain point, so if it wasn't for Justin, we would've cancelled membership and just built it out directly working with supplier APIs. I had already built out an integration with Ingram Micro.  4) I sometimes didn't like that I had to wait a week to get a call in the books.

Flxpoint solves the supply chain issue, acting as the middleman between orders on my store and suppliers, enabling seamless product delivery to customers.

We appreciate Flxpoint for providing a centralized platform to manage all of our drop‑ship resources. This solution has significantly streamlined order management, error resolution, and sales performance analysis, enabling greater efficiency across our operations.

Our implementation presented unique challenges due to our business model, and Adam demonstrated exceptional expertise and commitment in addressing these complexities. Thanks to his efforts—and the broader team’s collaboration—we successfully launched and are extremely satisfied with both the Flxpoint platform and the partnership we’ve experienced.

While Flxpoint has been an excellent solution overall, there are a few areas where I believe improvements could enhance the user experience:

SOP Documentation: The current documentation can be challenging to navigate, and finding answers to specific issues is not always straightforward. On several occasions, I’ve had to rely on AI tools to determine the correct steps. A more intuitive help/support menu with easier access to SOPs would be a valuable improvement.

Vendor Setup Flexibility: At present, the platform does not allow setting up vendors outside of Flxpoint’s predefined list when using API connections. Adding the ability to configure external vendors via API would greatly increase flexibility and integration options.

Despite these minor challenges, I remain extremely satisfied with the platform and the value it brings to our operations.

Flxpoint has addressed several challenges we previously faced with other systems and processes. By providing a centralized platform for all our drop‑ship vendor partners, it has greatly enhanced productivity and improved visibility across operations. Additionally, we now benefit from a clearly defined process for managing exception scenarios—such as out‑of‑stock issues and vendor cancellations—ensuring greater consistency and efficiency.

She not only had the patience to guide me through every detail, but also helped me think outside the box. Thanks to her dedication and clarity, I was able to understand how to fully leverage the software to achieve my business goals.

The speed improvement over my previous setup is incredible. What used to take 20-30 minutes of manual work now happens in minutes with FLXPoint's streamlined interface and automation capabilities.

While I love FLXPoint's extensive capabilities, the sheer number of options can be overwhelming at first. There are so many customization possibilities that it can feel daunting to know where to start or which features will be most beneficial for your specific needs.
The learning curve is definitely steeper than simpler platforms. It took me some time to fully grasp all the functionality and optimize my workflows. The complexity that makes it so powerful also means you'll need to invest more time upfront to really master the system.

What I like best about Flxpoint is its powerful ability to integrate products from multiple suppliers into our system, significantly improving our ordering efficiency and enabling us to send professional purchase orders via PDF or EFT.

**What do you like best about Flxpoint?**

Flxpoint has been good for managing our inventory and streamlining product data. I really appreciate how it pulls in real-time quantity and pricing from all of our distributors into one centralized place. The integration with our internal system (Axis) has been good, and the flow into WooCommerce makes syncing products to our website easy. The mapping rules are easy to set up once you know what you are doing. A special shoutout to Jean, who has been incredibly helpful in troubleshooting and resolving issues—his support has made a big difference. I also love that all our orders funnel into a single system, which helps us stay organized across multiple sales channels.

**What do you dislike about Flxpoint?**

Despite the many strengths, there are still areas where Flxpoint could be more efficient. Some tasks require multiple redundant steps, which can be confusing and time-consuming. We're also continuing to experience challenges with fully processing orders within the system—something that remains a work in progress. Additionally, Flxpoint seems to be designed primarily for online-only retailers. Since we operate under a hybrid model with both online and in-person sales, plus the added complexity of federal restrictions, we’ve encountered several complications that the platform isn't quite built to handle out of the box. The search feature is useful, but it can also be tricky to use effectively.

**What problems is Flxpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Flxpoint is helping us manage inventory and orders across multiple distributors. It brings all of our inventory data into one place with real-time quantities and pricing, which saves us time and reduces errors. It also consolidates our orders into a single system, making it much easier to track, process, and fulfill them.

**What do you like best about Flxpoint?**

Our business has extremely complex operations, and no software will be a 100% perfect custom fit, but Flxpoint is by far the most versatile and granularly customizable inventory management and order routing software we've encountered. The UI is intuitive and user-friendly, and the functionality is through the roof. I can't believe how much time we've wasted with other softwares that charge roughly the same or more, but offer only a fraction of the functionality and support resources that Flxpoint offers.

We purchased an onboarding package, which comes with several 1-hour Zoom calls with a dedicated onboarding specialist. Our sessions with Jean, our dedicated specialist, have been incredibly helpful for fast-tracking our onboarding. Our tech-savvy team was able to rapidly onboard with just a few sessions; teams with less technical knowledge would probably benefit most from the mid or top tier onboarding packages, because there's just a ton of ground to cover in order to supercharge your efficiency with Flxpoint's myriad abilities.

Jean has been a delight to work with as our dedicated onboarding specialist; he has stayed on top of all of our questions, thoroughly researched our use cases, and patiently explained everything we need to know in detail, with live demos on screenshare, to enable us to cruise through onboarding. 

The quality of the Flxpoint UI and UX points to a team who doesn't settle for "good enough," but has mastery over the level of detail and complexity needed to actually make users' lives easier, particularly when the software has a million layers of functionality. This is not easy to do.

Since we only just onboarded, time will tell if the Flxpoint functionalities we're leveraging stay consistent and reliable. But as far as usability and support go, Flxpoint gets an A+. We're so glad we found it.

**What do you dislike about Flxpoint?**

It's a pricey software. By current market standards, Flxpoint provides a huge value over some of its competitors. But in general, it's just a lot of money. Flxpoint's pricing for an annual commitment is closer to what we'd like to be paying on a monthly basis without the annual commitment. Even though we may end up sticking with Flxpoint indefinitely, in principle I find annual commitments unpalatable due to how rapidly ecom operations can shift and require pivoting. Just give us one good price without making us stress about the future!

**What problems is Flxpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our fulfillment and order routing needs are unusually complex, leading us to have to write many scripts for automations to close the gaps left by inferior softwares. Flxpoint's extreme customizability has enabled us to streamline these operations so that we can minimize data handling outside of Flxpoint.

Fast and very helpful support team! Shoutout to Adam Buchanan, thank you for all your help!
After initial setup Flxpoint becomes an integral part of my daily workflow for maintaining inventory quantities, publishing products to our site from our distributor inventory feeds, and drop ship order routing.

**What do you dislike about Flxpoint?**

There is a bit of a learning curve but that is where Flxpoint support comes in to save the day!

**What problems is Flxpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Flxpoint has become our solution for adding products, maintaining live inventory quantities and costs, and drop ship order routing. Our store has grown from a ~2000 SKU catalog to over 7000 SKUs in record time! While this would have been a nightmare for maintaining costs and quantities in the past, Flxpoint makes it a breeze! You can even pause live inventory updates easily to manually set your quantitity for products you carry in-store.

**What do you like best about Flxpoint?**

The Flxpoint support team is very helpful and quick to respond.  Li Omabao and Ryan Garcia were the best, they were extremely helpful in setting up and navigating the solution as well as educating the team on best practices. We were shipping well over 20,000 orders a month and were manually distributing them to our various fulfillment sites with their various software requirements/limitations. This used to require 2-6 hours of work every day-- Flxpoint has saved us an immense amount of time, not only in daily work, but also in the implementation! We were able to get everything set up in about 6-7 weeks without any additional outside vendors. Big thank you to our Product Specialist Justin for helping orchestrate all that. The support is also friendly and helpful. Ultimately we were able to make the switch to Flxpoint with minimal issues while still meeting our KPI goals!

Hands-down, the best part of Flxpoint is the support. It's shocking to find a fully supported platform in 2024 where I can just book a call with their team on a whim. Having Justin Henson as our Onboarding Specialist also added depth to our bench in a way we could not have survived without!

Here's the thing - you definitely want/need the Pro version. There are so many features you get, but the best part is the change to the user interface. It's so much more functional! It won't take long to become a power user and you'll understand the platform better on Pro. You will find it easier to integrate, easier to implement, and easier to use.

**What do you dislike about Flxpoint?**

Flxpoint is bridging and incredible gap for dropshippers, and that's hard when so many people have so many different perspectives on how to do the accounting. So far, the accounting model is the weakest part of Flxpoint. This means it can be hard to place in the tech stack when you have a full-scale ERP. My best advice is to just talk witht their implementation team since they WILL have solved your problem before, just maybe not like you were expecting!

Flxpoint's primary solve is: how to dropship, and how to automate that dropshipping.

Importantly, Flxpoint has very sound fundamentals. That's a double-edged sword, because it means that your data has to be clean enough to automate nicely. Ours isn't, and we paid a heavy price early on. However, since we had the real estate to grow and we have the right tools now, it has given us a path forward to fix the bad data we had.

Flxpoint is part of our daily operations for automated and speedy order processing in our morning and noon batches, and in the afternoon for order invoicing and shipping information and inventory update syncing, allwowing us to streamline our workflow and increase our order bandwith to grow our business.

It has allowed us to integrate our selling channels to receive orders and process them quickly in our own warehouse system, as well as by automating and routing orders with our Dropship Vendors.  This software also synchronizes inventory for seamless and automated real-time inventory updates across all our marketplaces and notifies of order fulfillment and inventory issues, making them quickly identifiable for resolution.   

We also receive great customer service and renewal incentives that help with the price. This software is a worthwhile investment for a growing company seeking syncing their channels and streamlining their order processing and product management workflows.

FLXPOINT does have a bit of a learning curve, and is aimed at high-volume order businesses. They do help you get set up and familiar with the platform.

Setup requires some initial time investment for programming and configuration, however Flxpoint's dedicated team takes care of it and provides great support afterwards, regardless of the situation.  

We do wish more Channel options were available at our rank to allow us to integrate more channels, in exchange for order volume.

FlxPoint has been a fabulous tool for order management. Our business is complex with many different suppliers, dropshipping partners, and multiple warehouses. The software's ability to intelligently split and route orders, and the many options for exports and connecting to locations, is a great time saver. FlxPoint has been willing to work with our business to develop integrations and improve features. During our nearly three years of use, we have seen a number of improvements, most importantly for us, FlxPoint's ability to manage fulfilling bundle skus to e-commerce channels. The mapping and rules are amazing once you learn to use them, and the listing management is pretty good as well, however, we have had trouble getting our staff comfortable using it as the interface is not as user-friendly as the channels themselves typically.

**What do you dislike about Flxpoint?**

Because our inventory ships from so many locations, an inhibiting factor with FlxPoint is its inability to assign inventory to specific locations in Shopify. We have also had issues with software updates causing problems across our inventory or creating problems with large groups of orders. FlxPoint has always worked with us to correct any issues, but it is a concern when updates roll out. FlxPoint is not a robust inventory management tool when it comes to cost layers, but it does have quite a few basic features.

Set up can be tricky and there are no ways to mass fix orders that didn't have the proper sku linked. There are some quality of life improvements that could  be made to make it easier to correct errors on the back end.

Flxpoint acts as the order management and routing system for our omni channel retail business. We have a very complex business model with thousands of skus, hundreds of vendors, multiple shipping centers and several store locations. 

Flxpoint spent many months coming up with creative solutions and workarounds to suit our very particular business needs. Big shout out to Justin Henson, who has been a superhero in helping us tailor the system to our business. We could not have done it without him and he continues to be an asset on our team.

**What do you dislike about Flxpoint?**

We had a very tough time with onboarding and implementation due to the complexity of our business model. This was not a plug and play solution for us and I would not call it a simple program. It took us a good year to really learn how to use Flxpoint and have it flow seamlessly within our tech stack. However, I will say that their customer support team is very responsive and helpful. There are still challenges (inventory syncing issues, returns, etc), but they are actively partnering with us to address them.

We use Flxpoint daily to manage our orders and ensure they are routed to the correct location. Customer service has been absolutely amazing. 

We have been assigned a project manager who was able to go through with us and have demos on how to use Flxpoint for our business needs. 

We also embedded Flxpoint into the brain of our ERP and our custom site, and this would have been really difficult if it were not for their API team. 

Our developers would request a ticket, and within 2 hours, Flxpoint would be on a Zoom with their API specialist and fix our issue. If the issue did not have a solution yet, they would add a solution to their next sprint to accommodate us and our needs as soon as possible.

**What do you dislike about Flxpoint?**

The only downside of Flxpoint is its learning curve.

You can do almost everything with it, but you have to learn the ropes as it is jam-packed with features.

There are a lot of features that even after 6 months of usage, I have yet to have learned them -  but we also do not need them for our use case.

One thing that I would like to see them improve is the application speed when over 200,000 products are loaded with all their details. There is a noticeable change in speed when navigating the app.

First, their multichannel management for dropshipping has helped us centralize our operations.

Second, being in the pharmaceutical industry, numerous SKUs are repeated throughout our various vendors - but with slight detail changes. Flxpoint's PIM system was able to allow us to match those items by easily being able to apply rules  in name changes.

Literally no downside. Their pricing is fair (low for what you get), support is awesome, it's a no brainer if you are in the market for a tool like this.

**What problems is Flxpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They completely streamlined the fulfillment process. There are routing and pricing rules in place where it can be hands off, and allow orders to process seamlessly, with as little intervention as possible, so you can focus on scaling your business.

We still need to find a way to link a specific product code with multiple suppliers where each supplier has their own pack size (case, box, or units).

The ability to combine like products from various sources into one product.  
Able to price check between all sources for a SKU very quickly. 
Pretty solid BigCommerce website integration.  
Support has been very helpful whenever I have had issues.

Takes a decent amount of time for the initial setup.  
Almost too much capability ofr a small operation.  Feels kind of dauniting with everything it can do.

Live inventory and pricing from sources.  Direct fullfilment integration for orders.

**What do you like best about Flxpoint?**

They are super friendly to work with and always get back to me in a super timely manner. There is SO MUCH customization, and after working with 3 of the top companies in the automotive data space, FLXPOINT is the best by far that I have seen! They have tons of integrations and loads of intelligent rules that someone with minimal tech skills can easily create. I am excited to continue learning and using the system to improve our Shopify website. We are a little over a year in and loving it!

**What do you dislike about Flxpoint?**

If I had to say something I dislike, it would be the features. Don't get me wrong, they have a TON of features, but there are a few that would improve the overall user experience. I am sure they will introduce them in the future though. There are also a few integrations that would be cool to see from some of the biggest distributors in my space (automotive). The pricing is also a little hard to swallow compared to some of the other providers, but for the money you get MUCH MORE. So they are not charging you more for nothing, it is money well spent if you utilize all of the tools.

**What problems is Flxpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the biggest reasons we switched away from our previous provider was it would take weeks to make simple changes to our data feeds and months to add new sources to our store. With FLXPOINT as long as you have the necessary data, you can add whole suppliers and push them to your store in as little as a few hours. You also have the ability to make any little data feed changes you want and see the results in an update shortly after. This makes it so much more efficient for us and will hopefully improve the overall user experience.
