Some of the best features I have found with Disco is its ability to handle large data sets. This feature is perfect for us as an organization that deals with large data. I have also found its UI easy to navigate, making it accessible to our users of all skill levels.
The software also allows us to import data from various sources, such as Excel and even logs, making it easy to analyze processes.
The customer support of Disco is excellent. It provides different types of support, including online documentation and tutorials. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The drawback of this software is that it does not have a built-in collaboration feature for sharing process mining results with other stakeholders. This could make it difficult for teams to work together and make decisions based on the insights provided by disco.
This software is a commercial tool and may be expensive for some organizations. The cost of the tool could make it a prohibitive option for smaller businesses or organizations with limited budgets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Users can easily find documents using the filters. They can 'search' without having to know how to search. Once they get comfortable, they usually want to learn how to do more complex searching. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not being able to determine database sizes either individually or group.
I would prefer to have the option that Batching (Manage Review Stages) provides whereby a file MUST be tagged from a Group e.g. Responsive, Non-Responsive, OR Privilege. This prevents conflicting tags e.g. tagged as Responsive AND Non-Responsive.
It would also be nice to have an "If" option e.g. if a doc is tagged Privilege, the 'basis' (Attorney-Client Communication, Work Product, etc.) MUST be tagged as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Perfect user interface, helps intuitive process discoveries. Very good support from Fluxicon team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Deeper analyses, additional attribute filtering are missing. No auto-discovery (API based), but it is strategically so. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
