Documents are taken from a sharepoint site and then uploaded to another sharepoint site once they have been completed also renaming them to information on the file. Now without having to rescan them, I can easily annotate documents with my Apple pencil, add bookmarks and distribute them via email. I also value the embedded picture and automation features. **What do you dislike about Fluix?** I think the form maker may be enhanced to make it simpler for regular users to develop sophisticated forms. If the software was accessible via the Google Play Store in addition to Apple devices, that would be wonderful **What problems is Fluix solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using Fluix for my markups has revolutionized how much less paper and ink I need. The process is quick and easy because to the perfect interaction with the Apple pencil. I don't need to perform any additional scanning after finishing a markup to view it and send it to others via email. ### 5. I am in the process of moving a lot of documents over to Fluix, systematically. **Recommendations to others considering Fluix:** It is a solid product and works better than expected. Don't delay - doing documents the old and painful way is a waste of time with things like Fluix around. **What problems is Fluix solving and how is that benefiting you?** As an example. I would get a Pilot to sign an Electronic flight Bag form, take it to the office, walk to the scanner, scan it in, walk to my office, hand it to admin to file, open the e-mail, attach it to a neater new e-mail, send it to HR, A Manager, IT Department. And then repeat this process per Pilot. Now I hand the Pilot my iPad and Apple Pen, he signs, I click on Submit ... and it all goes through and is sent immediately. No worries about missing forms or paperwork as I can retrieve and see everything online immediately. ### 6. I love being able to highlight, use different color pens to write notes, add bookmarks, and save/email my markup. **What do you dislike about Fluix?** I find it a little inconvenient to have to switch toolbars between the highlighter and the pen/pencil markup. I also think it's a little inconvenient to go back to the main page of the document to add bookmarks. If there is a way to add a customizable toolbar that allows the user to add whichever functions he or she uses most often, I think that would terrific and help a great deal. **What problems is Fluix solving and how is that benefiting you?** When I work in the office, I usually print out hundreds of pages of documents to review and markup. Since being remote these last several months due to quarantine, I have been doing my markups in Fluix, which has allowed me to avoid using so much paper/ink. I find the Apple pencil works seamlessly with Fluix. Also, once I finish a markup, I find it easy to retrieve it and share with others via email without having to re-scan. ### 7. The logistics of printing and distributing paper to crew and aircraft around the world was very labour intensive and time consuming. Fluix allows us distribute data almost instantly to where ever the user is in the world and using electronic forms allows us to collect valuable data a lot quicker. **What do you dislike about Fluix?** The User app requires more functionality as some users like the ability to view documents and manuals on a desktop when they are not away from base. **Recommendations to others considering Fluix:** The Fluix team is very helpful and knowledgeable, don't be afraid to get in touch. **What problems is Fluix solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have almost eradicated paper from our Flight Operations and Training departments by efficiently distributing the most up to date data to our crews. Our Training department uses a complex workflow setup within Fluix to allow various trainers access to individuals training files which can be checked out of the Cabinet for editing and checked back in to allow the next trainer to continue the trainees assessment, once the training is complete the file os then sent for review by the head of training and eventually achieved. ### 10. Fluix helps our team to remain updated on tasks and work orders as we can set up workflows that would notify of changes so progress is not halted at any point. **What do you dislike about Fluix?** I wish it was easier to create customized PDF files in the app. **What problems is Fluix solving and how is that benefiting you?** We went paperless in 6 months thanks to Fluix. The app also collects the proof that field teams have been on site as they can add location, signatures and pictures to their reports. ### 11.
