Wow! ... Ditto many of the reviews on G2 that Fluid has got it all covered.
I have worked on projects and programmes for over 25 years and used MS Project, MS Excel, Planview, Smartsheets and more recently Wrike but never seen such such a comprehensive project management and PMO tool.
Fluid got in touch out the blue and I was little sceptical about the demo however was amazed by the array of features incl. Dashboards, Reports, portfolio, programme and project plans, RAID logs, meeting records, communication and collaboration. I am working with clients to build some of these features with other products so these out the box features on Fluid would really be cost and time saving (although probably do me out of work!)
The team of ex PMO and project managers seem to know their stuff and know what they are doing ... they need to shout about it more as the product is defintely one to watch and consider when looking at enterprise and cross departmental projects and programmes. Nothing at this point. It would be great to evaluate the tool in further detail with my client base. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Fluid is one of the project management software that I genuinely recommend. The reason is that I’ve been studying IT Management at University, where my team and I had to work with many large corporations simultaneously. Being the team lead, I have to manage tasks, juggle all the different requirements, calculate the financial cost, cost planning, plan meetings, and make operational decisions while collaborating with my team. As such, I have used many extensive software in hopes one of them will be able to help me handle all these different projects though they tend to lack certain features. Making it hard to use one particular application as my project management tool.
Since then, I’ve attended a few business showcases. Trying to discover whether a better project management tool is available on the market. It wasn't until I found out about Fluid, instead of a lackluster software with a few features. It is an all-in-one platform with extensively more features packed when compared to what you can find on the market. All the features are connected and provide actual value to the end user. It allows users to be able to manage the whole project with extensive clarity in each stage. This is indeed a game changer in the project management tool space. Give it a try! Nothing to dislike, but I guess you might find out when you try it. Though the team there is excellent and will definitely help you out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of the best features about Fluid has to be the reporting and dashboards - there are so many interactive reports to choose from, enabling you to report on the bigger picture with ease, whilst also allowing you to drill into the detail.
The financial reporting in particular impressed me - paired with resource management capabilities like unlimited rate cards, roles, capped hours and placeholder resources - the reporting on project, programme and portfolio level is brilliant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Would have loved the ability to build my own dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Fluid has a lot of functionalities and data options to use, so you can adjust them according to your business' needs. Most of the project data is immediately available through the standard set of dashboards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Allthough many of the functionalities and data options are adjustable, not all of them are. But, from experience I know that Fluid immediately takes action on this and puts new requests on their backlog of functionalities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My life has become much easier having Fluid! I am able to track my workflow daily. I am able to track each project and assign actions and make decisions on each live. This really helps in monitoring and execution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is room for further enhancements such as being able to display some of my data graphically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Fluid had all the bells and whistles I was expecting, with a bunch more thrown in for good measure. UX is... well... fluid, and I found it easy to tweak to suit my needs, and easy hide stuff that I didn't need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing really. Once I understood the basics of the interface, navigating and getting it to do what I needed was straight forward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

previously our meetings lacked leadership, direction and goals in our supposed flat collaborative scrum structure. This tool prompts or asked the questions for better meeting management. We are forever improving and the meeting component defintely helps focus the mind. We use Azure Devops and will be looking to integrate with this tool in the future Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
at the moment there is nothing to add here Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Fluid's got it all covered. It's been developed with project managers needs at heart, but goes beyond the PM remits to involve anyone and everyone across depts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing I dislike, really. There is a lot I still need to learn as it really offers a tonne of features, but you can downscale it only your requirements too! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
