What do you like best about FLOWsparks?

Personal contact, short communication lines, flat organisation with low level hierarchie. Professional organisation who respect the 'voice of customer' and adhere to the timelines. Quality of the end result is according expectation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FLOWsparks?

Limitations of the platform. For an organisation with high demands on graphical design and multiple opportunities Flowsparks might not be the perfect partner, because their platform is designed to 'keep it simple' for L&D. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FLOWsparks?

FLOWsparks helps you to create E-learnings in an easy way with intuitive templates. The designs are made in the colors of your own branding and look very professional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FLOWsparks?

The back office looks very different from the end product. As a content creator, you need to verify the end product with the "eye button", but that's just a way of working. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FLOWsparks?

If it's good, it should be said...

I work as a Digital Learning Specialist at ECS. ECS is a company that belongs to the Equans group and specializes in safety training.

ECS offers these trainings in the classic classroom version, but also felt that the training market (undoubtedly pushed and accelerated by the Covid situation) was asking for digital learning forms.

Both learning forms have their own advantages but can perfectly embrace each other through blended learning. Blended learning... in my opinion, the way to offer the most delicious cocktail.

ECS has chosen Flowsparks as a partner for the digital part.

The program makes me happy. Flowsparks contains pre-programmed learning forms that are all fully driven by models (templates). Within these "learning formats," you can unleash your creativity. The result is always a well-structured and professional training.

I become even happier with the support. As a customer, you are offered a "success coach," the success coach is your point of contact, providing support when needed. No distant helpdesk with queues, no emails answered too late but personal contact with a professional.

I end as I began, if it's good, it should be said. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FLOWsparks?

The program is perfectly suitable for creating e-learnings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FLOWsparks?

The coaching sessions in case there are specific questions and the fact that the program is easy to use, but still offers a variety of options to customize it when desired. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FLOWsparks?

There aren't many things I dislike about Flowsparks, but if I need to give some examples anyway, it might be some small upgrades on the program that might be helpful. For example:

- You do get a spelling check in the text when a word is not written correctly, but no suggestion of what the correct spelling might be.

- Some of the formats always need to be run through from the beginning, which means that if you changed something on the last page and you want to check it afterward, you need to run through every page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FLOWsparks?

FLOWsparks is an LCMS with a fast learning curve. Even as a less experienced instructional designer, you can quickly create beautiful e-learnings. Each template has a clear objective. This makes it easy to make choices. A reasonably extensive report is possible. By adding a few corporate styles, each e-learning clearly bears the stamp of your company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FLOWsparks?

For the more experienced designers who are used to Storyline, Flowsparks might offer slightly fewer possibilities. Even basics like an extensive text editor have their limitations within Flowsparks. The advantage of this is that everyone designs within the same house style. The disadvantage is that you sometimes cannot emphasize certain things that you could have highlighted elsewhere.

Flowsparks is also a true content management system and does not offer the functionalities of an LMS. If Flowsparks is your only platform, that is a disadvantage because you would then need a second platform as well. The dashboard for users is not very user-friendly. (Original )Information
What do you like best about FLOWsparks?

FLOWsparks is a great and easy tool to create attractive e-learnings.

There are a lot of different possibilities to offer content to your target group.

Easy to navigate.

You can implement your corporate identity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FLOWsparks?

Limited in design, there are options to change the layout of your e-learning, but it is still limited.

Sometimes the picture and text don't match and you have to search for 'creative' solutions to make it match.

The tool is not always intuitive for an administrator. You need to get a training to use certain templates and Learning Formats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FLOWsparks?

The use of Smart Programs and Smart Templates that allow you to let your creativity run wild.

The fact that you can build your own e-learning from A to Z.

The support of the success coaches who are there to help us progress.

All the tutorials that allow me to learn to master all these tools by myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FLOWsparks?

The translation system via an xls file. The addition of Deepl should facilitate instantaneous translation.

The option of automatic subtitling of videos would also be a plus.

The backgrounds of the ThemePage which are not visible on smatphone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FLOWsparks?

Having used several authoring tools and platforms, Flowsparks stands out as the most versatile yet easiest to get a hang of. Also, having a helpdesk with a personal approach, that is always on standby, is something I've never experienced with using other authoring tools or e-learning platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FLOWsparks?

There's not really an 'online community' yet. So if you've got some questions about using the tool, looking for tips, tricks, tutoring... You'll be needing the guidance of Flowsparks' helpdesk rather than finding the answers online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
