What do you like best about Flowroute?

The pricing is excellent, and the customer service used to be great at one point in time as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flowroute?

Flowroute has let my business down, and I have already switched to a different provider. I will be porting any remaining numbers from Flowroute as soon as possible. We submitted our 10DLC registration for company text messaging 23 days ago, yet there has been no progress on our tickets. Our text messaging capabilities have been disabled, causing us significant business losses. Avoid Flowroute at all costs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
