**What do you like best about Flowla?**

It’s a very effective tool to manage complex and long winded sales processes efficiently, while keeping everyone in the loop and engaged. Having one place for all the materials in the process, having all the tasks, as well as the timelines united is very helpful, and it’s a very pleasant experience for everyone involved overall. And the Flowla team is so so responsive and supportive, which is amazing.

**What do you dislike about Flowla?**

No complaints so far. Everything seems to be going smoothly.

**What problems is Flowla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Flowla is helping us get complicated deals across the finish line more easily and quickly, with less frustration and overwhelm. This translates to more revenue, and less deals falling out halfway through, which is important for our bottom line.

**What do you like best about Flowla?**

What I love best is being able to have one, unifying place to manage processes with our enterprise clients with utmost efficiency, that also allows us to build and foster strong relationships.

Flowla is excellent for teams who want to modernize and step up the way they engage with their clients, and provide everyone with an overall great experience.

It’s a tool that’s improving every day, so nothing right now.

When managing client-facing projects & processes remotely, it’s easy for things to get very confusing and complicated, very quickly. Especially in our case where we deal with a lot of enterprise clients.

With Flowla, we can hold everything and everyone in one link, a digital sales room. And we don’t need to use external tools to project-manage the process to ensure everyone understands what’s going on and what needs to be done.

Makes things a lot neater & professional for everyone, and we never lose track of where we are at with each client.

**What do you like best about Flowla?**

Being able to close more deals and Flowla's user-friendliness. As a company focused on efficiency and customer satisfaction, we love how easy it is to just pick it up and start creating flows. Our team adopted it into their process very well, and our customers appreciate the simplicity when interacting with flows. And it significantly sped up our sales cycles, enabling us to close deals faster.

Being able to also host meetings inside flows could be one thing that it’s missing.

Buying can be very complex for clients and significantly stall deals, so the simpler we can make the process, the better. Flowla is helping us drive positive outcomes and close more deals by making the experience super easy for them.

I really would like to have more detailed reports into customer behavior.

Trying to deliver value without losing your prospects’ attention, and giving them a clear story is difficult to do when working remotely. Flows garner interest, host all the information I want to forward to my clients, and drive a ton of engagement and convos. That’s very valuable in today’s market.

**What do you like best about Flowla?**

Flowla is the ultimate swiss army knife for sales and client success teams! It acts as a content and media hub, a project management platform, an e-signature tool, a help center… it ticks all the boxes. We started handling our entire sales and onboarding process and I don’t think we’ll ever go back. Our clients love the experience too.

What’s there to dislike! Every sales and customer success team should try Flowla.

Previously our sales and onboarding were practically handled via email or in Slack channels, and there were a lot of different platforms, links, etc. involved. Flowla turned that disjointed process into a smooth journey that’s centralized.

Mutual action plans for sure.

Most of our customers are enterprise companies, so our sales cycles are long and there are lots and lots of people involved.

Making sure everyone is up to speed on the progress, doing the actions that they need to do, and that everyone is on the same page is invaluable for us.

With Flowla we don’t struggle trying to move the progress along, our sales cycles are shorter, and our customers are a lot more engaged since there’s clarity around what needs to be done when, and what they should expect.

Nothing! The team is very responsive to customer feedback, which we appreciate a lot.

The problem Flowla is solving for us is making it easier to manage our complex deals.

Enterprise selling is a lot like managing a large-scale project, you need to juggle many actions and people at the same time.

It’s tedious and oftentimes the process drags on endlessly.

Our team has a bunch of materials in different formats - videos, PDFs, slides, website pages…

Managing and delivering all these materials to our customers neatly in a digestible format was a challenge.

With Flowla, we’re creating a perfectly clear, step-by-step narrative for our customers that provides them with everything they need without overwhelming them.

And, we are able to manage these documents so much better internally as well.

Nothing at the moment. I don't have any complaints.

We used to deliver our many digital materials to our customers over email, and usually it was a chaotic and overwhelming experience for our clients.

There would be too many links & attachments jumping out at them. Not to mention managing all those documents on our end.

Personally my favorite thing is being able to see what material our prospects are spending the most time looking at, and how they behave within the flow. It helps us create better sales narratives because we’re able to provide the buyers with relevant information, and a fluid, frictionless sales process.

Providing relevant information to your customers at the right time is so critical in sales, but it’s hard to perfect that when you don’t really know what your customers are thinking.

Flowla is like that window into your prospects’ mind. You see what they engage with the most, what they revisit over and over again. It gives you an opportunity to optimize your sales deck, your materials, and also the process itself so it moves forward with as little friction as possible.

As someone who likes following and organised process it's great that Flowla lets me track not just who's engaging during project implementation and when, but also the progress of each task in the process.

**What do you dislike about Flowla?**

I prefer having all information laid out in front of me whe nentering a digital sales room, while Flowla compartmentalises sections and hides non-active ones. I guess that this is intended to increase focus and it might be just my personal preference.

Unifying our messaging, features, and how we highlight our product during the sales and enablement process. Flowla makes this easy with templates that are easily customizable and extensible throughout the team.

Analytics makes it easy to recalibrate how we pitch, and test different approaches, knowing that everyone will be able to implement the new strategy right away. It's an awesome tool!

**What do you like best about Flowla?**

My favorite feature by far is the native e-signature functionality they recently released. We can easily send contracts to clients and collect signatures, eliminating the need for an additional platform dedicated for this. It’s pretty neat to keep everything within a flow - it makes for a frictionless experience for clients and easier to followup.

**What do you dislike about Flowla?**

I can not add my colleague to the flow without them signing up. I am positive that this feature may be developed by the team since they are constantly developing.

**What problems is Flowla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Flowla streamlines our sales process for us, especially on the contract and paperwork side. It works great for us and our clients so far.

It is good that we can keep every document related in just one flow.

**What do you like best about Flowla?**

It is a lifesaver for our SEO agency. We need to share a lot of information with clients and discuss them in detail, and it helps us keep all our documents, dashboards, lists, and spreadsheets together. I love how organized and accessible everything is within a flow, making it easy for me and my clients to find and discuss materials without losing anything. Our discussions are a lot smoother and more productive now.

We have a SaaS business tih multiple steps on onboarding post sales journey. It was taking time and bot client and we were losing the track. Now onboarding process clear to all parties and onboarding time is cut to half.

All different types of documents were easy to reach and easy to work-on. Different flows enabled different type of activities (document review, signatures of multiple parties, material sharing) saving all parties using significant amount of time that would be wasted otherwise.

Nothing so far. People who did not use it before got onboarded pretty quickly.

I believe that one of the worst aspects of any sales tool is its lack of aesthetics, and Flowla is the complete opposite. We enjoy using it to create deal rooms that look elegant and are simple to use for our clients. Flowla provides detailed information about what’s going on with prospects. It’s beyond open and click rates - we can see the interaction.

It’s like a private workspace where we can see what the prospect is thinking and who else is involved, which helps us understand which deal to prioritize, how & when to follow up, and who we need to nudge.

And it’s great that it’s super easy to use, non-clunky, and approachable and attractive for the customers.

**What do you dislike about Flowla?**

There is not much to dislike, honestly, but the next step I would like to see is to have a way to know who else is looking at the flows without having to ask for a name.

**What problems is Flowla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A lot of the time, after a demo, my sales team has to work hard to keep customers engaged and focused. Being ghosted is incredibly common - we don’t know how to interpret the prospects’ silence and how to proceed.

Flowla helps us bypass this problem because we get to know what the prospect has looked at, for how long, where they are, and who else is involved, so we take the appropriate action more quickly.

As a team leader, I want to know what engagement's happening, where we are in the field. It helps me greatly in that regard.

Flowla is way-above its competitors, at least the ones I met. It does respond to every needs I had and it has evolved very fast during the last months, adding new features and also taking good notes on users feedback to improve the app.

It's a must have for a salesperson especially if you're selling a product with demos that you can't share access to.

Also, customer service is very quick and kind !

What we like best about Flowla is being able to consolidate everything in the sales cycle under one link, and ensure correct flow of information within the target organization.

Flowla essentially allows us to bypass bureaucracy in enterprise businesses that slows things down, and get our pitch as well as the entire sales process directly in front of the decision maker.

It’s invaluable to speed up sales cycles and handle everything efficiently in that way, even with large organizations.

Nothing so far. I really like to use Flowla, there is nothing I want to change. Great idea, great execution.

We sell to enterprise companies, so we often do not have immediate direct contact with the decision maker, or they get involved afterwards.

This used to cause significant miscommunication, as we had no idea how everything was being relayed internally.

With Flowla we are able to just create one link that encapsulates the entire sales cycle, and the HR rep that we’re in contact with just forwards it to the decision maker.

We’re not only managing the sales process a lot more smoothly, but we’re also defining the narrative even though we’re not in the room.

Flowla transformed the way I handle client onboarding and collaboration as an engagement manager! I love being able to create short video annotations as it allows me to explain complex details in minutes, eliminating any confusion.
As a plus, the video messages have been a fantastic tool in building strong client relationships.

Flowla's versatility when it comes to content embedding is also one of my favourite aspects. 🤌 Canva, notion, typeform.. you name it. This means I can simply share a flow, and everything my clients need is conveniently located in one place!

Given the high level of various details shared with prospects during a call, Flowla makes it extremely easy to summarize this information and share relevant documentation in a much more visually appealing way. It's easier for customers to digest the information, navigate to what's most important to them and share across the team as needed. Additionally, it provides great analytics to better understand where prospects spend the most time and how active they are in reviewing the content, which is invaluable to sales reps.

It has to be the insights feature.
Being able to know which of my prospects have looked at the flow when gives me the ability to follow up with them exactly at the right time, and give them that little push to close my deals faster.

We cannot change the background on some steps. This would really help me give my flows a bit more of a customized feel.
I gave the feedback and their team is really quick to develop new features so looking forward to that!

Before Flowla, I could have a really engaging call and send over some documents, but I had no way of knowing whether they were checking out the information or what they were most interested in.

I learned about Flowla when I saw it on someone’s prospecting sequence and it immediately grabbed my eye. Everyone I show it to is very very impressed - it’s great at capturing people’s attention, I noticed that I’m getting a lot more positive responses.

It helped me hit my target despite the December slump.

I love that it gives you the ability to put everything together and create an overview of what you’re offering.

Your prospects have a neat summary of what you want to present to them without any hassle or messy information overload.

**What do you dislike about Flowla?**

There isn’t anything I dislike that I can think of, but at some point I had a bug that changed my preview images when I was sending Flowla links. 

Thankfully the team was very attentive and responsive so they resolved that issue right away.

Flowla makes it a lot more easy to reach people and connect with them, and most importantly, get a response from them. It diversifies my cold outreach as well, and adds it a personal touch.

Us SDRs have been doing things the same way for a very long time so we need new tools, new implementations, because role in itself is pretty difficult. Flowla fills that gap perfectly.

Our favorite thing about Flowla easily and effortlessly fit in with our existing operations.

We tied our CRM & Slack, so when there’s engagement or activity, we are notified immediately and are able to make calls, send follow up emails, or answer questions, without having to jump in between platforms. Everything is synced.

We also use it for cold outreach, follow-up, and onboarding processes. So it's all one smooth experience.

When we first started using Flowla, some of the editing capabilities took some time to learn. But the flowla team supported us the whole time and was super proactive about taking feedback. So they actually already made the editing super easy now!

Usually when thinking of integrating new tools into a sales motion, I worry about how well it will flow for users and how fast it will be adopted.

But Flowla easily became a part of our day-to-day operations.

The fact that it’s so easy to use. I didn’t even have to look at Flowla 101. I could send a custom flow to a customer in 5 minutes. It’s a huge time saver.
We can put many different types of content, reduce the complexity and engage several people in one company. It makes the sales process incredibly smooth and modern.

**What do you dislike about Flowla?**

I wish it had an auto-personalization feature where it pulled the client’s name and company info from Hubspot and made the necessary changes on the flow. This would be very helpful when we want to send a few flows at once.

**What problems is Flowla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are sharing a lot of content with our customers. Before Flowla, my option was to send an email with 10 bullet points and multiple attachments and links. I don’t like doing that, and it was overwhelming the customers.
With Flowla I can present everything neatly and beautifully and my customers are raving about how much it improves their experience.

My favorite thing about Flowla is being able to craft a linear narrative for our prospects that tells the story of Prisync without overwhelming them.

It allows us to nurture, give information, and pitch in a way that feels quite organic, as if you were face to face. All our clients have to do is just follow the steps, and it gives them a bordered, clear, and neat narrative in a much more digestible and engaging format.

What I like best about Flowla is being able to share all types of content smoothly and in an organized way with minimal effort. We can upload videos, or embed them from YouTube and other platforms easily, and it looks very neat and natural.

For businesses like us whose conversations rely heavily on materials, it’s amazing that there’s also a chat feature. We handle all communication there which speeds things up, and eliminates any confusion. When everything is in one flow, it makes it easier to bring people up to speed if other stakeholders get involved later on.

Sometimes the uploaded videos take some time to load when viewing.

We are in the video advertising space, so our job involves sharing a lot of visual materials. We use Flowla for meeting follow-ups. It allows us to arm our champions with all the materials and information they need to be able to create consensus within their company. We no longer have to blindly hope that they’re able to represent and explain our product well - we can create an engaging narrative that they can share with a click, which ensures everyone in the organization gets the same story, supported with all the materials and documents. It speeds up decision making processes immensely.

We would like to be able to categorize the materials on the asset library, but other than that, nothing we dislike.

When selling our solution, we rely on internal champions a lot. But we don’t like not being able to pitch our product exactly the way we want to.

Flowla allows us to create one narrative, a single source of truth to circulate within the organization. Our champion is able to reach all the necessary materials, and share them easily. I get to see which flows are opened by which prospects and when. This gives me the ability to know if a deal has a heartbeat or not so I guide my team better.

Flowla completely revolutionized how we do sales at UserGuiding.

We can visualize the sales process for our customers in a linear way, and break it down step by step, which eases their worries and speeds along the process and the follow ups.

Since all the stakeholders & materials are in one space, the process becomes incredibly smooth for all parties. Several of our customers have expressed how convenient and sleek their  experience was.

I wish the content library had folders so we could categorize our many different materials in a better way. The tags are very helpful in the meantime though.

Previously, we had to chase down a lot of different people at different stages of the sales process, and send multiple materials back and forth. There was a lot of friction and things would get forgotten and lost in the email chains.
