We've been utilizing FlowHCM for the past couple of months, and it has proven to be an excellent tool for attendance and payroll management. One standout feature that I particularly appreciate is its flexibility in recording attendance. For instance, the ability to sign out and then resume attendance later in the same day is a highly useful function, adding a level of convenience to our daily operations. I find the attendance approval request feature somewhat challenging. When I've requested leave for a specific day, it remains in the 'Missing Entry' section, creating confusion about whether the approval request has been submitted or not.
