NOTHING AT ALL! I don't think that I have something to complain about Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FlowHCM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Payroll : We were at manual payroll and had the whole accounts department for it.Its safe to say that now we only have FLOW HCM ! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Fix Shift day policy is not in HCM thats why we make different off days shifts and apply these off days to day shift or night shift sepratly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FlowHCM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Fix days showing in payroll like 26 fix day if some one absent 1 day paid days showing 25 days this would be cover our compilance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

User interface is excellent, App is easy to operate Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FlowHCM?

Lack of basic customization

Since this is just HCM solution, there should not be any integration cost with other ERP or at least basic payroll integration should be FOC. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FlowHCM?

We've been utilizing FlowHCM for the past couple of months, and it has proven to be an excellent tool for attendance and payroll management. One standout feature that I particularly appreciate is its flexibility in recording attendance. For instance, the ability to sign out and then resume attendance later in the same day is a highly useful function, adding a level of convenience to our daily operations. What do you dislike about FlowHCM?

I find the attendance approval request feature somewhat challenging. When I've requested leave for a specific day, it remains in the 'Missing Entry' section, creating confusion about whether the approval request has been submitted or not.
