**What do you like best about FlowCRM Social CRM?**

User-friendly interface that is easy to navigate and use. The CRM also offers a range of features such as lead tracking, task management, and email integration.

**What do you dislike about FlowCRM Social CRM?**

Limited reporting capabilities compared to some of its competitors and there's no mobile app

**What do you like best about FlowCRM Social CRM?**

FlowCRM Social, I do the integration, FlowCRM gives a lot of help in sales marketing, services and AHCI support to customers and me. Services automation is fantastic. I can meet him with love.

**What do you dislike about FlowCRM Social CRM?**

No problem yet, but there is one problem, my LinkedIn account connection is loading a lot, when I try to connect, it says CRM; I wish you could speed it up, but what do I know? ? Computer storage viruses are anything but. The flowcrm software is excellent.

**What problems is FlowCRM Social CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One problem I have is when I have to do customer meetings, other software doesn't have meetings feature but under this one I find the benefits quite amazing.
