What do you like best about Flowcase?

Structured CV that can be output to different templates easily.

A decent API, so you can extract the information to where you want, easy to integrate e.g. to show information on your website.

Helpful support to setup SSO.

What do you dislike about Flowcase?

Worst part has to be the templating system is based on the dotx-format, it is pretty painful to develop new templates, but I assume many companies simply have CVPartner fix it for them for a price.

Time consuming to set up "masterdata", verifying and categorizing skills and such, is a bit too troublesome, but it is for the most part a huge job once, and then a bit of maintenance from then on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Flowcase?

CV partner is very easy to access, navigate and manage. As an admin, I never had a trouble using it to add users or create proposals. The customer support can be contacted quickly and are knowledgeable. It is quite easy to implement after giving introduction about it to my colleagues. CV partner gives all employees a very nice format to create their CVs and access the CVs of other colleague should they need them for a proposal. As for me, it gives me more information about the skills and experiences of my colleagues so I know who to contact to if I need someone with a specific skill set. What do you like best about Flowcase?

I like that it is very clear and easy to use. You have all employees' CVs and reference projects readily available for use in, for example, offers. You can create groups and tag each CV in the group they belong to. The group leader then has the ability to edit their group members' CVs, which simplifies the offer process. CV Partner is a tool that allows a business to manage CVs and reference projects easily. It provides a comprehensive overview of all available expertise and CVs, is user-friendly for everyone, and can be seamlessly integrated with other systems within a company. CV Partner has contributed to a more efficient handling of CVs and references throughout the organization. The tool is transparent, consolidating information in one place. CV Partner's ability to create various CV templates and reference templates, thus catering to different needs, is highly effective. Additionally, CV Partner provides valuable management information to the company, such as an overview of key competencies, education, certifications, etc. Consultants and employees also find it easier and less time-consuming to update their own CVs. What do you dislike about Flowcase?

Since I started using CV Partner in 2018, the tool has been enhanced. The search function for references could be improved. Additionally, the reference approval workflow does not allow for sending messages or tagging responsible individuals. What problems is Flowcase solving and how is that benefiting you?

My business uses CV Partner in the work with CVs and references, especially in the context of proposals/public procurement. Before CV Partner, we used various Word templates stored in different folders. Now, the company has better control over CVs and expertise, which is accessible to everyone. CV Partner is efficient and organized, ensuring quality.

Currently, I am using CV Partner in my role as Sales and Customer Manager in a company with fewer than 50 employees. Previously, I used CV Partner in a company with 2000 employees. In that company, I was responsible for implementing CV Partner in the organization. Additionally, as a Proposal Advisor/Proposal Manager, I used CV Partner daily in my work. CV Partner is easy to customize for both small and large organizations. Implementing it in large companies requires resources, capacity, and time, but it will result in gains in the form of more efficient processes related to handling CVs and references, in particular. What do you like best about Flowcase?

Out transition to CV-Partner has given us improved searchability to find the resources with the correct competence for the project/tender in question. We have also gotten av better overview and a sentralized solution for our reference projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

User friendly application where you easily can search for the competence relevant for your bid, tailor it and export it in a various number of templates. What do you like best about Flowcase?

It is the best and most powerful tool for handlign consultant cv's at the market. It makes the organizations cv's standardized and increase ease of use both for the consultants and the sales team.
