It is intuitive, user-friendly, and has powerful search functions. The ability to create shared texts saves time and ensures consistent CVs. Adjustments in the tender section can easily be pushed back to the master CV, making the process flexible and efficient. Flowcase has many qualities, and the company impresses by continuously optimizing and listening to user needs. **What do you dislike about Flowcase?** The fact that the program has to fit many users at once, means that not everyone can have it 100% tailored to themselves. **What problems is Flowcase solving and how is that benefiting you?** Flowcase ensures that we can update CVs in a professional and easy way, which means that the proposals we submit become more consistent in both wording and appearance. It helps us keep CVs better updated with its push options, where you can, for example, push text created in a proposal back into the CV. In addition, it gives us the ability to search for competencies across a large company, etc. ### 2. I haven't really found any flaws. **What do you dislike about Flowcase?** Nothing, I believe it has all the expected features and I especially appreciate that it's note bloated with far-fetched features such as rudimentary project management modules, etc. **What problems is Flowcase solving and how is that benefiting you?** We need to keep consultant profiles accurate still adaptable. It makes the important task of maintaining the CV very easy and manageable. The help for users is good, both in terms of the personal support and the online training materials. As a company Flowcase is very responsive to user requests and ideas for development of the system. **What do you dislike about Flowcase?** When we started out with Flowcase , I found the system to be a little unflexible, but 4 years down the line my view on this has changed radically. Almost all our requests for change have been met and we have a good dialogue with Flowcase about the remaining requests. **What problems is Flowcase solving and how is that benefiting you?** Flowcase saves us a lot of time in our tender process, both for the bid managers / tender coordinators and for the employees who need to maintain their CVs and references. My users love the ease of use and have commented that CV Partner makes updating resumes, an often dreaded chore, a fun experience. The additional insight into our staff and corporate expertise and skills have faciliated cross-company collobartion on not only proposals, but questions like who can help with my Python script or review my data analysis. We can narrow the list of potential candidates and projects for proposals in minutes instead of hours of tedious keyword searches in the prior system. We find new ways to use CV Partner regularly; it's a pillar of our data environment. Implementing CV Partner couldn't have been any easier or gone better. When we launched, we had the best possible outcome--no one needed to call for help or support, people adapted very quickly, and we now get feedback that updating resumes is fun. But it's more than an incredible product. The customer support team is absolutely top notch. Time after time, our team has gone above and beoyond to make sure integrations and data imports go smoothly with no downtown. Setting up our own CV templates was easy, and the system comes off as quite flexible. Customizable templates/being able to export resumes in our company template has saved a tremendous lot of time. Unlimited project references a huge bonus. Customer support was very friendly and responsive. **What do you dislike about Flowcase?** Search remains a weakness - need AND/OR search and specific text search (such as using "xx") to better filter for appropriate resources. More customization in the project references section would be helpful.
