It is very easy to set up so I can do it on my own on any system. Even standard integrations like stripe and google analytics are available, making it a one-stop solution to get the e-commerce site running. I also liked their non-abiguous dashboard where I can see my bots and flows in card format.

It's very standard software compared to other enterprise software. I feel it lacked dashboard analytics and reports. They should have provided about failed questions like if the user asked a question and the bot didn't have an answer. It should get recorded. Flow XO for Chat allows you to create code-free online chatbots. I find that for my business website it really gives a human type interaction with visitors and that allows them to build confidence and trust with the products.
