The logistics process of getting set-up were clunky. There were a lot of lessons learned on shipments that couldn't be processed through their network which were not issues raised to us proactively. Flow provides an easy to use scalable global growth solution, and is flexible to meet changing business needs (be it currency conversion, or localization, or hubless shipping).
