The tool helps my meeting organizer to visualize his/her meeting room. Every small detail can be integrated which makes the plan so realistic. It also helps me to be on the same level of the meeting organizer and as an extra safety option, you can ask the meeting organizer to approve the plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Visrez is a very user friendly program for both beginners and professionals. I'm not gonna lie, it takes some time to get used to the interface, but after you'll get the hang of it, it all makes so much sense. The tool is flexible and I love that you can custumize different items (screens, exhibitions with company logos). The 3D visualization bring the floorplans to life. One of the things that I would love to have is an option to align a certain set up so it's precisely straight in the room or precisily centered in the room. I know there is an option to align and distribute items, but that's only applicable to the selection. I would like to have this functionality so it looks at the space as a whole as well. I use this program daily. The Floor Plan is incredibly detailed and interactive. I love the ability to change the camera angles so I can see points of view from the guest's perspective. The designer's attention to detail for every room and item is extraordinary, down to the individual chess pieces on the game board.

Where most other systems use folders, this platform uses tags which makes it much easier to find one's diagrams for a specific room faster. The ability to also add mutliple tags to each diagram is equally helpful.

Being able to lock in a selection would be helpful, e.g., when I choose the select key, the item, and then delete it, the system automatically switches to view mode. The text boxes can also be difficult to use. Where double clicking an item selects it, double clicking a text box duplicates it. It would be helpful if we could chose to add the additional notes and/or the breakdown page to the diagram print out, making it a one page document. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
