What do you like best about Floify?

In the world of lending there are a lot of items that are necessary to obtain financing. With Floify it makes it easy on the client and on you! There are tools that make it so easy to request and receive the documents/items you need and it's all secure. In this day and age security as well as ease of use is key! What do you like best about Floify?

I love Floify for its simpicity. I use Floify everyday and I love that I can simply add my Floify link to any electronic media I use whether its to my signature block on my email, to my Facebook messaging, etc, etc. It works on all social media platforms and my customer love it. I keep myself updated through each milestone and its simple to update and keep track of dozen of loans all in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Floify?

I don't dislike any of it. I would love if I could also chat with my clients, however, with their email capability its all good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Floify?

Not only does Floify give me a platform to intake 1003's, it allows me to provide the client a secure place to collect documents so that they don't have to email sensitive documents. The flexibility that it has as well as the integrations with other parts of my system makes it a great product for loan originators. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Floify?

It doesn't integrate directly with my current LOS which is Calyx Point. I have to use another product to integrate it w/Point, but despite this short-coming, I would still recommend it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not always easy for clients to upload docs, they get confused when uploading multiple docs, pages. Perhaps the uploads need to be listed as "Previous year W2" and something else to ensure they are uploading 2 years worth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The app for the mobile is the really the only area that I feel needs to be improved, there are NO functionality when using the mobile app Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Floify?

user friendly interphase and experience with creating the prequal/approval letters was awesome. to add, uploading, reviewing and confirming docs uploaded were simple to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ran into some trouble uploading from the mobile app, and resorted to actual website. but it was a minority of times that I experienced trouble. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
