The best part of FloEnvy is the willingness of the team to take suggestions and make changes to the program based on the needs of our business. Most requests are completed same day and within a few hours of being submitted. It is user friendly and relatively simple to figure out but if you have any issues the support team and project liaison do a fantastic job of supporting you through the learning process. The team is very open and receptive to any feature requests in compliance with state law. Very quick to resolve any bugs and answer questions. Consistent scheduling of follow-up meetings to ensure everything is working well and helping organize the system to accommodate your company's unique workflow best. The software encompasses cultivation, processing, manufacturing, sales, scheduling, inventory tracking, financials, etc. It gives a general overview and oversight of your company's workflow, efficiency, costs, labor and plant/harvest data. From tracking all our company's data on paper and spreadsheets, FloEnvy has revolutionized how we intend to proceed with our operations and overall organization. Like anything new, it may take some time to understand the language and overall flow of the software... from how certain things are defined, the language used, and the way the software is intended to be used. They have clients in various atmospheres and realms of compliance: such as METRC, international clients and other environments of regulation... this leads to different ways of operating, collecting data and overall organization. It may take time for a new company to become accustomed to the FloEnvy software, requesting feature changes and molding the software to any compliance needs, unique SOP's, etc. Luckily the team is incredibly receptive and adaptable to any requirements, likely to implement any features you need to ensure success. Flo Envy from the start was an amazing company to work with. They were not only professional but would go above and beyond to ensure our requirements were met and would share other functionalities that would later make our processes even more efficient.
