**What do you like best about Flodesk?**

I use Flodesk for newsletters, website forms, and automated email flows. I find it excellent for sending emails to a large list of subscribers and members, which is significant for us as a startup. I appreciate how easy it is to add branding and replicate templates and email flows, making the design look clean with minimal adjustments needed. I like the simplicity of Flodesk, and the fact that the initial setup was very easy for my team.

**What do you dislike about Flodesk?**

1. Flodesk's analytics are lacking, especially with insights on demographics. 2. There are design limitations with some blocks and templates. 3. I've encountered bugs where content doesn't autosave, causing me to have to re-write emails.

I find Flodesk to be my go-to tool for staying in touch with customers and prospects. The web interface is so easy to use and fun to work with, making it super streamlined and simple. I love that it's easy to work with and the onboarding process is really simple and straightforward. Flodesk offers a bunch of great webinars and support. The community and support team are seriously the best in the business, offering optional fun and friendly getting started webinars every few weeks. I appreciate the ownership of my contacts and being able to ensure everyone sees the emails I intend to send, without being restricted by traditional social media platforms.

**What do you dislike about Flodesk?**

I would love to explore the possibility of incorporating quizzes and automatic segmenting of my user base instead of a third-party integration.

**What do you like best about Flodesk?**

I really like how Flodesk blends flow with work, which is my goal now. The customer service team was thorough and actually solved my problem, which saved me time and energy.  I appreciate the wealth of resources available, like FAQs and webinars, and when those aren't enough, it's great to have a real human to answer questions. The initial setup was easier than most, which made transitioning to Flodesk smooth.

**What do you dislike about Flodesk?**

I am still figuring a lot of things out as a new business but I appreciate that there are FAQs and webinars and lots of resources available. I would love if it had a course hub for running my course out of or didn't need Stripe, but those are not really realistic wants.

Flodesk provides thorough customer service that solves issues, helps blend workflow seamlessly, and offers resources and real human support as I navigate business challenges.

**What do you like best about Flodesk?**

I love how intuitive and easy to use Flodesk is. I love that I can just go in and create an email and customize all the settings quickly, and it's really easy to explore. Even as a first-time user, somebody could jump into Flodesk and find it really easy to use. I've built a service offering around setting up clients' Flodesk accounts for them, and the handoff to my client is made much easier because of Flodesk's simplicity! (I don't have to explain the platform in a ton of detail because of its intuitiveness.) One of the aspects I love the most is the ability to add subscribers to a specific segment when they click a button or a link in an email, which makes organizing my list really easy. I also love Flodesk Checkouts! It makes creating a landing page very simple, and it hooks up perfectly with my Stripe account, so that makes a lot of the backend stuff really easy.

**What do you dislike about Flodesk?**

I would love for Flodesk to implement AB testing. Right now, they don't offer AB testing, but I would love to have that feature and experiment with it specifically in workflows.

I really like the design of Flodesk. My emails actually look like my brand without having to hire anyone or spend a lot of time on them, and that alone keeps me coming back. I work with real estate agents on their business systems, so I appreciate tools that are both beautiful and easy to customize. Functionality and easy of use makes it simple for real estate agents to stay consistent with their branding. The automations are straightforward enough that I set them up myself without needing any help, and they've been a game changer for delivering lead magnets and nurturing new subscribers. The initial setup was super easy, very straightforward, and it's just super intuitive and easy to use and navigate.

I love everything about Flodesk to be honest, especially using the automations and how simple it looks when you log in. The dashboard is so intuitive, which is super important for me as a brand and web designer. I really appreciate how Flodesk makes it simple to keep everything branded for myself and my clients without having to design elsewhere. The automations save me time and make it easy to have workflows, like having steps when somebody subscribes, and really connect with my audience. Setting up Flodesk when you first log in is one of my favorite things about it; it's so easy and has all the tools you need without being overwhelming. I love that you can set up your brand kit with colors and custom fonts, as well as social media links, simplifying the email creation process. The templates provided are fantastic – very on-brand and easy to use without needing to be a designer. Flodesk also integrates with a number of tools, which is great.

**What do you like best about Flodesk?**

I love the simple user interface of Flodesk. It's really easy to jump in, learn, and know what to click on next. There isn't a lot of fuss or unnecessary buttons or features, everything is pretty straightforward. The user interface is very well developed, which allowed me to master it pretty easily and use the platform quickly. I appreciate the simple process and payment plans. It's easy to navigate and set up. There are very few features that I feel are missing, and they have a lot of advanced features that I haven't found on other platforms.

**What do you dislike about Flodesk?**

There's small features here and there that I kind of maybe wish were available, like being able to have a more fluid way of moving around images and text. But even then, they have plenty of options and features that I don't really make that much of an issue.

**What do you like best about Flodesk?**

I use Flodesk for my small business consulting services and to create newsletters for some of my clients. I love how it helps me and my clients stay in touch with our subscribers through beautiful emails. It's visually pleasing to use and doesn't feel overwhelming.  A few things I love about it are: how we can save favorite blocks to use across email templates, how our social links don't need to be reset with every email and how the workflows have so many capabilities. The initial setup was pretty easy, too; I loved how the domain authentication guided me every step of the way.  I also really appreciate their focus on supporting small businesses, and of course the gorgeous email templates were a major draw.

Sometimes the visual simplicity makes it a bit difficult to spot certain features (that I now love!)

I've been using Flodesk since 2021! Since day one it's been easy to use and adapt to coming from other email service providers it's very intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Flodesk?**

My dislikes are truly small things such as being able to remove an email from a segment from the audience list instead of going to the segment and removing the email from there for example, this doesn't take away from my overall satisfaction with Flodesk.

Being able to grow my newsletter list in an effortlessly way, again it's so easy and intuitive to use. If I need assistance with anything regarding Flodesk their customer support is AMAZING! I wish every other company had customer service like Flodesk!

I use Flodesk for email marketing for my business and find it super convenient to have all of my email marketing in one place. It's not only beautiful to look at but also allows for automation and customization for maximum marketing impact. I love that it is easy to use, even for beginners. They have a fantastic resource library, a YouTube channel with tutorials, and periodically hold trainings to help users utilize Flodesk effectively. The initial setup is very easy, and I integrate Flodesk a lot with my ShowIt website. I am a proud Flodesk partner and recommend it all the time to anyone needing an email platform to grow their business.

**What do you dislike about Flodesk?**

The only downside I have found so far is there is not currently any way (that I know of) to update my active user segment without rerunning the list from scratch. It would just be helpful for that additional automation to be built in so that users could keep track of active subscribers and those that become inactive automatically drop out of that segment.

I love their designs and user experience - it makes it effortless to create beautiful designs.
I also appreciate their customer service - it's truly rare to have real people email you back until your question is answered and that's what sets companies apart today.

I would appreciate a way to embed instagram posts/ videos the same way that YouTube videos can be embedded. I also find the way that fonts are displayed tricky - sometimes, as I'm typing, the fonts change on me and I try different browsers to alleviate the situation.

**What do you like best about Flodesk?**

I like the pre-made templates and how easy Flodesk is to use, which helps me keep subscribers up to date. It's aesthetically pleasing, and the FAQ modules are pretty helpful. The pricing structure is nice for a small business like mine because it's not too expensive. I appreciate the folders and the ability to organize emails, which makes my business more efficient, especially when resending the same or similar emails. The help team is great and quick to respond. I haven't used it yet, but I like the built-in sales options available.

**What do you dislike about Flodesk?**

I wish there was a saved media library. It is a hassle to constantly have to upload images time and time again. A/B testing would also be nice, but I heard on a recent webinar that is coming. Ohh...and for time delays it would be nice if the delay only impacted anyone who is a 'NO' and you could move the 'YES' people on through the workflow more quickly.

Flodesk makes email marketing easy with pre-made templates and organizing tools, keeping subscribers updated efficiently. It's aesthetically pleasing, offers fair pricing for small businesses, and provides helpful customer service. Flodesk stood out with better value and usability over my previous solution, Mailchimp.

**What do you like best about Flodesk?**

I really appreciate the way Flodesk offers beautiful templates and layouts that are unique, with the addition of stunning pictures. I love how the setup and format are easy to use, and I can find the font I use regularly in my emails and on my website. The colors transferring to my one color makes it cohesive, and I like that they keep my products on file. I am also impressed that it lets me know who opened the emails, who bounced, who canceled, and how well it's doing overall. It's a great experience.

**What do you dislike about Flodesk?**

I would like to know more about how to save a template. I'm usually copying and pasting the old template to get a sample template that I always use. It's also sometimes difficult to get a hold of someone when I have a question about how to do a particular thing I'm working on. It's not being able to get to someone right away so I get frustrated. Stop working on that project and work on something else and then come back to it.

I use Flodesk for quickly sending emails with beautiful templates. It shows who opened emails and their performance, enhances layouts with custom fonts and colors, and tracks email bounces and cancellations.

**What do you like best about Flodesk?**

I use Flodesk for email marketing and it's the #1 email marketing platform I recommend to my clients. I find it very user-friendly and it has all the automations I want. Every single email looks beautiful, and I don't have to sacrifice looks for analytics, which matters to me. I was really impressed when Flodesk's customer support jumped on a Zoom call to help me with a client's emails that were stuck in spam. They showed me exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. It's incredibly generous and nobody else does that. This support is invaluable because it showed me that Flodesk truly wants everyone on their platform to succeed at email marketing. The initial setup was very easy, very quick, and impressive with no stress at all. I also appreciate that they are constantly adding new features.

**What do you dislike about Flodesk?**

I wasn't a fan of the switch from unlimited to per/contact.  I understand it, and I'm grateful I get to keep my unlimited, but I really liked it when everyone had it.

I find Flodesk great for sending emails and forms, and I love the checkouts. The flexibility to have lots of features in one place is something I appreciate. What stands out is how suitable Flodesk is for a creative business compared to my experience with Mailchimp. I like having my emails and checkout products in one place. Also, I valued the look and design, which contributed hugely to making me switch, especially with the checkout option that convinced me it was worth the money as I'm getting more sales. After someone helped set up templates for my brand, it's been quite easy to use.

I would like more templates and the ability to resize and move elements. I like checkout but would like to be able to set dates in the payment plan option.

I use Flodesk for publishing our daily and weekly newsletters. I find it cost-effective compared to competitors and appreciate the minimally designed interface, which lets us finish our work faster. I love the option to add unlimited subscribers for one price, which is great for our growing subscriber list. This allows us to focus on delivering the best user experience without worrying about high costs. The minimal design also makes the site perform fast, saving us production time every day. I was impressed with Flodesk's ability to import large mailing lists without issues.

In the editor, it would be nice to have the ability to group content blocks, as well as copy and paste blocks. I would like to be able to view my newsletters as a list in addition to the current large thumbnails.

**What do you like best about Flodesk?**

I use Flodesk for email marketing often, and I am really impressed with the experience. The platform has a beautiful, modern design that makes creating emails actually enjoyable. Everything feels very intuitive, and it’s easy to navigate even if you’re not very tech-savvy. 

What I appreciate most is how user-friendly it is. I made the switch from Mailchimp to Flodesk and this was FAR more user friendly with an ease in integration. The layout, templates, and workflows are simple to understand, so you can create professional emails quickly without spending hours learning the system.

**What do you dislike about Flodesk?**

I wish there was an onboarding tutorial video that could show me all the features. I had to play around with it. I wish the pre-sent layouts pictures could be adjusted by size. I would like to use more buttons within an existing layout, but have had a hard time figuring this out.

Overall, Flodesk makes email marketing feel accessible and creative rather than complicated. If you value great design and an easy-to-use platform, it’s definitely worth considering.

**What do you like best about Flodesk?**

I love how Flodesk allows me to send an email to my entire list and see my open and closing rates. It has templates and other tools for creating landing and sales pages, and lets me get creative with writing and formatting emails, making it feel new and exciting every time. It's very user-friendly, easy to sign into, and easy to understand different analytics and metrics. It's also really easy if I need to add or remove people from my list manually. I love how quick the support team is and how they're able to answer all my questions in a timely manner. I'm not the most tech-savvy person, so I appreciate that the platform is laid out in easy-to-understand terms, including the fact page which is very helpful for me. The deeper understanding of the analytics helps me grow my business. Knowing that the customer service is on top of things makes me feel more at ease when dealing with any issues. Flodesk is simple, easy to use, and the cost for the monthly subscription is much more feasible compared to the previous platform I used. The initial setup was very easy too, and within a matter of minutes, I could segment my email list and choose templates quickly.

I wish the payment integration was included in my plan. I wouldn’t have to have yet another application to accept payments. I mean it’s not a big deal, but it would be nice.

I have tried Mailchimp and Mailerlite but neither of them match Flodesk for its ease of use.  Even for a non-techy person like me, it is straightforward, intuitive and simple to understand.  

I also like the fact that the finished result is stylish and appealing to recipients, making it more likely that they will welcome regular contact.

There is nothing to complain about.  The price is very reasonable;  it is simple to use;  effective and the back up support is prompt and helpful.  Wish I had discovered it sooner!

I am now in regular contact with guests ho have stayed at our holiday accommodation, keeping top of mind and prompting them to rebook.

**What do you like best about Flodesk?**

What I like best is the aesthetic and how my emails look. It's elegant with just enough ways to tailor everything to how I want it to look.
It's very easy to use, but still with enough features that allow me to do relatively complex things like using segments, and create automated workflows that allow me create systems that work in the background for my business. 
I can easily connect it to my website, and to Thrivecart. I also like the customer service, it's been really helpful when I've needed it as well as the video tutorials provided on their YouTube channel.

**What do you dislike about Flodesk?**

I think the only downside is the cost. I was able to get a year at 50% off, but after this expired, since the price is in USD and has to be converted to AUD for me, it does add up. However, I can't imagine finding another program that I like to use as much.

**What problems is Flodesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me to run automations to specific people in my audience, which helps to drive sales of online products. It helps me to stay consistent with my email newsletters purely because I enjoy using the platform, and it's easy to duplicate emails rather than starting from scratch all the time. Right now I'm no longer using the checkouts feature but I previously used this along with an automated email sequence to deliver an entire online course without having to do anything. That was extremely helpful! As well as being able to create different sign up forms quickly and easily that look really polished and integrate them into my website. I'm not sure how I would do that otherwise.

**What do you like best about Flodesk?**

I’m a brand and web designer, so I spend a lot of time helping clients set up the pieces around their websites, including email marketing. Flodesk has become the platform I always recommend, and honestly I talk about it with clients all the time.

Part of it is the design. Most email platforms make it really hard to create something that actually feels like your brand, but with Flodesk it’s surprisingly easy. The emails look beautiful without needing to create complex custom designs, which I really appreciate coming from a visual communications background.

But the bigger thing for me has been the experience of using it. Because I'm often the link between clients and their newsletters, I'm in there all the time for multiple clients daily. It’s simple, calm, and intuitive in a way a lot of marketing platforms just aren’t. 

And truly, you guys have some of the best customer service and tech support I’ve experienced with any platform! I literally share Flodesk with my clients all the time because of that. There’s also a real openness to growth and feedback that makes it feel like the platform is always evolving in the right direction.

**What do you dislike about Flodesk?**

I would say if there is one thing I would like worked on, it would be:
1. Email Deliverability - Some users report emails occasionally landing in spam or needing list quality to be very clean to maintain good deliverability. It can often be tricky to get your domain authenticated depending on our platform.

Flodesk is very responsive, and for me, because I'm in between the client and you guys, I need to recommend platforms that I know I can get help with if needed. That's only a huge solve.

It helps organize my users in categories, and it suits my branding style. I am not technologically savvy, so it makes it user-friendly. The price point with unlimited email users is also a big plus. The initial setup was very easy.

There are minimal options to use for templates. I wish there were more options available and the ability to move the boxes within the templates around. Also, having uniform font sizes would be great, as those often change if you are using a different block. It would also be great if you could edit the mobile format separately.

It's beautiful. Like really beautiful. It's intuitive, and has a lot of flexibility for marketing and sales. The best thing I think the platform offers is that I have control of who the messages are going to. Keeping track of niche audiences is important.

**What do you dislike about Flodesk?**

I wish there were more options for photos. Especially the blocks that contain multiple images in a semi grid format. I'd love to see more grid blocks for photos/images. My work as a stylist in print media is mostly image sharing. Rows of two or three and double stacked looks clean and is effective.

You're putting boring emails and chunky, blocky templates out to pasture. The old templates on other services can really date your business and make it look like you're not up to speed with today’s technology. I have not come across any downside to using Flodesk and have been with them since they were beta testing. It has been constant improvements and updates.

I really like all the beautiful options Flodesk offers whenever I need to send an email. The master classes they provide are very useful, and I also appreciate their pricing. To me, every penny is worth it to deliver a quality email to my customers and clients.

Sometimes I wish I could manipulate a template. It’s probably possible—I just don’t know how to do it yet.

FloDesk makes it super easy to create beautiful emails with the templates and easy drag and drop features. Setting up the forms and workflows is also easy and straight forward.

**What do you dislike about Flodesk?**

I initially didn’t like that it would not send the workflow email to someone who had previously signed up for the segment (and forgot about it); it caused a lot of emails from people saying they were never sent whatever they signed up for. BUT, that has been fixed in recent updates.

**What problems is Flodesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy way to send mass emails and deliver freebies to subscribed. Also, most of my sales come from people buyibg  after receiving the emails about the product.

I find Flodesk very easy to navigate and love their modern, crisp templates. No matter which design we use, our newsletters to clients always look professional and polished. I also love how the program is less clunky than many other newsletter programs. The drag and drop function is easy to use and navigate. I refer Flodesk to our clients as I know they'll understand the language used and navigation.

**What do you dislike about Flodesk?**

Initially, I found the drag and drop function a little tricky but I've since realised I need to drag more delicately and more slowly. Now I'm totally fine with it.

The professional, modern templates provided by Flodesk make my job much more efficient, as there is minimal design and thought required from my end.

It's very easy to use, the templates are sleek, and their customer support has been great whenever I've had issues (which were to do with my domain, not Flodesk). I use it for 4 differe types of email newsletters, and each one works perfectly.

How much I can customize the design of my newsletters, and the ease of use.

**What do you dislike about Flodesk?**

I wish I could use custom subdomains. Also, there aren’t nearly as many Flodesk integrations as Mailchimp, which makes it harder to connect it with the sites I build for my clients. I also wish there was a better way to organize my emails. The folders shouldn't be a sub tab, it should be the main one.

**What problems is Flodesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like creating custom, beautiful experiences for people, which I am able to do with this platform.
