## Float.com Reviews
 ### 1. Float Keeps Our Agency Organised and Efficient with Seamless Scheduling

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

Float is an incredibly easy way to monitor the hours we are spending on each of our clients, as well as booking hours for upcoming projects and having a clear overview of availability / capacity. As an agency, we work on a cost-per-hour model and so having somewhere to book hours, organise capacity, and review client hours logged, is invaluable. We are also a growing agency, and Float really helps keep the workflow organised on a daily and monthly basis. We actually have a meeting every Monday, during which we go through Float and discuss each team member's priorities for the upcoming week, and are easily able to reassign hours to other team members with the simple drag and drop functionality. We are also able to use Float's API to automate the population of projects / hours per team member, making it much easier than other tools we have tried. I'm not quite sure how we managed before Float, now that it has been part of our daily lives for a number of years!

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

There are three main things that I dislike about Float. Firstly, when reassigning hours to another member of the team, I will receive an error message approximately 5% of the time. It switches the hours back and you have to repeat the process. Secondly, when logging hours, there isn't a way to undo what you've logged. If you are still on the same screen, you can sometimes press ctrl+z to undo your previous action, but you can't have navigated away from the page you were on, else it can't be updated / un-logged. Finally, a lot of similar tools allow you to scroll left to right (and vice versa) by dragging the screen either left or right. Float doesn't have this functionality. Now this isn't a big issue, as there are other ways to scroll through the different weeks (the < > arrows at the top right of the page for example), but being able to drag your schedule left and right in order to view future / previous weeks would be helpful.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Float allows me to see what projects each of the team is working on, so that I know who to brief on which project and when. It also enables me to ensure that client hours are being delivered (by reviewing logged hours). We also used to spend countless hours scheduling projects for each upcoming month - now, the process is almost completely automated thanks to the Float API. We just update an internal spreadsheet we have containing information on client hours, and a script we've created plus the API does the heavy lifting for us. Float is saving is SO much time and really helping ensure we are delivering value for our clients. It also means that we can spend the time we would otherwise have spent on scheduling, on our clients and developing our services.

**Official Response from Alexandria Petigna:**

> Hi there, thanks for taking the time to review us and offer so much context into how you use Float! I loved reading about it. I'm glad you're liking the tool, but I also wanted to acknowledge that it sounds like you're experiencing a few unexpected issues when scheduling time for your team. They might be bugs, and we'd love to help you solve them. If you have time, please message our Support Team at support@float.com, and we'll see if we can troubleshoot the issue with you.

 ### 2. Efficient Time Logging with Float

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Natalia C.

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

I appreciate how easy and quick it was to set up Float. The ability to log my exact time on tasks is incredibly valuable, as it allows my employer to see my overtime and adjust my workload accordingly. I love that I can swap projects and tasks as I wish—this flexibility lets me manage my schedule effectively and helps teammates when they have too much on their plate. Using Float with Google Chrome on my Mac, I find it works perfectly, which adds to the seamless experience. Plus, considering it for future purchase, especially if I work remotely or start my own company, shows its potential for comprehensive time tracking and accurate task management.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

That they are not adjusting the time zones

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Float to log my work time accurately, enabling my employer to see my overtime and adjust my tasks. It also allows me to manage task loads effectively within the team.

 ### 3. User-Friendly, Visually Organized, But Needs Task Color Coding

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Odel S. | Freelance Medical and Scientific Writer

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

I find Float incredibly user-friendly and visually appealing, which makes it stand out to me. The simplicity of the interface allows me to quickly understand and utilize its features without needing extensive knowledge or time investments. I really appreciate the visual layout where tasks for each day are proportionate to the number of hours available, and I love how quickly I can view my upcoming tasks for the day or week. The feature that flags when task hours exceed the typical workday is particularly helpful, providing immediate visual feedback with a red line to indicate I'm over my scheduled hours. Furthermore, the capability to spread tasks over multiple days is something I find highly useful, allowing me to distribute my workload evenly across a few days. The color-coded aspect of Float also adds to its charm, making task management not only efficient but also engaging.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

Sometimes the name of the task is cut off, requiring me to click on the box to view the full details. Additionally, all tasks are currently displayed in one color, and it would be advantageous to have them color-coded by project for better organization.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Float allows me to log in quickly and see my tasks for the day or week, clearly showing available time slots. It helps manage task allocation efficiently and alerts me when I've exceeded daily work hours.

 ### 4. Effortless Scheduling and Clear Layout Make Float a Winner

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

Float makes it really easy to see what projects I’m booked on and what’s coming up. The layout is clear, and I like that I can check my schedule at a glance without digging through emails or spreadsheets. The email notifications are really handy too, especially when plans change last minute.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

Sometimes the email notifications can come through a bit delayed, and it’d be nice if there was a mobile app notification option instead of just email. Other than that, it does exactly what I need it to.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Float makes scheduling and workload management much clearer. It solves the issue of not always knowing what projects I’m on or when they’re happening. It also helps me fill in my timesheets more accurately, since I can easily see what I worked on each day. The email updates are great for keeping track of last-minute changes too, so I can plan my time better and avoid clashes between jobs. Overall, it’s made communication around scheduling much smoother.

 ### 5. Intuitive Platform with Fast Support, but Holiday Requests Need Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Market Research | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

First of all it's a really well designed platform and it looks nice to use. I can easily see my schedule for the week and I don't have to spend any longer than I need to filling out time sheets. It does everything you need it to from a user perspective. Also the customer support is usually very quick. If you're feeling ambitious you can drag events from your calendar (though I haven't done so).

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

The biggest thing is putting in holiday time. It's quite fiddly to work out how to ask for holiday and see how much I have left. That's the biggest bugbear for me.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'd say it's easy to see what everyone is working on - the general dashboard is great. I can also easily see when people have time off. It's good for time tracking as well - it makes it as easy as possible for people to log their hours.

 ### 6. Simplified Project Management with Room for Reporting Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mouncif R. | 3D designer, Manufacturing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

I find Float incredibly easy to use after the initial setup phase, which was a bit challenging initially. Once past that, it became very straightforward to handle. I appreciate how Float has made project tracking much simpler for my team compared to our previous tool. It was difficult to track every project in our previous app, but with Float, it is easier for us to track each project individually. The timeline adjustment feature is particularly useful, allowing me to slide left and right to adjust the timeline of a project. This feature makes it much easier to manage project timelines efficiently. Additionally, I find exporting Excel sheets from Float to amend with our internal system very helpful. This capability makes it a seamless part of our workflow. Overall, my positive experience with Float is reflected in my willingness to purchase it again for our company and the high likelihood that I would recommend it to others, giving it a nine out of ten.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

I find the setup process for Float initially challenging, particularly compared to the interface I was previously used to. It's frustrating to not fully understand the project reporting in Float, especially regarding working hours versus overtime. This makes it difficult to discern whether overtime is included in the schedule, which I find quite frustrating.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Float makes project tracking easier for my team, allowing us to track each project individually without mess. It's also user-friendly once set up, and I appreciate the ease of adjusting project timelines.

 ### 7. Intuitive Project Management at a Great Price

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lawrie M.

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

I appreciate Float for its simplicity and intuitiveness, which makes it quite user-friendly, especially during the setup phase compared to other platforms. This ease of use has allowed my team to adapt and tweak our usage as new features become available. I find its visual representation to be one of its stronger points, as it is not overly complicated and perfectly fits our small team's needs. Float significantly simplifies project management and resource allocation by enabling us to easily see which team members are assigned to projects, track time, and monitor budgets efficiently. It has profoundly benefitted us by providing clarity on what tasks are underway and allowing for easy adjustments when plans change. This ability has enhanced our team's productivity and strategic planning, as we can quickly update schedules and identify potential downtimes or when we may need to pivot. Furthermore, I value its cost-effectiveness; it delivers great functionality at a reasonable price point, especially in comparison to more complex and expensive alternatives. The addition of new features continually strengthens Float, making it an ideal platform for managing our animation studio's diverse and evolving project needs. These features not only support the studio founders in making strategic decisions but also grant the entire team visibility into project progress, contributing positively to the likelihood of recommending Float to others.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

I think the capabilities for sharing schedules could be greatly improved. Currently, there is little editability around this feature. I would like the ability to change the display format of schedules, like switching to a Gantt chart or a calendar view, depending on the client's preference. Additionally, I would prefer the option to edit and limit the details that clients receive, such as only showing main milestones and phases, rather than all project details. This editability would greatly enhance client communication via Float. The current ability to share a live link to the schedule is great, but some additional features around this would vastly improve its usage.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Float for project management and resource allocation, simplifying the process for our growing team. It provides clear project overviews, helps with time tracking against budgets, and enhances our ability to manage complex projects effectively.

 ### 8. Smooth Setup, But Lacks Comprehensive Resource Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dominik Z. | Head of Product Design, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

I appreciate the smooth setup of Float, which made the initial process quite straightforward. The platform is particularly useful for organizing and handling staffing within our company, which is a service business. I find it immensely beneficial to have a view where I can see people and assign projects to them, providing a quick glance at who is assigned to each project. This helps me manage staffing efficiently as it's vital for our clients' needs. Despite some challenges with data redundancy, this feature is a key factor for my continued use of Float. It allows me to gauge how many free resources I have available, enhancing decision-making in our operations.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

I find it difficult to effectively utilize the archiving system in Float. Initially, due to a lack of understanding, numerous projects were set up incorrectly, and now the archive feels more like a disorganized bin rather than a helpful tool. Another issue I face is the inability to accurately reflect the staffing complexities of my team, especially when team members, like product owners and designers, are split across multiple projects. It becomes challenging to represent situations where someone is assigned to two clients, using only 100% of their time but sold for 75% to each client. Additionally, the data recorded feels redundant, affecting my trust in the generated reports and leading me to rely on Google Sheets for accurate tracking. Lastly, I wish there was a feature that better represented the financial realities versus actual time spent, enabling me to access trustworthy reports.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Float to organize and handle staffing but it struggles to represent real-time allocation, especially for multitasking roles.

 ### 9. Great for Planning and Reporting, But Needs Better Task Management for Retainers

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

Ease of use. Like the project planning tool. Logging is easy. Like the reporting function

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

Not being able to archive tasks is really annoying - I have year-long retainers with upwards of 300 tasks in by the end and every time I add a new one I have to open up the list and scroll to the bottom (there's definitely a bug with that). I know it's generally built for fixed projects but as an agency we have a lot of retainers so large numbers of tasks are the reality.

When you schedule something against multiple people, you can't move just one person's without moving everyone's. That would be a helpful option.

If you schedule something that is weekly and the person has time off/or there are bank holidays, an option to put those weeks on a different day would be helpful. I can never schedule weekly retainers on a Monday because I then have to manually go and find all the bank holiday weeks and add a day manually.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enables us to track time used on project

 ### 10. Organized, Easy, and Accurate—A Pleasure to Use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

Clean, user-friendly interface

Excellent visualization of team workload and availability

Integrations with popular tools (Jira, Asana, Slack, etc.)

Mobile app and great support for remote teams

Strong data security and GDPR compliance

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

Limited advanced features / reporting

For example:
It lacks certain reports and integrations, most importantly in the revenue tracking and headcount allocation space.

Customization can be limited

Cost concerns for smaller teams

Mobile experience / plus minor UI issues

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Difficulty visualizing who is working on what and when provides a visual schedule so you can see team availability, assignments and capacity in one place.
Over-booking or under-utilizing team members, With live capacity indicators and alerts for over-capacity, you can avoid burnout or idle time.
Difficulty matching the right skill-set to the right task. Float allows you to tag team members by skills, filter by those tags and allocate accordingly.
Planning based on spreadsheets or disconnected tools, gives a central hub for resource scheduling rather than fragmented data.

 ### 11. Effortless Setup and Integration, But Needs Event Flexibility

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael .

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

I really appreciate how easy Float is to set up. It made a smooth transition for our team when we moved from a more agile to a micromanagement style. The integration with Jira and Outlook is a standout feature for me, as it simplifies resource planning by effortlessly syncing calendars and tasks. This capability helps keep everything organized and easily accessible. The reminders or capacity warnings are incredibly useful for proactively managing workloads across the team. Float's functions have been indispensable in helping us with forward planning and resource management, offering clear visibility into everyone’s capacity. The seamless integration with essential tools like Jira makes Float even more valuable for our workflow. Overall, Float has been beneficial in enhancing our work planning and team organization over the several years we've been using it.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

I find it challenging to deal with repeating events in Float. When someone doesn't work on a particular day and then decides to move that day, it's difficult to edit a single event and add a new one without disrupting everything. If I move something, it tends to shift everything in flow, and reversing this is hard.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Float for resource management, forward planning, and assessing capacity. It streamlines team organization by integrating with Jira and Outlook, providing capacity warnings, and enhancing work planning efficiency.

 ### 12. Float: Simplicity and High Productivity

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Valentin G.

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

I appreciate the ease of use of Float, which proves to be extremely efficient, especially when I am part of a large team. For me, the initial setup was very smooth and simple, which is a major positive point. Float offers excellent visibility of the schedule over several weeks, which significantly reduces the mental load by preventing the need to continually ask team members about their tasks. I also like how we can be assigned to multiple projects at the same time and easily manage the distribution of time on each task. This ability to have tasks well segmented by project and to have a visual and precise view of time allocations for each team member is really useful. Moreover, the integration of Float with Slack is superb as it sends us daily reminders to ensure we are tracking our time well, which is crucial for our billing needs with clients. Finally, I have not encountered any major friction with this software, which encourages me to recommend it.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

I find it frustrating not to be able to delegate a task or cancel a log after it has been recorded. For example, if I have logged an hour on a particular task, I cannot correct it to zero hours or delete the log. I would like Float to consider this feature, thus allowing the cancellation of a previously performed action.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Float simplifies schedule management, provides an overview over several weeks, facilitates task distribution, and improves productivity by reducing mental load.

 ### 13. Float has transformed our way of planning!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tarek G. | Cadreur - monteur, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

What I like most about Float is its simplicity and efficiency. The interface is intuitive, pleasant to use, and allows you to visualize the workload of the entire team at a glance. I particularly appreciate the ease with which you can plan, adjust, or move tasks without wasting time. It is a clear, fluid tool truly designed to optimize organization and collaboration on a daily basis.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

Float is overall an excellent tool, but if one had to mention an area for improvement, it might be the lack of flexibility in certain customization features. For example, it would be appreciated to be able to adjust the display more or create more detailed reports according to our needs. Nothing blocking, but a few additional options would make the experience even better.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Float greatly facilitates the resolution of planning and task allocation issues within a team. Previously, it was complicated to get an overview of everyone's availability and to anticipate the workload. With Float, all information is centralized: it becomes easy to visualize who is assigned to which tasks, to modify schedules in real-time, and to avoid duplicates or oversights. This makes project management much smoother, promotes better communication among team members, and saves valuable time on a daily basis.

 ### 14. User-Friendly and Visual Task Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Iliyan D.

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

I have been using Float for approximately two years to schedule and track my weekly tasks. I find it immensely helpful in keeping track of my daily tasks and ensuring their timely completion according to expectations. The visual planning aspect of Float, which includes laying out tasks with their deadlines in a visually intuitive way, aids in efficient task management. I truly appreciate the drag-and-drop functionality in Float, which streamlines the process of managing tasks by allowing easy delegation, splitting, and completion of tasks. This feature, coupled with the ability to visualize tasks in a graph for easy navigation throughout the week, greatly enhances the usability of the software. The simplicity and ease of use that Float offers are significant reasons for my continued preference and a perfect score of 10 on my recommendation scale.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

I dislike the limited flexibility in exporting options for raw Excel documents in Float. The appearance, style, and arrangement of days or weeks in these exports do not meet my expectations.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Float to track and schedule my weekly tasks, ensuring timely completion. It helps visualize deadlines and task durations, making task management easier with features like drag and drop, split, and delete, enhancing my productivity.

 ### 15. Effective Asana Integration with Minor Setup Challenges

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hayley D.

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

I love how Float provides a clearer view of our team's capacity and planned workload, making it easier to manage projects and resources efficiently. The integration with Asana is invaluable; it simplifies the process by pulling in time tracking data directly, allowing for a streamlined workflow where I can swiftly log time entries. Additionally, I find the drag-and-drop functionality extremely helpful as it offers a visual representation of my day, which enhances my ability to organize tasks and prioritize efficiently. Visually, the platform is quite appealing, which adds to the overall user experience.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

{"The Outlook integrations are a bit clunky and not really working as expected, which limits my ability to fully utilize Float alongside my existing tools.","Working with project phases is somewhat cumbersome; it requires a lot of fine-tuning, which is not very efficient and can lead to frustrations.","The permissions setup is quite tricky, and there are instances where tasks set for me cannot be deleted even when they are not relevant anymore.","Scheduling must be set in one continuous block of time, which is restrictive. It would be more convenient if I could automatically apply tasks as separate occurrences each day, preventing the need to delete or restart the entire schedule for adjustments."}

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Float offers a clearer view of team capacity and workload, simplifying time logging once task durations are known.

 ### 16. Effective Task Management and Time Tracking Solution

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marijn K.

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

I appreciate that Float is specifically dedicated to making it easier to assign tasks and stay on budget with hours. It stands out from general project management tools I've tried, like Monday and Blue CRM, which don't provide the same clarity and team synchrony. Float makes assigning specific tasks straightforward and helps avoid confusion and lost overviews, which used to happen before with just Slack updates. The time scheduling feature integrates seamlessly with Slack to keep everything clear for team members. I find the time tracking feature to be an excellent balance between ensuring accountability and avoiding micromanagement. The scheduling and timeline assignment functionalities are invaluable as they align perfectly with our needs for managing both day-to-day tasks and monthly planning, offering a comprehensive solution that eliminates the need for juggling multiple tools.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

I think sometimes Float has a little bit too much functionality. The forecasting feature is not necessarily something that we need. In the scheduling, you can currently place notes, but it would be useful if this feature was more structured. A quick video or a more comprehensive summary that is easier to read would be nice. Currently, it's just a small text field. Making it bigger or providing more space for context would be very appreciated.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Float helps us manage task assignments and track hours efficiently, preventing overcommitment and providing team clarity. It simplifies task scheduling, offering insights that other tools didn't deliver.

 ### 17. Float makes project planning and timesheets effortless

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

The schedule view and drag-and-drop interface make it very quick to allocate work and see who’s available. For example, when I need someone for a project I can immediately see who’s free or over-booked. Timesheet submission is easier because it pre-fills based on scheduled work. That saves a lot of time compared with manually entering everything.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

Also, it would be great if Float sent reminders or notifications when a timesheet is due or a leave request is approved, so I don’t have to keep checking manually.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Float helps make my day-to-day work smoother and faster.
I mostly use Float to fill in my timesheets and apply for annual leaves. Before, this process used to take more time and sometimes got confusing, but Float makes it super simple.

The automatic timesheet entries based on scheduled tasks save me a lot of effort, I just review and submit instead of entering everything manually. Applying for time off is also very easy. I can quickly see my leave balance and how my leave affects the team’s schedule.
Overall, Float helps me stay organized, accurate, and transparent with my working hours and leave requests. It’s really convenient and user-friendly.

 ### 18. Float Delivers Seamless Project Transparency

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas W.

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

I find Float incredibly beneficial for managing our project resources. It was a smooth transition from our previous tools to Float due to its ease of setup. The simplicity of the interface really stands out, making the process of editing time seamless and efficient. Float provides excellent transparency in project planning, allowing us to see exactly what our team is working on. This feature is pivotal for us as it facilitates excellent project management. Additionally, the ability to export timesheets directly is a substantial time-saver. What I particularly appreciate is how it helps us prepare for our weekly team meetings, aligning our efforts and ensuring we stay on track. Overall, the seamless integration and user-friendly features make Float an invaluable tool for our organization.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

I dislike the lack of integration with AI chatbots in Float.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Float to export timesheets directly, gain transparency in project planning by seeing what people are working on, and organize weekly meetings, enhancing teamwork.

 ### 19. Easy Time Logging, Needs More Automation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tommy S.

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

I have been using Float since May when I joined Exponent, and it has significantly helped me in logging my time daily. This feature allows my team to see how much time I spend on specific tasks, which I guess aids in client billing plans. Compared to other tools I've used before, Float's user interface is particularly nice and stands out for its ease of use. I can quickly log time by just clicking on the time slot, selecting the project, and adding an optional comment. This simplicity is amazing because it doesn't force me to write unnecessary descriptions. I appreciate how easy Float makes it to track the hours spent on tasks during the week, and I can also check monthly summaries effortlessly. It also provides great information about holidays and sick leaves, which is incredibly helpful. Float has become a part of our company's workflow, and I genuinely like it much better than the tool I used at my previous company, Teleopti. Its ease of use would make me consider using it again if I had the chance.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

I initially struggled with the setup process of Float and had to consult the HR team to understand it better. It took me a week or two to get fully comfortable with using it, which made the onboarding feel somewhat challenging. Additionally, it lacks integration options or automation tools, which could enhance its functionality significantly. The absence of such features prevents me from maximizing its potential and automating repetitive tasks. Although logging time is easy, the system occasionally forces manual operations that could be automated, making it slightly less efficient.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Float helps me log my time daily, track hours on tasks, and plan for client billing. It provides a clear view of holidays and sick leaves, making time management and team alignment easier.

 ### 20. Effective for Scheduling, Needs More Project Management Features

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohanad S.

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

I appreciate that Float makes project allocation straightforward, allowing me to efficiently distribute tasks. The setup process was also very straightforward since everything was already set up for me when I started using it. Additionally, I find it valuable that Float helps my team member by showing her what projects I'm working on and forecasting for the upcoming weeks, even if it doesn't directly solve my personal problems. This feature aids in better transparency and team collaboration.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

I find that Float is not solving any of my problems directly, yet it helps one of my team members, which can feel indirect and less beneficial for me personally. Additionally, the inability to manage projects directly within Float is a significant limitation. Project management is a crucial aspect of my workflow that I wish could be handled within the system. This aspect limits the efficiency and completeness of the tool in my daily tasks.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Float helps my team by showing project allocations and forecasting upcoming tasks, aiding in better team planning and resource management.

 ### 21. Efficient for Resource Planning, Less So for Engineering Detail

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

- Balances workload across engineers and analysts:
+ Visual schedule shows who’s over- or under-utilized.
+ Lets leads reassign or delay tasks to avoid burnout and bottlenecks.
Why it helps: Keeps delivery consistent and prevents critical-path delays caused by uneven workloads.

- Supports utilization reporting:
+ Tracks billable vs. internal (non-billable) analytics or engineering effort.
+ Reports help justify headcount or demonstrate workload trends to leadership.
Why it helps: Provides visibility into how team time is spent and supports resourcing decisions.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

- Limited context for engineering complexity: Float treats all tasks as equal-length time blocks — it doesn’t account for technical uncertainty, dependencies, or scope creep.
Downside: Estimates in Float can oversimplify engineering effort, leading to unrealistic expectations.

- Less value for individual contributors: Most of Float’s insights (capacity, utilization, forecasting) benefit leads or managers more than engineers themselves.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What problems Float is solving

Lack of visibility into team workload and availability
– Before Float, it was hard to see who was available, who was overbooked, or when projects could realistically start.
– Float centralizes that view, showing team capacity and planned work in one place.

Difficulty coordinating tasks across multiple projects
– Engineering and analytics teams often juggle overlapping priorities.
– Float makes it easy to assign and adjust work, ensuring deadlines stay balanced across the team.

Inconsistent or manual time tracking
– Float’s time tracking lets team members log actual time spent directly against planned work.
– This helps compare estimated vs. actual effort, improving future planning accuracy.

Limited forecasting for future capacity
– Without Float, it’s challenging to predict when the team can take on new work.
– Float’s scheduling and reporting features help forecast upcoming availability and workload trends.

 ### 22. Simple Interface with Setup Challenges

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** stren P.

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

I appreciate Float's ability to streamline staffing and project management which is essential for my team's operations. Managing hours in the day and overseeing people's tasks is simplified, while receiving a week at a glance view and holiday scheduling are incredibly helpful for planning. I find Float's quick tags particularly useful for organization, and being able to sort by title or name adds efficient clarity to my workflow. The tentative quick select feature and the ease of allocation of hours further enhance productivity. Most notably, I love Float's simple interface which makes it easy for everyone on my team to use, eliminating unnecessary complexity and allowing us to focus more on our work goals.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

I found setting up projects in Float initially difficult. There is a need for clearer differentiation between clients, projects, and tasks, as the current setup can lead to incorrect use of tags. This lack of clarity affected my ability to set up projects and tasks accurately from the start. Additionally, I would like the tasks and projects buttons and functions to have a more distinct difference to avoid confusion.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Float for staffing and project management, effectively managing daily hours, tasks, and holiday scheduling with a simple interface that's easy for everyone to use.

I find Float particularly advantageous due to its ease in logging time, which simplifies the entire process for me. Moreover, once I grasped its usage, navigating through it became straightforward and intuitive, making it more efficient than other vendors I have come across. I also appreciate the resource planner feature, which plays a significant role in managing my tasks. Additionally, Float provides valuable insights over the past months, helping me to effectively review my past activities. The overall user experience is enhanced because, despite its initial setup challenges, mastering Float allows it to stand out for its superior performance compared to competitors. I also value the platform's capability for easy navigation, adding to its efficiency and utility.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

I initially found it tough to set up Float. It took a while to understand how to use it effectively, which indicates a significant learning curve in the beginning.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Float for easy time logging, gaining insights over months, and utilizing resource planning. Its intuitive design surpasses other vendors.

 ### 25. User-Friendly Platform, Highly Recommend

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Giulia P. | Junior Art Director

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

I love using Float because it is significantly easier and better than the Excel sheets we used in previous agencies for scheduling and managing tasks. I appreciate how user-friendly and intuitive Float is, making it an efficient platform without any confusion. The color scheme and job numbers provide a very clear overview of daily tasks, which I find extremely helpful in identifying the specific client I am working for and managing the time I allocate to different projects. Additionally, I enjoy the ability to adjust my schedule dynamically, which keeps my team and clients informed about my workload and the time needed for project completion. This transparency and ease of communication with the team are invaluable. Float has never caused us any problems despite our agency having more than 40 employees, and I receive timely notifications of schedule changes directly in Microsoft Outlook. This reliability and seamless integration enhance our workflow, allowing us to operate smoothly as a large team. Overall, Float's combination of clarity, ease of use, and reliable performance motivates me to highly recommend it to others.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

I find the report section in Float not particularly useful for creatives like me. It would be more effective if there was an integrated section tailored specifically for creatives, perhaps offering an overview of projects' progress.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Float gives me a clear overview of daily projects using color schemes and job numbers, making schedule management intuitive. Being easy to use, it enhances my efficiency, and seamless notification integration with Microsoft Outlook ensures I'm always updated on schedule changes.

 ### 26. Effortless Project Management with Clean UI, But Occasional Slowness

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Public Safety | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

All projects are properly seggregated and easy to manage and log hours with clean UI, ease of onboarding, minimal training required. On the rare occasion we've needed help, the customer support has been responsive and effective. The ease of implementation was a huge plus and our team was fully onboarded with minimal training, making it ideal for daily use. Scheduling and logging hours feature makes life easier and helps to track the progress along with report Integration.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

Sometimes it gets slow and takes time to load changes in the report

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Float solves our main problem of resource visibility and project tracking. Earlier we used to depend on messy spreadsheets to figure out who’s working on what, which was super confusing. Now we can easily see all our projects in real time and how hours are being logged. It really helps us simplify project management and makes our resource planning way more accurate, saves a lot of time too. Plus the feature in report of Logged vs Scheduled shows utilization clearly.

 ### 27. Effortless Scheduling with Aesthetic Appeal

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Janina V.

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

I love Float for its user-friendly and visually appealing interface. The ease of use is remarkable, making scheduling tasks straightforward and pleasant. I appreciate how Float effectively supports scheduling, keeping track of scheduled time budgets, and monitoring overall capacity. The setup process was mostly hassle-free, with the only difficulty being the manual transfer of data from previous systems. I'm impressed by the reporting system, which is both quick and intuitive for checking timesheets and future capacity. This feature makes accessing relevant information seamless, adding significant value to my workflow. If I ever switch jobs to a place without Float, it would be one of the first tools I would advocate adopting due to its smooth user experience.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

Sometimes the timeline shifting can be quite time-consuming if the project has already started. Shifting a timeline from halfway through the job becomes a manual labor-intensive task. It is particularly difficult and time-consuming to push timings when a stage has multiple rounds of work within it. A button that would shift a timeline from a chosen date onwards, rather than from the start of the job, would be amazing.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Float for scheduling and tracking time budgets, which helps visualize capacity and streamline operations. It's user-friendly, visually appealing, and its reporting system efficiently provides useful insights quickly.

 ### 28. Stay efficient

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

I like that it reminds me to fill out my timesheet. This way, I can keep track of what I’m working on and how long it takes me to finish a project. It helps me stay efficient.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

It would be helpful if Float could allocate time based on the number of hours I need to work on a specific project. For example, when I add a project, I’d like to be able to set the required hours and then adjust the time completed each day.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

helps me delegate task with other team members and and to myself.

 ### 29. Game Changer App for Project and resource management

The only drawback is the inability to customize it with our company logo and colors.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better Team Planning and in my case it saves actually alot of time i.e drag and drop functionality while logging the time.
Overall Float improves efficiency, keeps my projects on track, and ensures a smoother workflow!

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

 ### 31. Needs Improvement in Flexibility and Permissions

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Iman G.

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

I find Float valuable for providing a centralized location to log hours and manage budgets. This feature simplifies tracking and configuration, ensuring that our project hours are efficiently monitored and aligned with budget constraints.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

I find Float's features to be somewhat complicated, cluttered, and clunky compared to platforms like Trello. The platform's interface doesn't allow for the ease of movement and task-based organization that I'm accustomed to, such as viewing tasks in a Kanban board. The scheduling feature is also not very useful to me because it doesn't suit how our project timelines work. Additionally, Float feels limited in capability and flexibility, and I haven't found a great way to utilize it effectively. As a result, I am considering returning to using Trello alongside Float.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Float to log hours and manage budgets efficiently in a single place, making it easier to track work and financials together.

 ### 32. Excellent Jira Integration, Needs More Compatibility

I find the Jira integration with Float.com really good. Being able to click and get to tickets on my list to complete is really useful.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

I kind of wish it would integrate with Harvest.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Float.com gives me a timeline of tickets I need to complete and shows when others have done them. The Jira integration is really good for clicking and accessing tickets easily.

 ### 33. Amazing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert D. | Senior Consultant Data Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

The Schedule screen is intuitive and easy to use, making it simple to adjust and manage scheduling.
I use it daily to stay on top of my tasks and to see what my colleagues are working on.

Support is excellent—whenever I report a bug, it gets resolved quickly.

The API is clear, well-documented, and made integration straightforward.
It was especially helpful when we used it to import our master data during implementation.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

For some custom integrations, having Webhooks would be a great addition and make real-time syncing even more powerful.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Resource Planning and Project Management are essential for us, as we manage a high volume of projects.
Most of the time, each consultant is assigned to 1–4 different projects per week.

Being able to quickly see who is available for new projects is incredibly valuable.
The ability to identify opportunities to reallocate projects to other team members also helps us stay flexible and optimize our resources.

 ### 34. Beautiful, Functional UI That Delivers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

The UI is very beautiful and functional.
The customer support is great. I've used it several times and I always get an answer.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

I’m not fully satisfied with the way projects are created. I use Templates to create projects, but I feel this workflow could be improved and made more streamlined. I also think the reports section needs improvement, especially in terms of flexibility for working with and analyzing the data. At the moment, I’m exporting the data to Excel so I can analyze it more quickly.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it to track working hours for our projects.

 ### 35. Usability Shines, But Mobile Experience Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** sai m. | Senior Tech Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

I find Float's usability really good, making it a preferred choice for continuing its use. The ability to schedule and plan team projects gives visibility into future workloads, providing employees a clear understanding of upcoming tasks. Additionally, report generation is seamless compared to our previous vendor, simplifying our processes.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

I find a few features missing in Float that hinder my work efficiency. Notably, the inability to see how much of the budget has been burned and the lack of a comprehensive bird's eye view hamper project progress tracking. Additionally, the restricted access to copying only a week's worth of data, rather than a broader timespan like fifteen days, limits my flexibility in managing project timelines efficiently. Furthermore, the mobile view presents a significant challenge; it is cumbersome to use and not user-friendly for time logging, which forces me to resort to using the desktop version for timesheet entries.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Float to track time efficiently and plan projects, offering visibility into future workloads and easy report generation. However, it lacks comprehensive budget tracking and has limited viewing options, needing improved mobile functionality.

 ### 36. Effortless Time Tracking, But Beware of Accidental Logging

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Broadcast Media | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

Flat is easy to use, and a useful way of tracking hours worked across many different projects, as well as an effortless way to review the years' hours worked come tax return time. It's also pretty good for knowing in advance which times of the year are already overloaded and shouldn't have extra projects added to them.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

The fact that if one accidentally drags a box sideways when clicking on it logging hours, it'll fill in all the rest of everything scheduled on the day even though that stuff hasn't been worked on for those hours at all.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Float makes it easier to report to my superiors about the hours worked, as well as track them personally, ensuring early detection of if a project won't be profitable and (working from home) an easy way to demonstrate productivity if queried when qualifying for stuff like pay rises.

 ### 37. Easy to use and understand with a minor pain

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aakash P. | Accessibility & Usability Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 24, 2023

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

An easy to use and view schedule for your work. The different colours for different types of work/their current status makes it really easy to quickly look at your schedule and determine what you're working on and for how long. The mobile app is amazing and makes it very easy to work out your work schedule on the go.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

It's been a minor missing feature for a while now but the inability to quickly see a particular project's overview to see what other team members are working on it is annoying. It currently requires you to play around with the filter and look around on the schedule.

With some projects that have notes, it would be good to have a preview of what they are on the schedule page, which would also make it clear that the particular project has notes defined.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a big team of consulants, we are always working on different projects either by ourselves or in tandem. Float makes it extremely easy to see what we have scheduled over the upcoming days and for how long. Without Float, we would find it a lot harder to find out our work schedule.

 ### 38. Effortless Time Tracking—Float Gets Out of the Way and Just Works

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

First and foremost, ease of use. It is intuitive to both use and interact with, customizable, and having used other time keeping solutions keeps out of my way for the most part. Time keeping and logging my hours is something I want to spend as little time as possible on, and Float makes that possible by getting out of my way and letting me do what I need to do as fast as possible.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

Honestly, nothing. It's fantastic, easy to use and does exactly what good technology does which is to offer zero friction in doing what I want it to do.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Well, as a creative person across multiple projects I have to log my time so that we can reconcile billed hours to the client (which is never not a nightmare) but with Float I find that I can do this with minimal effort.

 ### 39. Streamlined Scheduling, But Needs Better Project Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexander S. | Project Geologist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

I find Float incredibly useful for coordinating schedules across departments, allowing me to see active statuses and dynamically change schedules easily. Its integration capabilities with our systems, simplicity in setting up, and quick filtering process for organizing office personnel are impressive. The calendar feature stands out with its user-friendly drag-and-drop functionality, reducing the hassle of manual formatting. These aspects not only streamline scheduling but also save time and resources effectively.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

I don't really like how Float handles project integration, especially since not everything we do is project-based. The need to apply a 'work from home' status as a miscellaneous project feels awkward, and the method of displaying out-of-office statuses is not intuitive or clear. It would be better if these statuses could be visually highlighted more significantly, rather than just having a small marker.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Float streamlines schedule coordination across departments, reducing phone calls and saving time and money. Its integration and filtering features help us efficiently manage dynamic field personnel schedules and enhance visibility on office presence.

I like Float.com for its ease of use, which makes managing timetables much simpler. Additionally, the slick interface enhances the overall experience.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

It would be good to have functionality to make it easier to fill in gaps on the timetable, sometimes filling holes in the roster can be time consuming.

Float.com helps with understanding team member availabilities, leave requests, and resourcing concerns.

We rely on it every day, and it genuinely improves our team's organization. Updating our schedules so everyone stays informed has never been simpler. The calendar sync integration is also an excellent feature, and it has been implemented exceptionally well.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

Sometimes, events can stack in odd ways, but I don't consider this a major issue.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helpful to see where each team member is and which projects they are actively involved in. Being able to identify what support is available within the team also makes collaboration much easier.

 ### 43. Straightforward and User-Friendly Time Logging

The ability to set up new projects, tasks, and reminders is incredibly useful, and I particularly appreciate having a visual timeline for my Gantt chart milestones. Float's capability to send email notifications keeps me informed, which adds another layer of efficiency to the workflow. Overall, I like Float because it meets my need to effectively track tasks and milestones without unnecessary complexity, and I find it good as it is.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

I would like Float to have more complexity in its features.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Float helps me track my work, ensuring I meet deadlines and visualize project timelines with Gantt chart milestones.

 ### 46. Visually Simple Interface That’s Easy to Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christian D. | Creative Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

I love how visually simple the interface is.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

Maybe when I have to refresh to see updates. It would be awesome if it synced with our timesheet app and auto populated our time for is to edit or adjust accordingly.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Seeing what I am resourced to work on in the next few weeks.

 ### 47. Simplicity and efficiency

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

I use it daily, it accompanies me in my workday

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

For the moment, I don't really see it. Maybe eventually a direct integration with Outlook one day?

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Float.com helps me better organize my week and anticipate my work, which sometimes allows me to get ahead.

 ### 48. Excellent UX and Interface, but API Integration Could Be Improved

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

The user experience is excellent. All elements are easy to see, and navigating between the various pages and menus is straightforward. The overall look and feel of the interface is also impressive.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

While it's great that there is an API available for implementing integrations, we found that it was missing some specific features that would have been very helpful for fully connecting all our systems. This isn't necessarily a negative point, but having more comprehensive API access for integration with other systems would be beneficial.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool makes it much easier to plan out our work for the entire week, and it streamlines time tracking since we can log our hours directly from our schedules. I also appreciate how simple it is to see, at a glance, which team members are assigned to which projects thanks to the clear overview.

 ### 49. Well-Designed, Reliable, and Easy to Use

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civil Engineering | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

It’s very well designed and highly functional. I find it reliable, straightforward, and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

At the beginning, it was a bit difficult to navigate until I learned what to do. I’m also not a huge fan of the use of AI.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps in conjunction with other tools I have integrated into float

 ### 50. Clear Task Management, but more filtering options

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

What I appreciate most about Float is that it allows me to easily view my tasks for the upcoming week within my workplace. Not only can I keep track of my own assignments, but I can also filter and view the work of other team members. The information is presented in a clear and customizable format, making it simple to organize and understand everyone's workload.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

I would say the thing that I dislike most about float is that the colours can be quite confusing as a result some people may be overwhelmed by the page which could lower productivity. Also there could be more filters

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Float solves the problem of not knowing what I have to do for the day and that everything is clearly displayed just as I need it and it is only a search away.
