### 7. Fantastic Task Scheduling and Tracking with Excellent Customization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Architecture & Planning | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

I really appreciate being able to schedule tasks across multiple projects and project teams, as well as track the time spent on each task—it's fantastic! The filtering options are also excellent, allowing for a more tailored use of the app to suit specific needs.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

So far, I haven't come across any features that I don't like. I'm still in the process of exploring the integrations, but everything has been good up to this point!

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an architectural team, we often juggle multiple projects at once, each at various stages of development. Team members frequently transition between projects, sometimes joining or leaving quickly. Float has been instrumental in helping us prevent scheduling conflicts, reduce downtime, and maintain a clear overview of our upcoming weeks. This clarity allows us to easily prioritise the most valuable tasks.

 ### 8. Float has helped significantly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

It's easy to navigate, I love colour coordination and it's easy to pre plan projects and also get a report on time spent

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

It can be very delayed and lags, the export of data into a spreadsheet could be better organised as right now it's hard to interpret the data. You need to move a lot around for it to be easily read and understood

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Inputting time against team members is easy which helps with an oversight of capacity and resourcing week on week

 ### 9. Great for Daily Planning, But Needs Better Communication and Hour Tracking

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

Seeing a snapshot of my day and upcoming workload. I can use it as a to-do list by seeing which projects I'm scheduled to work on, and understand how much time I'm expected to spend on each.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

I don't like that I can't correspond with the scheduler within Float, and I have to message them separately. I wish I could click on an entry and leave a comment or send a message.

I don't like that there's no 'total hours' at the top of each day, so I have to add up the hours for each project to tell if I'm heavy or light that day.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps multiple producers and managers across accounts see my workload in one place, which helps make sure I have enough to do and not overloaded.

 ### 10. Great Event Organization, But Needs Better Support for Overnight Scheduling

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Professional Training & Coaching | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

I like that you can categorize events and see everything in a clear fashion. I also like that there's a permission structure where folks can access information without accidently causing unintended changes (view only mode).

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

As a training company, sometimes we work overnight events and as of now, Float won't let us block a continuous overnight block. I usually end up having to make more than one block to show the event's duration properly to my team.

I also kind of wish there were a schedule drafting space (which I believe there is technically, just not exactly what I need for my role).

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Float is helping my team coordinate with other departments affected by the schedule without having to be boggled down by multiple emails. It's a one stop place for us.

 ### 11. Great Visibility and Flexibility, But Time Tracking Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

It aligns well with how we view our business and operations. It provides good visibility into the availability of our team and is flexible so we can view the data from multiple different vantage points (ie: Total hours, per team, per client, per project, etc)

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

Its difficult to keep float up to date as time passes, the time tracking features aren't as robust as we need, so we use an external tool and try to keep it in sync with planned vs. actual as much as possible

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing visibility into exactly how our team is being utilized, identifying the gaps in resource allocation so we can actively work to fill those gaps, and uncovering overages which could signal the need to push out a timeline or adjust the delivery of a project

 ### 12. User-Friendly Tool for Quick, Easy Decision-Making

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

Can see resource allocation at a glance. Allows for quick decision making in a fast-paced agency resourcing environment.

 ### 13. Great for Schedule Updates, Needs Better Priority Visualization

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

I appreciate receiving updates whenever there are changes to my schedule, and I find it very convenient that I can toggle the 'remote work' option on or off for specific dates. I also like how the app highlights days in red when I am scheduled for more than eight hours. Another feature I enjoy is the ability to connect my Float schedule to Google Calendar. Thank you.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

I believe it would be helpful to introduce tiers for schedules according to their importance. For example, if project 1 holds greater significance than project 2, it could be placed in a higher tier or displayed in another visual manner that clearly indicates the priority order for that day.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool helps me see which projects my employer expects me to dedicate my time to.

 ### 14. Clear Task Visibility for Me, My Team, and My Department

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

Its quite helpful to plan timing as i can see how my days and weeks are planned beforehand.

 ### 15. Simple UI and Great Search Function

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

Simple UI and layout. Great search function.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

It doesn't link top my timesheets, means I have to submit them separately. Feels like they should speak to each other.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Giving me visibility of the work for the future, helps me manage my day/week.

 ### 16. Great software to manage resources!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Architecture & Planning | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

I like its flexibility and ease of use. It has a simple user interface that is easy to understand. It can handle a significant number of users and helps keep track of activities.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

I think the user interface is simple and could be improved to make it much more user-friendly. I’m not sure if it exists, but an interactive onboarding tutorial could help new users explore the basic features of the software.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have solved resource management we are a global company with offices around the world. Being able to organize resources to support our projects is an essential activity. Float makes this possible by giving our project managers the flexibility to organize and share resources, check workloads, plan resources, and have an ecosystem where time usage can be tracked.

 ### 17. Color-Coded Task Tracking Boosts Team Accountability

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Max P. | Graphic Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

The color coordination makes it easy to track tasks, and being able to view the entire team's workflow helps with accountability. It also increases awareness if someone is overloaded with work. Reviewing past weeks and future weeks is great also.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

I am quite satisfied with my experience using float. It would be interesting to see deeper integration with our briefing system, though I think this may relate more to the way our team has decided to use float rather than any limitations of the platform itself.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool centralizes all of our workflows, providing a clear overview of who is responsible for each task. It also helps us identify which activities are consuming the most time and makes it easier to spot clients or brands that may be causing issues.

 ### 18. Easy Anywhere Access to My Weekly Schedule

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danette V. | SUE Tech, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

I like that I can access my weekly schedule from anywhere. It's nice to be able to check your schedule when you forget what is going on or if an update has been made while you are on the road

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

Sometimes I dislike that everyone can see my schedule and others can adjust it. But I believe that is on my end.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves my constant forgetting my schedule and having to wait to get home to see it again.

 ### 19. Effortless Weekly Planning and Team Coordination

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Market Research | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

This tool enables me to plan my weeks effectively and makes it easy to keep track of my timesheet. It also lets me review the workload and priorities of my colleagues. As a result, it reduces unnecessary chit chat and messaging.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

At times, timeboxing can seem too detailed, and I often find myself assigning arbitrary numbers since it's hard to distinguish, for example, between a task that takes 3 hours and one that takes 4. Additionally, it's not always obvious whether someone's float is current or outdated—a 'last modified' feature could be helpful for keeping track.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Float addresses a key business need by helping to monitor the time and effort dedicated to various tasks, as well as enabling the assignment of projects according to each team member's current workload.

 ### 20. Clean, Responsive UI Makes Float a Joy to Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eiti S. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

What i most like about Float its the UI, its clean, responsive and easy to use. I wish their ui team made more apps

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

I don`t like much the limitation for placeholders. As it has a lot of tools to make forecasts projects, when i`m forecasting a big project i`m not able to proper fill the spots because i would need to pay $10 for each new placeholder.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a clean schedule and being able to quickly share time estimates with my team and clients

**Official Response from Alexandria Petigna:**

> Hi Eiti, thank you for the kind words. I noticed you mentioned placeholders. I wonder if using our unassigned roles feature for creating/estimating your projects might work better. Here's the information if you're interested: https://support.float.com/en/articles/12132579-role-based-planning-unassigned-roles

 ### 21. Great for Tracking Team Progress

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

This tool lets me keep track of what my colleagues are working on. It's a great time and effort organization tool to avoid double booking of projects.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

In my opinion, the user interface could use some improvement. I find it somewhat challenging to manage the scheduling, and I think a few adjustments could make the experience smoother.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I believe it's important to ensure that everyone on the team has tasks to work on, and I try to avoid duplicating efforts with my colleagues, as that would be a waste of time. I also make sure that I have assignments lined up for the week, particularly since my manager can assign projects to me. This approach helps me plan how I will use my time in the company going forward.

 ### 22. Easy to Use with Helpful Colour Coding and Cost Calculation

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

It easy to use and the colour coding and ability to input fees and calculate costs of work done is really helpful. The data produced is also difficult.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

I don't like how on the schedule 15 minutes would we 0.25 hours but on the log it would be 00:15. It makes it difficult to flick between the two.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me to keep track of the hours I'm spending on a job and look at exisiting jobs and hours spent on them. This is useful when providing fees for new jobs.

**Reviewed by:** Luke M. | Senior Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

Float is great to see my schedule at a glance to understand what the team's priorities are for a given week or month. Being able to see my fellow teammates' schedules is also valuable to know if they're heads-down on something big and shouldn't be bothered, or if they're more open for collaboration.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

I often use Float in split view, so the screen is quite narrow. When this happens some of the UI is no longer visible, such as the "Today" button.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing and viewing complex schedules for multiple team members.

 ### 25. Intuitive Scheduling Made Easy, Minor Limitations for Short Tasks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

Float's interface is very simple and intuitive - in the best way. You can easily manipulate your schedule in real time and cross reference against other people's schedules. I always have Float open to see changes in real time.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

I am unable to adjust my schedule to items that are less than 15 minutes, which is a minuscule inconvenience for items that are 10 minutes.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Float allows me to showcase my schedule and cross-reference the schedules of other employees. This allows effective project management for short term and long term goals.

 ### 26. Time log process made easy, Resource Management is super easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karan R. | Software Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

Currently, there is not anything that I dislike about float.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time Reacking made easy and simple. I am able to get the details of each time logged by the resources and can analyze it thoroughly. This is one the problem solved by Float.
The next problem that solves the Float is, Resoure Management. As organization grows, it becomes difficult to keep track of reousce utilization. But with float, I can manage the resource effectively as I have full visibility over it.
Project management is also become now easy.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

Float is simple to use, however provides powerful functionality. It is very easy to manage juggling multiple projects and track time spent on each one for accurate billing and time management.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

It took me a little time to get used to using it and understanding all its features.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the time management and project tracking problem and allows me to see what other people are working on and how free their schedule is and accurately bill clients.

 ### 28. Project management made easy, but display could be improved

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Online Media | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

Float allows me to easily access all the projects I manage as a digital project manager, as well as the availability of all my team members. Thanks to this, I can adjust their schedule without difficulty.

I also appreciate the ability to display only the details of certain projects, while others remain visible in gray, without displaying their details. This makes reading much clearer.

I also like that my team members can indicate when an "allocation" is completed, which helps to better distinguish tasks that have already been handled from those that remain to be accomplished.

Finally, the project plan view proves to be very practical for working in agile mode, especially with sprints, as it allows for easily adding milestones and phases.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

A very recurring problem is causing me to lose a lot of time: when I modify an allocation several times, part of the text contained in the "Notes" section is deleted after clicking "update". This leads to situations where members regularly inform me that they do not have access to all the information they need to complete their tasks.

It would also be more convenient if, on the "Project Plan" interface, when a "milestone" is added to a project, it is only visible in the "Project Plan" interface and only by the members involved in that project. This would prevent overloading other company members who are not participating in this project with information that does not concern them.

Still regarding the "Project Plan" tab, I found the old functionality more suited to my needs. I regret that when selecting a project in "Project Plan", it is no longer possible to see in gray the allocations assigned to members in other projects. Since this interface change, I use this view much less, whereas it was previously extremely useful to me.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to organize the schedule of multiple people while managing different projects in the same place is really convenient.

**Official Response from Alexandria Petigna:**

> Hi there,

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us; it’s very valuable for us to understand both your needs and any friction points you’re experiencing. I’m working with our Support team to understand whether your issue with the “Notes” section might actually be a bug that we can fix for you.

Regarding the feedback you highlighted regarding the Project planning experience, as well as the new “Project view,” I completely understand. What I can say is that as of now, you can continue to use the “old” Project plan view. Instead of clicking on the project name, which now takes you into the new view, you need to click the double arrows in the lower right-hand corner of the card to expand the plan. If you do want to try out the newer Project view, you still have the option of viewing the other project allocations on this view.

Follow the instructions here: https://support.float.com/en/articles/11405498-project-view#h_a17c320fa7

Please let us know if you’d like any more guidance around how to access the “old” Project plan view or how to better make use of the new Project view. We’d also love to collect any additional feedback you have. You can do this by reaching out to our support team via email (support@float.com) or in-app chat. Thank you!

 ### 29. User-Friendly Display That Makes Onboarding a Breeze

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jodie G. | Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

User friendly/ the display is easy too, it's so easy to teach and onboard

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

some processes are a step to far, like finding people on a job, a few too many clicks

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adding budgeting/estimating has been great/ job numbers too

**Official Response from Alexandria Petigna:**

> Hi Jodie! The estimations feature is undoubtedly one of our newest big additions, so it’s great to hear that you’re making the most of it. Regarding finding people, I'm not sure if you’ve tried this yet, but we do have pretty robust filtering capabilities (and they can be saved for reference). I’d recommend you check this out to see if it will help you: https://support.float.com/en/articles/28939-search-and-filter

 ### 30. My overall experience with Float has been positive

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Xiao Z. | Lead Environmental Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

What I like best about Float is its ease of use . The interface is clean and intuitive, making it simple to manage schedules and track workloads.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

1 The delete tool in Float isn’t very intuitive or easy to use.
2 When managing larger teams, the interface can get a bit crowded, making it slightly harder to view overall capacity at a glance.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Float helps solve resource management challenges by providing a clear overview of team capacity and project timelines. It allows me to allocate resources efficiently, avoid overbooking

 ### 31. It's easy to update your timely hours as well as time off hours.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gaurav N. | Brand Protection Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

I like Float’s intuitive scheduling and resource management features. They make it easy to track who’s doing what and optimize team workflows.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

Float can be pricey, especially for smaller teams, and some users find its interface a bit complex to navigate initially.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Float solves scheduling and resource management problems by helping teams plan and track their work. This makes it easier to see who’s busy with what, avoid overloading anyone, and keep projects on track. For me, it means better organization and less stress about managing workloads.

 ### 32. Effortless to Use and Incredibly Intuitive for Teams

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sam K A. | Engineering supervisor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

It's very easy to use, I was able to show my team how to implement it without any trouble. The interactivity is very natural.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

I don't use it to manage projects, just stand-alone tasks. I would like to have this as an option, instead of having treat each task as a project.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can see at a glance which members of my team has availabilty for a new task. I'm able to easily reassign or reorder tasks and adjusting the length of tasks is also very intuitive.

 ### 33. Effortless Task Management with Float.com

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

I use Float.com to list my tasks and plan my schedule, and I like how it allows me to see my availability before committing to more tasks. I find the app feature very convenient, especially because it lets me book time after work. It's user-friendly, and the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

It gives delayed email notification

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Float.com to list my tasks and plan my schedule. It helps me see my availability before committing to tasks.

 ### 34. Clear and Easy to Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

I like the clarity of Float.com, which makes planning my workflow easier. The initial setup was very simple, which I also appreciate.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

everything pleases

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Float.com for planning the workflow. I like the clarity the most.

 ### 35. Solid Way to Look at the Time

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris V. | Managing Consultant, Consulting, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

Float is pretty easy to use. You can create different filters to manage your team workloads and see which groups are on projects at a given time, and for how long. It's something as a manager I frequently use to view where my team is allocated.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

Sometimes the integration aspects are difficult to understand, and even more so that they aren't visible to most users of the product.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I know where everyone is allocated and where the capacity lies for the future.

 ### 36. Effortless Team Scheduling and PTO Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** kylee n. | Sr. Business Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

Love how easy it is to quickly track and schedule across our entire team. Allows us to efficiently manage schedules and paid time off.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

Wish you could see a time break down of each day that could easily be printed so you have a time-slot daily calendar

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ensuring that each employee has an adequate amount of work on their radar. We float mainly to assign projects to employees, allowing them to know what they will be doing this week before they ever step into the office.

 ### 37. Convenient, easy to use but clunky - needs improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

Convenient, easy to understand, and relatively easy to use!

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

Well, it is too clunky. Inputing weekends isn't easy...it tends to be frustrating - It's a great app but also needs improving

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps me project and staff manage - assign work

 ### 38. Highly Effective Cost Planning System from Float

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

float has recently launched a system for cost planning which is highly effective

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

Compared to other all-inclusive solutions, it could not have as many advanced project management features as those, task dependencies or time monitoring

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

project runout and costing

 ### 39. Easy Interface with Powerful Filtering

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sean D. | Integrated Studio Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

Easy interface,
And very easy to filter Individual, Skillsets, Departments and more.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

Nothing major. I would liek to be able to shorten the height of users rows

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None that I am aware of

 ### 40. Intuitive and Simple, But Editing Time Entries Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris R. | Graphic Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

It's intuitive, it's not cluttered with too many extra features, it allows us to colour-code by client

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

When you try to edit a time entry start time, it changes the end time as well. IMO these times should not change unless you choose to edit them. I sometimes start logging 15 mins after starting a job, and then want to move back the start time but NOT change the end time.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm required to track my time by job, and it does that effectively

 ### 41. Resource management Software for Team

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abdul Azeez M. | Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

It has a user friendly interface with efficeint sceduling real time updates & excellent customer support.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

I find that the report generation and export features are quite limited. Additionally, when syncing half-day entries with HRMS software, the allocation is not reduced to a half day as expected.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The allocation of resources and the tracking of their time for invoicing and billing are handled effectively. However, the process could be even more accurate if there were improved synchronization of half-day holidays with the HRMS software.

 ### 42. A Clear Visual for Managing Team Capacity Across Projects

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Monica E. | Chief People Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

It provides a visual way to manage people’s capacity across projects. Easy to use and set up.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

Sometimes it’s difficult to get the appropriate report that I need.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Float allows us to allocate people to projects and quickly see whether we can reallocate resources or if we need to hire new team members.

 ### 43. Intuitive Layout for Task Planning, But Needs Smarter Holiday Updates

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ellena T. | Audit manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

The layout is straightforward and helps my team easily view their upcoming assignments for the next few weeks. This feature enables them to plan their future tasks more effectively.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

We need to remember to review and update the public holidays each year. It would be helpful if the calendar could automatically adjust to reflect the public holidays of the user's country.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Float to monitor staff assignments and ensure that all deadlines are met according to the schedule provided by the platform.

 ### 44. Great for Timesheets, but Silent Logouts Can Stop Time Submissions

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Games | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

It's great for logging timesheets and keeping on top of work.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

Sometimes when I log time, the browser session is logged out but the interface is still present within the browser window. So it doesn't get submitted. I only find out it hasn't when our PM says "You haven't logged your time!" and I say "Erm, yes I did!". Frustrating.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing me to log piecemeal pieces of work.

 ### 45. Senior Auditor

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

Really clear and easy to use in such a way that all calendars of my team are available for me to see and add to. It can also handle scheduling all the way down to the minute.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

If you have a lot of things going on at once in one day, the boxes that detail what you are doing are really small. Also, people could remove things from my calendar without consulting me and I wouldn't know who did it.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem would be not knowing what other staff in my team are doing both today and in the future (and also what they have done in the past). Float allows for transparent scheduling across a team of staff.

 ### 46. Great for Team Scheduling, But Drag-and-Drop Can Be Tricky

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

It's helpful to be able to see all the team's schedule in one place and be able to easily transfer the bookings from one to another by dragging or entering their name. Adding team members and implementing to our regular process has been easy.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

Sometimes when moving bookings, it can be finicky and changes are made unintentionally such as length of booking, moving it to the wrong person, etc. Sometimes when changes are made by someone else, it doesnt show up on my screen until refreshed.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to manage resources and it shows when a resource is fully booked for the day and the PMs know not to keep adding bookings on that resource and look for support elsewhere.

 ### 47. Effortless Scheduling and Customization Make This a Standout Tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kameryn B. | Corporate Meetings & Events Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

I really appreciate how simple it is to add items to the schedule and rearrange them whenever necessary. I also like that you can customize every aspect to suit your needs.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

I find it frustrating that we can't add overnight sessions directly, and instead have to create several separate blocks on the schedule for a single event.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Float enables all our users to view everything in a single location, making it easy to see what’s on their schedules months ahead of time.

 ### 48. Effortless Daily Scheduling with Float and Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ferdous Alam P. | Medical & Regulatory Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

It helps me to follow my day to day schedule with a lot of ease. I use it everyday to check my bookings. I love how easy it is to integrate. Although I only use it for my daily bookings but the number of features in it are vast.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

So far I haven't experienced anything that I do not like about Float particularly.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me to be on top of my bookings everyday and helps me to track my time eddiciently.

 ### 49. Easy to Use with Great Functionality

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anthony B. | Medical Editor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

I like its ease of use and functionality.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

It does glitch every now and then. There have been times where I will click to edit a booking and the booking would disappear, so I'd have to refresh the page. Unsure why this happens--maybe I left the page open for too long?

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Float is a great central place to see all of my bookings for the day along with any links and information that I need to get set up on my work.

 ### 50. Easy, At-a-Glance View of Everyone’s Schedules

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

can see everyone's schedules at one shot

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

cannot use ctrl + F to find a name if there are too many people

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it is solving the problem of not knowing my own / my team's schedules
