I am a Flipsnack user for the last 12 month. The product is meeting my expectation in terms of of the shelf usage, but also to custom build in minutes digital brochures, product catalogues. What is even more impresive is the fact that they seem to constantly adding new features + great almost instant customer HUMAN to HUMAN customer care service. Hats off! I've been using Flipsnack for my business for a number of years. I dont think i have ever had a better customer experience than with their support team - they are ALWAYS willing to meet me in the middle and help me with anything on my account. They have the best support i've encountered, better even than Amazon if i'm honest and that's saying something.

The overall tools and layout are very helpful in creating dynamic flipbooks to display portfolios. I have used Flipsnack for both academic and business purposes. In Academic the proffesional presentation was good enough to bump my grade up on multiple occassions. In business fields i have used to create interactive flipbooks to display my work portfolio and pitches in an interesting way.

It has templates which are fun and easy to work with, a large libary of stock images included which saves so much time during devlopment. Its Ai tools and general flipbook building tools also allow users a near limitless capability when it comes to creating these virtual flipbooks.

I often use flipbook 3-4 times a year, Whereas I dont have an ongoing subscription its more than worth it to buy on the one off montly subscription. There is a paywall but the price is well worth it! I remeber there being quite a lot less restriction on the free version of Flipsnack but you can still create a lot without having to pay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are many features inside of flipsnack that are just simply easy to use. Rarely can you get lost, and if you do, the chat function and customer support is seamless, and always on hand to help out. We have hundreds of brochures currently live on FlipSnack with thousands of advisors viewing our brochures and connecting to our product on our website. One of the things we love the most about FlipSnack, is that the team are continuously looking to enhance the platform and ensure they stay relevant and innovative in the industry. It's very easy to upload a PDF file and create your flipbook. We like the pop up video option the best, no need to open a video in a new tab. We can put 20 videos on one page. The company also supports non-profit businesses, we get a discount so it is affordable to us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is nothing to dislike, one feature would be nice though, if you could enable fillable PDFs in the book, instead of having to open a new page with a link for a fillable PDF. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There isn't much to dislike - I came unstuck a few times when trying to upload files and received a message saying "Flipsnack didn't suport the file type" but I had uploaded the same version of th file type just minutes earlier. I found a way round it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's so so so easy to use and implement - you just drag and drop to create beautiful digital versions of multipage guides, brochures, e-books, etc. It looks so nice from the user experience and the customizations with the upgrade are awesome.
