When I contact customer support they go above and beyond to help me with questions or issues. It's extremely easy to reach them by using their chat feature and if it is outside of business hours they will respond within a few hours. **What do you dislike about Flipsnack?** Denisa saw my previous review and sent me a tutorial on how to move objects to the front/back using the layers panel which is an extremely useful feature. Short cuts are limited, but ctrl + z does in fact work and makes it faster to complete a project. **What problems is Flipsnack solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helps me reach more people and keep them engaged with the content longer. ### 2.
