I have used Flipsnack for both academic and business purposes. In Academic the proffesional presentation was good enough to bump my grade up on multiple occassions. In business fields i have used to create interactive flipbooks to display my work portfolio and pitches in an interesting way. It has templates which are fun and easy to work with, a large libary of stock images included which saves so much time during devlopment. Its Ai tools and general flipbook building tools also allow users a near limitless capability when it comes to creating these virtual flipbooks. I often use flipbook 3-4 times a year, Whereas I dont have an ongoing subscription its more than worth it to buy on the one off montly subscription. Customer service is also on point, helping me out with an accidental charge and getting it sorted within 10 minutes! **What do you dislike about Flipsnack?** There is a paywall but the price is well worth it! Students will be proud of the finished product. **What do you dislike about Flipsnack?** The requirement to either purchase a $2500 a year program or upload videos PUBLICLY to Youtube before being able to embed them in our student newspaper was really frustrating. We could never afford that, and we need to be extremely careful about putting students online. Also, I thought we had bought our way out of that mess by buying a Business Plan, but it was the Business Plus Plan that allowed for a bypassing of Youtube. Using the same name may confuse others too. I feel like allowing uploads without Youtube is an easy offer and something Flicpsnack just holds back to get more money. I've published over 40 issues of our monthly newsletter, and then we ceased. I've come back to Flipsnack to share our new prospectus and e-book easily on multiple platforms. PDFs are such a pain on their own unless you are on a desktop—the world is on mobile devices, and so Flipsnack allows us to reach more people. Customer support is very responsive and helpful. I felt like a human and not a number. It was super easy to upload our PDF and edit links. As tiny organization with only 3-three employees, but many end users, our staff wear many hats! I love that Flipsnack is fast and easy to use! The final product looks so beautiful and professional. The individuals who access our documents on Flipsnack love how they look; they look like a real magazine you are flipping through. Whenever I need to contact customer service, they are always helpful and kind. Additionally, the customer service is fast! It is unlike any other company you need to get service from. You never feel like you are just a number, and they help you in any way they can. I always use Flipsnack for so many documents that our organization needs. If you need to update one page, you can do so, and it doesn't impact the rest of your document or the link. It makes the distribution of the document easy because you can update it, and it doesn't affect who is viewing it because the link does not change. Flipsnack makes updates regularlly and adds to their services, I am continually learning new things that I can add to our documents! I love that I can add videos and gifs now to make our documents feel more interactive! **What do you dislike about Flipsnack?** Sometimes I forget where things are located in the navigation, it is not as intuitive as it could be, but honestly it only takes me a few extra minutes. Additionally, when you are uploading a new page to replace in a large document, I'm not sure if there is a way to just replace one specific page instead of it uploading to the end of the document and having to move it up mannually. Most of my gripes are pretty nominal though. **What problems is Flipsnack solving and how is that benefiting you?** Updating documents and distriuption of the documents, e.g., we have a welcome package that I update very regularly with new member information. This information changes CONSTANTLY, sometimes a few times a week and being able to update the document without having the link changed is ground-breaking!
