Despite paying $29 for the listing, the auction has received only 29 views so far, and I suspect some of those views are my own from when I checked the auction's status. This equates to approximately $1 per view, which is an extremely low level of engagement so far by any advertising or auction platform standards. Comparing this to the cost per impression or click on other platforms, the value provided by the Flippa listing seems far below what I would expect for this price point. I am deeply unsatisfied with the return on investment from this listing, particularly considering the auction is now 7 days from ending. My expectation when using Flippa was to receive substantial exposure to potential buyers in exchange for the listing fee, but the metrics so far suggest otherwise. The level of engagement has been severely disappointing, and the service provided has not met my expectations. I kindly request a solution to this issue, whether it be in the form of additional promotion, an extension of the listing period at no extra charge, or a refund of the listing fee. I believe this matter warrants attention to ensure that sellers like myself are getting the value we were promised when choosing Flippa to sell our domains. I hope the website, and I will update. But with such a low engagement as far, it makes me question "#1 global online platform to buy and sell online businesses and digital assets"? Low quality, from my first experience (not a happy and recurring client, with this type of service). 1*. P.S. Be aware no refund, so they don't actually care about service the customer. Well deserved one-star for the poor service, and poor response and matching client needs. ### 2. Thereby giving liquidity to digital assets. **What do you dislike about Flippa?** Some of the digital assets are quoted absurdly. It is for a buyer to beware. Again some sellers can dupe. Flippa apparently do not take responsibility of full satisfaction of buyer and seller for a particular transaction. **What problems is Flippa solving and how is that benefiting you?** Once in a while, we do buy/sell domains and websites. We do go through Flippa listings for this. Also it is a repository of myriad number of business ideas. Go through a sale listing and hack the idea for your business! ### 3. So visibility that one gets by listing say a website on Flippa is far greater than other portals in this niche. Also key statistics like Google Analytics data and transactions through Stripe and PayPal are verified and buyers can gauge the same right from the listing. **What do you dislike about Flippa?** High fee. They charge 49$ + 10% success fee for starter websites. Even after that, PayPal or Escrow will further add to the charges. Lots of scammers. So at times, someone will press Buy Now button only to not respond. This will cause delay leading to relisting (although no extra fee will be charged in such scenario). Flippa perhaps need to place fund of buyers under its control and then let anyone press buy button. **What problems is Flippa solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am often looking for buying a premium domain or starter website that is AdSense approved. Each listing includes detailed descriptions that gives an idea of their business models, revenue potential. **What do you dislike about Flippa?** Although Flippa team is very active in suspending/banning accounts that are engaged in foul activities such as sending spam messages, bidding without an intention to buy, still Flippa is also a place where large number of foul players engage in deceptive activities. So buyers need to beware. When a website is put for sale, their GA reports are verified. But there is no guarantee that financial reports and even GA traffic is not manipulated. I mean before putting for sale, who knows that the seller might have generated fake traffic? Same about financial reporting. Although Stripe and PayPal reports are verified, yet there is no gurantee that seller not engaged in inflating revenue by engaging in generating false sales. Flippa does not carry out such audits. Same about AdSense. Although AdSense reports are verified, but a seller might engage in generating false clicks and traffic prior to putting the AdSense approved website for sale. **What problems is Flippa solving and how is that benefiting you?** We own a number of AdSense approved websites built with easy-to-use, open source CMS WordPress.
