I purchased FlipPDF by FlipBuilder many years ago. The ability to export as WordPress plugin is awesome. I am upgrading to Pro because of the robust multimedia tools included. I’ve been using Flip PDF Pro for a while now, primarily for basic flipbooks, so I can’t speak to its advanced features described in the user manual. After upgrading my PC and transferring my files and applications, I encountered issues with the program and had to reinstall it. The problem appeared to stem from Windows 11 permissions.

Up until this point, I had considered FlipBuilder’s support to be responsive and helpful in addressing questions and inquiries. However, I now realize they go above and beyond for their customers. Even after determining that the issue was related to my Windows 11 settings, their support team remained committed to assisting me when they didn’t have to, ensuring everything was fully resolved.
