It forecasts for both purchase orders and transfers (although it lumps everything in as Shipments which does take a minute to wrap your head around). It automatically adds AWD and FBA shipments so you don't have to double enter your data across multiple platforms. And they don't charge per integration, warehouse, or store. I have 2 Shopify stores and Amazon connected and I have 2 warehouses, FBA and AWD. All of it is integrating seamlessly and the forecasting has been highly accurate. ### 4. Some of the best features are: - easy replenishment of FBA warehouses via Flieber's FBA integration. I almost never use sellercentral anymore because Flieber offers everything I would do in sellercentral. - many options to customize forecasts. That makes it very easy to plan stock long before certain sales periods like for example BFCM happen - Flieber is constantly helping with workarounds or adding new features one likes to have in their app - this help is almost always on point and they act very fast on such requests **What do you dislike about Flieber?** I am only working with Flieber for about 2 months and it really is hard for me to mention any negative things. There were some bugs but I do not really see them as negative because after reporting them, they were almost ever fixed the next day. **What problems is Flieber solving and how is that benefiting you?** After our previous demand planning tool raised their prices by, no joke, tenfold, it was an easy decision to cancel the subscription with them. Of course, we still had to plan our demand and stock levels across warehouses in Hong Kong, Germany, the UK, the USA, and Canada. Until we found Flieber as a perfect solution, this demand planning was done by Google Sheets and involved VERY MUCH copy and pasting. For slow sales periods like the after x-mas season until back to school, this was something that could be done. To also include sales events like BTS and BFCM was much harder to achieve with Google Sheets and it involved a lot of guessing. With Flieber, not only the copy & pasting is a thing from the past, but we also are able to have good forecasts for the aforementioned sales periods and therefore have much better predictions in how much stock we need in the future. ### 13. Occasionally we will think of something that should be accessible and it is not available. They are really quick to adapt and create new views or provide details for you promptly, but as we are scaling as a company, sometimes we find they are scaling in a different direction. Replaced an extremely time intensive piece of work with better results. Exactly what you need as a small business owner continually seeking the biggest return on your time. **What do you dislike about Flieber?** Flieber is new so some of the features have taken time to become completely usable and useful. The accounts and tech team have been very responsive in briding the gap with manual workarounds in these cases. This is immensely important due to my long lead times and complex due to multi channel variation.
