**What do you like best about Flexydial?**

Some of their services like Dialer Management Software, Payroll Outsourcing and Global Placements are the best and using their solutions was a very smooth experience and I would recommend it to others for their Dialer Management Services.

**What do you dislike about Flexydial?**

I have used their human resource management software (HRMS) that is Hoppr but I didn't like it because of the UI and features. I prefer Keka for HRMS if any company wants a good experience.

**What problems is Flexydial solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have used Flexydial, the Dialer Management Software which automates the business processes and ultimately increases employees productivity. The sales were increased significantly when we started using Flexydial for our customer support.
