**What do you like best about Flexport?**

Easy to use and intrgrating shopfiy and amazon is easy and works great. Moreover reaching support is very easy and they are very responsive.

**What do you dislike about Flexport?**

We are unable to choose the carrier or prefer the carrier.

**What problems is Flexport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our main inventory is flexport and our orders are processing via flexport. Based on the stock availability we will map the amazon orders as well.

**What do you like best about Flexport?**

There is nothing to like about this company.

**What do you dislike about Flexport?**

They’ve suddenly added a $500 minimum charge and say it’s going up to $5,000. When I asked for my stock back, they claimed they couldn’t ship to Canada — just a stall and kept billing me. I moved my inventory, but they still won’t close my account or ticket, leaving me stuck with more $500 charges. This is outright theft.

**What problems is Flexport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Situation:
Shopify fulfillment sends all of your inventory to Flexport. You did not choose them.

At this time there is no minimum charge and no minimum of any kind so you go along with it.

You see a notice that they are increasing it to a $500 minimum charge and shortly it will be $5000. You ask them to send you back your inventory. Even though they send your orders to Canada they suddenly cannot send your inventory back to Canada. It's a delay tactic so that you cannot close your account and they charge you the $500.

You find another place to send it and remove the inventory. Now you ask for a refund of the unauthorized charge and they open a ticket and tell you you cannot close your account with an open ticket. Guess what? They will charge you the $500 again if your account is still open!

So now you ask to close the ticket rather than risk them stealing another $500 (remember I have no inventory there now). They now say they cannot close your account OR close the ticket or delete it. So they are absolutely just doing everything possible to steal from you and prevent you from closing the account. This is SO WRONG. Absolute theft but I am too small to take them to court and they know it.

**What do you like best about Flexport?**

What I liked the best about Flexport is the way their interface helps you to use their services. Flexport has a dashboard that makes it really easy to understand how to track your containers or your goods from the beginning to the end. Supply chain can be tricky but Felxport gives you insights on how to be more cost-efficient.

**What do you dislike about Flexport?**

What I dislike the most about Flexport is their customer service, there were times that they couldn't help me with some of my queries and there were sometimes more than 2 people involved which makes it difficult to understand to whom you have to communicate.

**Recommendations to others considering Flexport:**

Make sure to see if Flexport can provide you with the services you really need and always check for similar companies that provide these services so you can make a good decision.

**What problems is Flexport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Flexport helped me to ship products from china to the USA in a really organized way. The platform helps you visualize all the products or SKUs you are transporting and also gives you a lot of alternatives to transport your goods.

Price. They pull you in with low pricing, but don't fall for it.

**What do you dislike about Flexport?**

Everything. They are a disingenuous (at best), incompetent company. Really, just avoid them.

**Recommendations to others considering Flexport:**

Search for another reputable forwarder, there are many.

**What problems is Flexport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Supposedly technologically advanced, but they're just horrible. From missed sailings to start to delayed pickups resulting in drayage charges. You do not want to deal with Flexport. Ignore me and you'll wish you listened.

Flexport manages our company's Customs Clearance services for imported tissue goods and handles end-to-end visibility tracking for shipments

**What do you like best about Flexport?**

The Flexport portal is very rich with real-time data tracking and using API connections with steamship lines and terminal operators globally to produce real-time status. The collaborative portal eliminates phone calls and improves response times to all related parties within the supply chain

**What do you dislike about Flexport?**

None. The portal is very comprehensive and using machine learning and AI to manage the process. Flexport continues enhancing its portal

**What problems is Flexport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lack of visibility during import process throughout sea voyage, terminal operations, customs clearance and exam, and drayage moves from terminal to warehouse. Flexport provides end-to-end visibility tracking to all parties within our supply network

**Describe the project or task Flexport helped with:**

Booking shipments from factories in China to ship to warehouse in Denver.

**What do you like best about Flexport?**

Super user friendly, great visibility into shipments and great customer service. Having a dedicated team for our account is wonderful because we can get questions answered very quickly and the team is super responsive.  The quote functionality is also great because we can get a firm quote to help when pricing our products that includes a “landed” cost, and can also turn that quote into a shipment with the click of a button.

**What do you dislike about Flexport?**

A little more expensive than other services used, but I don’t have complaints about the portal/ website itself.

**Recommendations to others considering Flexport:**

A little pricey but worth it due to ease of use, visibility to ocean freight shipments and excellent customer  service

**What problems is Flexport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Need a place to schedule freight shipments for product. It also allows us to have visibility into those shipments. We can see when it leaves the port in China, how long it’s on the water, and when it arrives to both the port and our warehouse ( or in some cases our customers).

**Describe the project or task Flexport helped with:**

Start-ups don't have the luxury of large, dedicated teams to manage logistics. We needed an end-to-end sollution that could streamline communication and workflows - effectively outsourcing freight management  - so we could focus resources on business growth and optimization. Flexport did just that.

**What do you like best about Flexport?**

When shipping to and from multiple locations around the world, communication is critical. Flexport's portal ties and consolidates quotations, approvals, documents, tracking, invoicing, and single-contact communication within a specific shipment ID - incredibly simple and clear. Flexport's level of responsiveness and willingness to help during exploratory, trial and on-going business phases has been consistently excellent.

**What do you dislike about Flexport?**

There isn't much really. Shipping into new countries needs to be planned well in advance to allow for setup (as expected). For the most part it's pretty straightforward and other times a little slower likely due to these being new markets for Flexport. As Flexport grows that will continually improve with experience.

**Recommendations to others considering Flexport:**

Flexport was competitive - but savings are even more impactful when you weigh the value of the strain they remove from your resources involved with your freight movements.

**What problems is Flexport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication and tracking was difficult to manage before Flexport. Understanding where our global shipments are at a glance was not easy. Resources were being stretched to bridge communication gaps, decipher invoices, and understanding what shipment an email was referring to wasn't always easy. Flexport solved these problems, allowing us to move focus back where it was needed more.

Our company used flexport multiple times a week to ship products from China to the USA.

**What do you like best about Flexport?**

they are extremely helpful and knowledgeable and willing to communicate with you and explain what you don't know. I was through in the mix without any training in this department, and Flexport has been exceptionally patient and informative in their responses.

**What do you dislike about Flexport?**

There's not too much to dislike. It's another level of communication, so another opportunity for misunderstanding. But such is every partnership.

**Recommendations to others considering Flexport:**

Use flexport. It's well worth it.

**What problems is Flexport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Flexport has helped us realize which HTS codes we should be using and the trends and terrifs we need to keep at the front of mind. These are things our business never use to pay attention too, and we now see that we were spending upwards of 75% extra on some products and had no idea. We thought a product line was profitable, but it wasn't. We wouldn' have known how to fix that without their help

Easy online booking process for the shipper/ supplier and no delays once bookings are requested from the supplier.

So far there seems to be nothing to dislike.

The constant delays after the shipper would request a booking.  Being able to easily pull inventory reports down to SKU levels of in transit cargo.

Their portal is what sets them apart from their competitors. No portal comes close in terms of functionality and ease of use.

**What do you dislike about Flexport?**

It can be slightly more expensive than its competitors but the value it offers offsets the price difference.

**Recommendations to others considering Flexport:**

If your budget allows, I would definitely recommend Flexport to anyone looking for a freight forwarder.

We are able to more efficiently organize our shipments and the information is available to everyone in our team

Flexport has a simple and instinctive dashboard. It empowers speed of conveyance and steady correspondence between our group. Realizing that I can connect with anybody all through my transportation procedure is very consoling.

**What do you dislike about Flexport?**

Administration can be costly however the convenience and furthermore the correspondence makes the cost justified, despite all the trouble.

I recommend Flexport to any who wishes to streamline and coordinate shipment processes.

My delivery needs are presently streamlined and I can loosen up realizing that everything is in one spot and that on the off chance that anything comes up, I can contact they bolster group immediately.

As a rapidly growing service, they seem to have a few growing pains. But all in all, things seem to be very smooth.

In the outdated world of overseas logistics, Flexport is a breath of fresh air.

The dashboard, speed of delivery and constant communication between myself and every on their team.

**What do you dislike about Flexport?**

Cost of shipping quote is at times higher than others, but the ease of use and also the communication makes the cost worth it depending on what and where you are shipping.

**What problems is Flexport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instead of shipping from China with a Freight Forwarder, I am able to coordinate my shipments through them and the ease of knowing where my shipment is, is great!
