What do you like best about FlexEZ?

The system is very easy to configure and is available in multiple languages. While there are a lot of configuration options. Overall, the system user experience is great. The user interface of the screen is very straightforward and offers a lot of information on the ongoing and future meeting schedule. What do you dislike about FlexEZ?

The system doesn't allow each user to reserve the room on behalf of someone else. Mobile interface must be improved as its currently seems HTML 5 based. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FlexEZ solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were not having any meeting rooms management system ealier but we deployed FlexEZ. We have limited meeting rooms but bundles of planned and unplanned meetings. Always, conflict arisen that who actually reserved the rooms and we were carrying a special staff to address that. Now, we are managing it digitally with the help of FlexEZ.
