Flexa Reviews & Product Details

The team at Flexa are great. We were engaged the minute we started working with them and continue to be and this is all down to the wonderful team. Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful. We have definitely seen an icnrease in job appications to our Company coming through via Flexa which is fantastic to see from a recruitment perspective. The product itself is user friendly, engaging and well put together - both on the front-end and from an administrator perspective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think there should be more areas to add even more information on employer profiles to make them stand out (perhaps more photos/content). If employers are featured by Flexa through their monthly engagement pieces then links to these might also be good. These are 'nice to haves' and improvements but otherwise the offering is great. The product and service is great, but may i add some feedback that I don't think it gives the right look when every person at Flexa replies on their own linkedin post. It dillutes the messaging a bit - so whilst bumping the post, I think it doesn't look so professionally. Perhaps better for some just to like or share, but not everyone to comment. - Great purpose and vision - they genuinely care about flexibility being the future

- Lots of fun employer brand opportunities

- Intellectual stimulating talks, webinars and content

I love that we can prove our flexibility to candidates so they don't see it as a sales pitch, but actually true.
