They have good customer support and when using it frequently thats really good and important. **What do you dislike about Fleetpal?** Setting it up for your fleet can take some time. **What problems is Fleetpal solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracking the cost for each of our units, being able to see how much of our money goes to trucks or trailers. Being able to see on which parts of the truck we spend the most money on and to notice if there is anykind of a trend either with the drivers or if something is wrong with the trucks/trailers. ### 2. It is making trying and reporting so much easier and faster. We also use Fleetpal to manage our Preventive Maintenance intervals and DVIRs so we can fix the trucks before they breakdown. ### 5. One is preventive maintenance reminders, which help us schedule the trucks for service, and the other is the work order and inventory management for our internal shop. We always know when the trucks will come to the shop for service, and we can order the parts in advance. Saves time and money. ### 8. The customer service is absolutely great. When compared to other platforms I have used, this is going to be super easy once the basics are established. **What do you dislike about Fleetpal?** The challenge with fleetpal is just the getting started. Once the initial set up is done, maintaining inspections and service will be super easy. One thing that I find really challenging is the creation of vendors. Again, once created, established, this too will be easy as the vendors will already be in the system. Secondly, adding invoices is a bit time consuming; but once you get the hang of it, it comes much more easily. **What problems is Fleetpal solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fleetpal is adding vendors most commonly used. This will save me a huge amount of time going forward. Productivity will no doubt improve dramatically when this is done. ### 12.
