**What do you like best about Flawless Inbound?**

Antione and Andrew are very knowledgable. They are able to present us with various ways to resolve an issue. They seem to work well together and problem solve well together in real time. The way our business is set up isn't the usual and they are able to grasp it and help build out our complex sales configuration in HubSpot.

**What do you dislike about Flawless Inbound?**

The project management side can sometimes feel disorganized. I end up doing a lot of the follow-up on items just to find out where things stand on projects, and I’m also the one setting up meetings. There also isn’t a way for us to check in on project status unless I’m reaching out for those updates. It would be great if they could be more proactive in setting up meeting to discuss what we need and where we are at with the progression.

Flawless is helping us to merge sales, service and marketing into one unified platform (HubSpot). So that we have clear visibility and alignment across the company.

I appreciate that Flawless Inbound audited our previous transition, identified gaps, presented a revised plan, and operationalized the plan for an on-time appropriate integration. Their service was accurate and on-time; we were delivered a functioning CRM with our data accurately integrated by the date we were provided. They consistently deliver on the provided scope of work on time and on budget.

Flawless Inbound audited our CRM transition, identified gaps, revised the plan, and ensured on-time integration. They deliver on scope, within budget, with accurate service and proper expertise, providing a functioning CRM with our data integrated as promised.

There is a lot of functionality that we are not using.  Not really something wrong but we just don't know what we don't know.

They helped us categorize and organize customer contacts to allow for a easier time accessing this data. Along with keeping better records of customer interaction.

What I like best about Flawless Inbound is their strategic approach and ability to tailor solutions to our unique business needs. They don’t offer cookie-cutter fixes they take the time to understand our goals, then build and optimize systems that actually move the needle. Their technical skills and communication are outstanding.

If I had to point out one thing, it would be that onboarding took a bit longer than expected due to the complexity of our systems, but to their credit, they were thorough and made sure everything was done right the first time.

What I like best about Flawless Inbound is their deep expertise with HubSpot and how hands-on their team is. They don’t just give advice they actually implement solutions, customize everything to our needs, and stay engaged throughout. **What do you like best about Flawless Inbound?**

They are truly just so knowledgeable on the HubSpot platform. Like most technology, it's really only as good as the people who are working on it, and this team will truly make this platform work so well for your sales and marketng teams. Whenever I ask them, "can we do X?" the answer is yes 99% of the time.

The only thing I dislike about Flawless Inbound is that they have other clients :)

**What problems is Flawless Inbound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Flawless Inbound has helped us with a variety of issues - our Wordpress website was old and clunky, plus we use HubSpot for all of our sales and marketing activities, so it made sense for us to lift and shift our HUGE website from Wordpress to HubSpot. This was a huge project and the Flawless team was amazing to work with - they took our wireframe, every animation, every menu, every little detail, and brought it to life exactly as I had imagined it. This team has an amazing blend of creative and technical talent that is truly difficult to find. 

Today, they are helping us optimize our HubSpot environment with their SpotOn program - Erika is amazing with all things sales enablement!

Lack of a work break down structure and high level gantt chart with milestone to track the project progress

Admissions workflow, contract signature through integration with Pandadocs, which will automate and complete the admissions process through electronic signatures.
