What do you like best about Flashpoint?

What do you like best about Flashpoint?

My favourite features are the accuracy of search results, highly visually appealing, rich data and analytics dashboard, and most of all the pliability of tool. The visual nature of the tool make for compelling demos and presentations. The accuracy of geo-located posts is considerably greater than any other tools I have utilized. The rich data sets captured and reporting capacities make for meaningful reports and conclusions and as an analyst provide me limitless opportunities. My favourite feature is the dynamic nature of the tool. It can be applied to so many projects ... I would compare it to Lego in that you are only limited by your imagination as to what you can achieve with Echosec. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flashpoint?

My only recommendation would be adding the ability to compile "customized" reports in the data analytics dashboard (e.g. pick and choose specific data sets from tables to compile reports). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Examples include; online safety seminars, human trafficking, investigative support, and more recently to track and report on sightings of Osprey birds to better understand migratory patterns, populations, nest locations etc. and support the local Conservation Authority in their broader efforts to restore and maintain clean watersheds. The benefits have been numerous and include; visual nature is easy for people to comprehend in safety seminars, geo-locations reveal clear patterns in criminal activity, and Echosec makes it super simple for young and old to post sightings of Osprey and support local conservation efforts. If anything I dislike the way that some Social Networking sites keep changing and ignoring the needs of the users and the third party apps that made them popular in the first place.
