Flashpoint has the most comprehensive deep and dark web coverage we've seen to date. We love that we can search across ignite for any keyword and get actionable intelligence that can mean the difference between an open and close case investigation. It is easy to add things to ongoing investigations within Flashpoint to collect relegvant data about any one investigation over a long period of time. I love that we can get easy insights into some of the metadata for these findings too. Cross-referencing usernames with posting activity has been invaluable for our Fraud team. We use multiple tools for deep/dark web monitoring for cyber security purposes. Flashpoint Ignite is helpful in instances where we don't know exactly what we're looking for, but want to get a general idea of the chatter out there around a specific topic.
