What do you like best about Flame?

Very robust VFX creation software possessing a ton of options for VFX artists in any industry. Once you get the hang of it, Flame is an extremely powerful toolset for creating complex VFX. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flame?

Flame has a somewhat high learning curve although it's no higher than any of Autodesk's other products. It'll probably take even an experienced vet a little over a month to truly get the hang of it. It's also fairly expensive, as even the monthly subscription will run you a little over $500 a month. You get what you pay for though as Flame is one of the best VFX packages I've ever used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Flame:

Flame is a little expensive, but it's well worth it considering its features and support. Whether you're in the film industry, video game industry, or any other industry dealing with computer graphics, Flame is a fantastic product and makes a stressful job slightly less stressful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Flame solving and how is that benefiting you?

Flame is fantastic software for creating complex VFX such as fire, water, volumetric lighting and smoke effects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
